This Smashburger recently opened in Bardmoor. Always nice being in a brand new restaurant location. Surprisingly it was fairly empty. The staff was very helpful and came by several times to check on us. Parking was easy and the food was fresh. We love that you can order burgers on a lettuce wrap. read more

I didn't read the reviews on this place until after I had already went there. My experience in the actual restaurant itself was great and the person that waited on me had an amazing personality. I was getting takeout so while I was waiting I spoke to someone that was eating there with her daughter and she was commenting on how great the food was. Once I got my food I tried one of the fries and they were fantastic but had to wait to eat my burger when I got home. I don't think that the food was over priced for what you got and the restaurant itself was very clean. So I don't know why people gave this restaurant bad reviews. Much better the McDonalds or Burger King. I definitely will be going back when I want a burger and fries. read more

Came in for lunch today and was waiting behind another couple to order with two other people waiting on their food. The woman behind the counter was trying to check on orders in the window ready to go while taking the order for the people ahead of us. She had no mask or gloves on which during this time I'm not pushing one way or another, everyone's personal preference. However, the woman was coughing over and over and over. She attempted to turn away from us to cough but then she just coughed right in the direction of the food/kitchen. Just not a good look right now and especially without a mask on. Stopped in here for some lunch. And we did not regret it. The service was very friendly and quick. And honestly, the food was extremely good. Didn't really taste like your usual burger joint. We were given a gift card for Christmas and was told that this place was amazing. We had to drive about 45 minutes to get there, so we were expecting great. Unfortunately, it was nowhere close to great. We walked in to them being out of fries and shakes. While standing there trying to decide which burgers we wanted, others saw that there were no fries and kindly decided to leave. The girl at the register actually insulted them on their way out because they chose to go elsewhere. To be honest, if we didn't drive 45 minutes, we would have left too and come back another time. The girl at the register was extremely loud and annoying. When we finally ordered, we went to sit in the back away from everyone. Before our food arrived, we could hear the same girl yelling super loud the entire time. Literally dragging chairs across the floor to where I really just wanted to leave. The food was really horrible. The brussel sprouts were raw and the burgers were not special at all. There was hardly any meat, even though my husband got a double. Our bill was $40 and we didn't even get fries or shakes. When leaving, we saw the Manager or cook outside with another cook smoking a blunt in clear sight. That explains why everything sucked. We have $10 left on our gift card and will choose the Tampa location next time. Don't waste your time or money going there. Five Guys is a million times better and half the price. read more

I've happily ordered here many times since this location opened. The burgers have always been good and the smashfries are the best! This area is not big on new restaurants, they like their chains like McDonalds and Wendy's but if you are looking for a tastier burger and fries, I highly recommend. I try to support these new places to keep this area from being dominated by crap food places but by some of these reviews on here, they seem to forget that this is a burger place and not a five star restaurant. It's a shame that people will get on here and write a terrible review before calling and speaking to the owner of the place to see if things can be solved that way. read more

We had this delivered via DoorDash. It was very good. The food was still warm and the presentation though delivered was very good. My husband has the mushroom and Swiss truffle burger and he said it was one of the best he's had. We also had the crispy chicken sandwich, which was good, but the breading was a little on the salty side. The Cobb salad was delicious and the presentation was very good considering it was to-go. The truffle fries and tots were so good! The kids tenders and fries were a very good portion and tasted yummy also. Would recommend to anyone! read more

Absolutely disappointed. I had a gift card so decided to pick up dinner for 3 at 6 pm. Not many people in the restaurant eating but several were waiting for to go orders. There was one person cooking and one working the front counter and one cleaning the dining room. After waiting 40 minutes for my order I asked for status on my salad and fries since my burgers had been bagged 10 minutes earlier. They said it would still take awhile so I took the burgers and got a refund for the sides. Seems ridiculous they couldn't throw together a side salad instead of losing the sale. read more
