People were extremely unfriendly and when we asked for a shake not knowing it was just seasonal they made us feel stupid and said they never heard of it while scoffing at us. They made us feel inhuman and it was extremely uncomfortable. It really sucks when you leave a place feeling bad about yourself. I never leave reviews but these employees really made me feel some type of way and I am positive I'm eating at five guys from now on since this is the only smash burger near me :( read more

Best friend, boyfriend and I stopped. I've been telling them about this place for years. I finally took them here to eat before we heading out to go to California to come back home to Colorado. It's a amazing burger place. All three of us left very satisfied. You can build your own burger or you can get one of their speciality burgers. They have two different type of fries seasoned or not, the fries are good, asked them for a bit more crisper fries they made them how I like great job guys. read more

From the yolky egg bun, to the flavorful beef and all the add-ins between ( aged cheddar, bacon, fried egg, tomato, ...) was delicious! I had sweet potato fries while Jason had regular. We tried the smashsauce, a little too mustardy for me, but he liked it. Fries were seasoned well and crisp. We had water to drink.. the total was approx 19.00. Decided to try the Harmony smash burger on Saturday afternoon, about 2:30 in the afternoon. a few people in line and took the better part of 10 minutes. we made it to the order counter and were told it would be a couple minutes. the clerk left and then returned just a couple minutes later and said it would be 30-40 minutes wait to place an order. Clearly I asked what did you say? 30-40 minutes wait time. we only have 3 people working and we are just to busy. so my wife an I left along with another 20 or so people in line behind us. that is by far the worst service ever from a fast food burger place. wont ever go back again, and suggest that no one else does either. read more

Back working in town, I decided to give this place another chance after a 5-year hiatus. I wish I would have left it alone entirely. Late lunch rush left the restaurant needing a complete pick-me-up.. Menus all over the counter, drinks station a mess, and tables didn't look to have been wiped down at all today. My $6 burger was better than what I remembered, but I had pretty low expectations coming back. Juicy, just the right amount of cheese, but absolutely dripping with grease. The $2 shoestring fries were a complete joke - cold, stale, nowhere near worth what was paid. Bound for the trash. Attempted to wash my hands of all the residual burger grease, but the men's restroom was out of soap. Whoever planned the new restaurant row on Harmony, complete with a 24 Hour Fitness on one end and burger joints on the other was obviously one smart cookie. Talk about a way to create repeat business. I can't count how many times I've busted my butt in the gym for a couple of hours only to leave starving and get a text from my husband hinting that I should pick up some dinner on the way home. I burn 500 calories or more in the gym and eat 1,000 calories from picking up diner. A win-win for both businesses as they will be seeing more of me again. While the food tastes alright, the prices are ridiculous. This is a "better burger" concept and you will not get anything remotely close to dollar menu quality (except for the sides), but you will pay a pretty penny for it. Personally, I don't think you get what you pay for. Overall, my husband and I tell each other that we will not be back, but somehow we let bygones be bygones and give them another shot, to which we remember our disappointment from the visit before. The burgers are great (even if overpriced) and the joke amongst my friends is that we'll grab a burger from Smashburger, but drive around the corner for fries at Five Guys. read more

It took us a long time to try this place, but I'm thrilled we did. It's more expensive than fast food ($6-$8/burger), but they are delicious and a good portion size. We also tried the rosemary garlic shoestring fries, which I loved but my boyfriend would've preferred a bit less garlic. The regular fries are tasty, too. I had my first Smashburger here about 3 weeks ago. Great burger without a doubt. I had a friend fly out to see me and I was bragging how good they were (we're from CA) we ordered 3 burgers and all three were made incorrectly, so i called, they obliged with credit for the entrees, when I went back a few days later, the burgers were made wrong again. I must admit that I don't really get Smashburger's central premise -- I mean, why smash the burger? What did it do to deserve that? Despite my confusion about this dubious selling point, I suppose Smashburger ranks as my preferred burger joint on the south side of town. The times I've been here it has been clean and service has been fast. The burgers are not bad, but personally I find the poor, smashed burger patty to be too thin which throws off the burger-to-bun ratio. Other burger components are of good quality, though (I most recently had the avocado club burger), and the selection of sides can't be beat ... the sweet potato fries are my fave. Pricing is about average for a fast-casual meal -- expect to pay about $10 for a regular-sized burger, a side, and a fountain drink. read more

