This was an awful meal. Our burgers were very greasy, way too salty, pasty fake cheese. Fries were poor. Not going back.

I've eaten here twice, the first time I was disappointed as I paid twenty dollars for 2 burgers and one fry. Lastly, I ordered it to go and when I arrived home the fries were soggy and there was no ketchup in the bag which I specifically remember them asking me if I wanted ketchup and I said yes... disappointing but I'll give it another try. I went again but this time with coupons (buy one burger get the second free). I didn't order any fries but my husband and I got 2 avocado burgers which were delicious. My favorite burger in town! Also love smashfries!! Highly recommend eating at restaurant, fresh & hot off the grill (vs bagging it up & driving it home). Just wish they had smaller/cheaper options for young kiddos! read more

During a recent visit my order was incorrect and my burger had hair on it. I brought this to their attention and they remade my food but by the time they did the rest of my group had finished eating and had to wait. I was surprised I was not comped the meal or given a coupon or something. They did offer to find out who's hair it was. read more

Just enjoyed a delicious Smashburger, but what's up with the unclean restaurant and ripped Upholstry? It is not enjoyable or relaxing to eat in such a mess. We will not be back to this location until you do some maintenance and cleaning. Sad! We love Smashburger. read more

My husband and I drove to Fort Collins to try out smashburger. Honestly, we were very disappointed. Way, way to expensive for what we received. This seems like a fad place and sooner or later people are goign to realize they are spending a ton of money on nothing but a burger they can get virtually anywhere else at about a quarter of the price (or less). read more

We LOVE Smash Burger, but this location is ALWAYS dirty. Unclean tables, floors, and front doors. Makes you wonder how they handle the food.

Went for a burger to go. Nobody was in line and I waited at the register for someone to help for quite some time. A girl was talking to one of the cooks, looked at me and said she would be right with me. The cook put a couple baskets on the counter and the girl then left to deliver. By the time she helped me, there were at least ten people in line behind me. While I was waiting for my order I noticed straw wrappers and other trash scattered all over the floor. There was a drink spill by the soda machine. I pointed out the spill and a someone put a sign over the spill and didn't clean it up. Burger was sub par as well. read more

The Saturday night manager (with pink hair) was so kind and helpful! I went in with 2 grandsons and let each order their own burger, paying separately. She was super patient with us and our order came out quickly. Mine came with the wrong bun. The manager gave me a second one with the correct bun, no extra charge!! Went in to use my coupons for $2 off a entree. If I recall an entree is a meal, so the gal that was at the register told me, " I'm sorry you can only use one coupon per order, what! That is not what the coupon says! "I'm sorry". Owners don't care about satisfying the customer and honoring a valid coupon! Ok, so I can make that happen and just give my kids cash and each order separately, how about that! Unbelievable! read more

I don't like leaving negative reviews so I will start with the good. The staff was fairly nice and the restaurant was very clean. But, I've given smashburger 10 tries to impress me because I've had good food twice and everyone constantly raves about it. Today was the last straw though. My burger, a Spicy Baja, was extremely bland, i had to resort to putting ranch on it (how do you make a burger with jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, spicy mayo, and a greasy patty bland) and the fries were soggy. My sister who went with me has been feeling sick since she ate, she claims its because of the burger but who knows. If your feeling like a burger I recommend Big Als. read more

Smashburger was a pretty delicious burger joint if you ask me. Everything was fresh and on point. Although I was disappointed to find that the fries were half empty (they were delicious though). But on any given day I would not find my self eating at Smashburger, but that could just be me. read more

We went to the Smash on Harmony road Friday Jan 23. The dining room was FILTHY. There was food and garbage all over the floor. BOTH garbage cans were overflowing and had old fries and lemon wedges all over the top surface. The manager walked up to each garbage can TWICE, looked at them, then just walked away. He never did anything clean them. Even when the line to order went completely away, he never came out to clean up. If the dining room is this filthy image what the kitchen must look like. I'm done with this pit. It's totally GROSS. Never going back. read more

This was my first time coming here and I had the worst experience. I will not be coming back here. First off the place was looking very run down and not clean. The girl with black glasses who took my order was extremely rude. She had absolutely no patience. We forgot to grab our number because like I said, I've never been here before so I didn't know we needed a number. She then yells out "HERE!" And is tapping the number card over and over again on the counter to get my attention. I ordered a chicken sandwich and specifically asked for no mayo yet when my order came out, there was mayo all over it. This really wouldn't of been a problem until the cooks argued that mayo was never on the sandwich. They just did not want to have to remake what we paid for. As I'm at the end of my meal, I bite into something extremely hard and it turns out I bit into a bone. I'm just disgusted by the service, food, and the appearance of this place. read more
