It feels careless and like no one bothered to check the order before sending it out. I spent my money expecting a full meal and instead got something incomplete and unsatisfying. This kind of mistake shouldn't happen, especially when customers are paying full price. It makes me question the quality control and attention to detail. The menu also includes Pakistani/Indian selections like tandoori chicken, but I have not tried them yet. It's hard to pick anything but the chicken/lamb over rice with those sauces.....I think I'm addicted!! Give this place a try.....you will not regret it!!

The class of people that works in this place is gross. I feel like I'm at a trailer park welfare mom's convention as I wait for my meal. The cursing, fighting, disregard for management, and general lack of respect from the employees is absolutely disturbing. The poor lady that is trying so hard to manage the slobs that work in the kitchen is literally at her wits end. She is seconds away from walking out, and she should. This is clearly a result of the garbage economic conditions and current job market. I hope some sort of executive from Smash Burger reads this review to help the manager, and fire the losers you have as kitchen staff. Also the place is filthy. read more

No brainer. Eat certified angus. Never frozen. No preservatives or fillers. Artisan buns and cheeses. Fresh produce prepared daily. Great service. No dollar menu. No clowns or king characters. No kids toys or playgrounds. Just high end product to focus on with an above average service approach. read more

I just wouldn't ride 10 miles out of my way for it like I would for Abe's Place. With that, we both opted for their smaller burgers, which constitute 2 2oz. patties rather than one 6oz. patty. Queen Bee: Pig Out Burger...think a Quarter Pounder with cheese deluxe with bacon. THIS bacon was actually candied though. As a result, it had a sweet tanginess and slight crisp one would never expect otherwise.Only thing: they didn't put tomato on it. Side of steak fries for both her and me. Yours Truly: Red's Tavern Burger, sans tomato (I guess they assumed neither one of us wanted tomato). Also coming on a sesame seed bun, this lil burger that could reminded me more of a Big Mac without that damn miserable middle slice of bread. Normally: lettuce tomato and what they call tavern sauce. Both burgers features two 2oz beef patties, as I said above. Their small size allowed a deep, fantastic char and caramelization that a big azz 6oz. patty probably would never have. Another bonus: steak fries! Bottomless steak fries at that! I prefer steak fries over those crappy shoestring things one gets at fast food joints. Each entree comes with a bottomless side, of which there are a few. There are a few "upgrade" sides that cost a bit more while only giving U one helping. OK: go ahead and do the math, folks. There was modern pop and some Christmas music playing overhead and a few simple Christmas decorations up too. As it was a midweek midday when we stopped in, there wasn't a large crowd either. As is usually so in places such as these...why yes: we sat at the bar! Shayna was/is a good, solicitous barkeep. She also had to take care of all the tables in the bar area, so she was a busy young lady the whole time. Oh, BTW: remember that loyalty program I told you I wasn't gonna bother with?