Tiny burgers and slow service. When they first started out the portions were bigger than they are now but prices have remained the same. The kids burger was the same size as the regular burgers. Although the burgers taste nice, there just isn't enough food unless you upsize to a double patty and pay more. We're super disappointed, we won't be back to this chain. read more

This place was nice and friendly. I got a bacon cheese burger... As I sat at the monstrously large table, I stared off into the parking lot and noticed the menus on the glass... Why do they show such amazing and long pieces of bacon in the pics but when you actually get it they're like an inch long each... This saddened me. I sat there and contemplated my bacon. Do you have a dairy allergy? Be sure to look somewhere else. The first few times I went, I enjoyed it. The fried pickles are delicious, albeit salty, the fries are delicious, and the burgers are cooked just the right amount. (Multiple friends have told me the shakes are mediocre.) But all good things must come to an end. I have a dairy allergy, and order my burgers without cheese. When I mean "no cheese," I mean "please make sure my burger does not make contact with cheese," not "make sure there are chunks of various cheeses on the spatula which are then transferred onto my burger." However, the kitchen apparently has some problem with understanding that, because it's happened at least 3 times. The first time, I was upset. I sent the burger back and got some kind of reimbursement. Okay, fair enough. The next burger I got also had little slivers of cheese on it. I was getting irked at this point. The burger having cheese on it means that I don't eat it and have to give it to someone else. I used to love coming here but the last two times we were here, last night and about a month before, the burgers and fries were exceptionally greasy. The burger still tastes great but the excessive oil really upset my stomach. I know this isn't the healthiest meal to begin with but it just seems that lately, the amount of oil is over the top. Then, in middle of my meal - someone came out from the kitchen, blew their nose like 10 feet from my table in a napkin they picked up from the next table, threw in the trash and went back to the kitchen. First off, the service here was excellent and quick, so I definitely appreciate how great the staff was I also like how the burger was presented, with all the condiments and ingredients on the side, giving you an opportunity to put your burger together the way you like But the negatives? 1. BURGER QUALITY --- I just found the burgers to be without taste, including the meat and the vegetables - there just wasn't a special kind of symphony of tastes that a good burger should boast 2. The ultimate restaurant run by millennials. I call in an order and they ask if I can hold. "sure", I reply only to find myself driving by the place 8 minutes later and nobody in the restaurant. But they left the line open the whole time so I heard about trading work days, dating, which manager is a jerk. So....feeling a bit fiendish, I walk into the place while still on hold. They ask for my order and I ask if they'd rather take the order from the person on hold. "Naw, they'll wait" is their reply. I tell them it's me on hold and it's now 11 minutes since I called. Smash Burger is normally a great hamburger joint, but this one is really be of their 5 worst of the 339 in the US....lots better choices nearby. read more

I like smash burger. I've only been to two locations but I've been to this one more than the boulder one. Wile i can't boast that i've tried most of their menu i've had a few of the burgers and some frys there. This particular location appears to always be filed with a lot of yuppies eating here. I have no problem with that as long as their kids aren't being obnoxious. Anyways, i tend to go for the spicier burgers so i've done the Colorado burger and the santa fe (i think) burger. The Colorado Burger is MAD hot, its covered with fresh jalapeno's. I like it, but man you gotta take some tums after eating one of those suckers. The Santa Fe burger if i remember correctly has green peppers on it and isn't nearly as hot as the Colorado burger. One of the things i really like about the burgers here are the buns. The buns tend to add a lot of flavor if its the wheat or the egg ones. The frys here are really good, there nice and thin super crispy. read more

My husband and I visited Fort Collins last month and decided to give this place a try while shopping nearby. WE LOVE IT! We went back again the next day. LOL The burgers are the juciest we have ever had and the staff was great. We were lucky to have a sunny day and sat on the patio. Honestly, the burgers were the best we've ever had. Almost addicting. We have already been to a location in Dallas. Sorry to hear that the Quiznos founder is involved. But we will not punish the independent owner by not going. Walked into this place on Harmony Rd in Ft Collins around 7:00PM - 7:30PM and after ordering my food, I went looking for a table. To my disappointment I discovered that there was not a single table in the whole place that was actually clean. Finally choosing the least dirty table, I sat down to wait for my food. When they brought my cheeseburger I took a look at it and discovered they had LEFT OFF THE CHEESE!!! GAH! I had also ordered some of their haystack onions for $2.29 and got what I considered was a very small helping of shoestring fried onions for that price. After trying the burger I did not find it to be that outstanding. Next time I want a burger I will be looking elsewhere. read more
