Additionally, the restaurant and bathrooms are always impeccably clean. The best thing about this SmashBurger, though, is the employees. When I walk in, Steven smiles and makes me feel truly appreciated. On one occasion, I was on the phone outside when my order was ready. Visited this establishment for the first time in years today, grabbed food to go. The Sin City Burger has disappeared, too bad. It seems the portions may have gotten smaller. The burgers appeared smaller and the portions on the tots, fries, and Brussels sprouts were a bit lacking. The burgers and sides were nice & tasty however, so they have that going for them. First off this place is run by a racist, shame i heard them say the N word..from the younger manager..not what i wamt to hear walking into a restaurant your manager not having previous experience or a food card (which i thought was law in vegas) and do any of them have food handler cards because others asked what it was. Forgot to submit a review after I ate at smashburger on August 5th. I ate at smash because they were celebrating their 14th anniversary. I saw on FB they were offering buy one classic double get the second for 14 cents. I love a good deal so off to smash we went. Let's review Burgers - Good, but not great. 3.5 would be my rating for just the burgers. Surprisingly they have no sauce that resembles thousand island aka "special" sauce. Try adding some Chipotle mayo to the burger, it does improve things a bit. I honestly wouldn't even call these smash burgers. No crispy edges, barely any caramelized bits on the patty. Fries - Rating = 4-4.5. I liked the fries, they're similar to freddys but not as good especially since they have no fry sauce that competes. Fries are on the thinner side which I like. The Fries were served hot, fresh and well seasoned. Onion strings - These tasted very good. The onions were crispy and well seasoned maybe a bit to salty. I'd rate these a 2-3 based solely on the grease factor. They were so greasy I had to stop eating them before I became sick. Brussel sprouts - Rating = 2. Nothing memorable about these brussel sprouts. Definitely not gonna change the mind of someone who dislikes baby cabbages. Also they were a bit under done for my taste, not seasoned enough and worst of all there wasn't a sauce that went well with them. So all in all it wasn't a terrible experience at all. Even the customer service was pretty decent. The main problem here is price, omg the price. Even with basically a free burger the bill was nearly 30 dollars for 2 burger meals and 2 sides. Ordered from a young man with heart shaped glasses on, went to go fill my drink and noticed half the seating area of the restaurant was filled with garbage and debris from previous guests. We sat ourselves at the cleanest table we could find which was still extremely dingy. I look over to the double doors to the kitchen where I see the young man who took my order dancing. At this point we decided we'd be better off sitting in the 120 degree Vegas heat so we got up and seated ourselves outside only to be served sloppily presented food that absolutely soaked in oil to the point that there was a large and deep pool of oil that ripped through the bottom of the basket liner. I want to like this place so much more than I do. I have been here a few times with family and work. The couple of times I have gotten a hamburger it was overcooked and very greasy. The chicken sandwich seems to be the best way to go and still have all the good flavors. We have ordered online twice and both times something was missing from the order, we were told they would fix it and never did. We were unfortunate enough to come in last during a rush. We were in line for about 15 minutes. Only one register was open, although there was a manager hanging out in the kitchen. After sub par experiences at other locations, Brian P. & I frequent this location quite a lot. Their Baja Cobb salad & haystack onions are killer. Compared to other Smash locations, this one used to be on top of their game. They had a great manager who was efficient and kept the place in great shape. He got promoted and now the staff is a wreck. Now when we go, tables are not being bussed. Having 6 empty tables and all are filthy and uncleared, coupled with long lines is a disaster. Past few times we've been given plastic cutlery instead of metal. Last time I was given a plastic knife and a metal fork. Odd. In addition to the unbussed tables & disposable cutlery, the last time I went, the door to the kitchen was open. It looked like a prep garbage can had exploded on the floor. Fast food is not a fav of mine, but I occasionally indulge when I'm in the mood for a burger. I'd never tried Smashburger, so off I went! I ordered a classic smash on an egg bun, topped with a fried egg and the standard veggies (LTOP). I also ordered the Smash tots. The burger was juicy and seasoned just right; the veggies fresh and crisp, and the bun soft and oh so good. Unfortunately, the egg was cooked over hard, but I was hoping it would have that beautifully runny yolk to "sauce" my burger. Even though it wasn't cooked to my liking, I still enjoyed the burger quite a bit; definitely worth returning for another time. And what can I say but WOW...the tots rocked the meal!! I usually really like smashburger but there was an issue with lack of mask compliance by employees in the food prep and dining areas at this store specifically. The shift supervisor was not wearing a mask while cleaning the customer dining area and when it was pointed out that he should have it on he covered his mouth only and left his nose exposed. When this was pointed out he did not cover his nose. When the cook was seen through the pass through window it was observed that he was also wearing his mask inappropriately with his mouth covered and his nose exposed while preparing my food. There was a third employee present (cashier) who was wearing her mask properly. It is the responsibility of a food service establishment to help keep customers safe. Nowadays that means wearing masks properly at all times while in the food prep and customer dining areas. It was obvious that these two employees were not concerned about such things. The incident occurred at around 230pm on July 23 2020 and has been reported by me as a violation to OSHA.gov per state policy. read more

Yes, it's a burger and fries joint so it's going to be greasy and terrible for you. I don't understand all the negative reviews that cite grease as a problem at Smashburger. The food is fresh and made to order and is not any more greasy than any other burger joint, bar or restaurant I've been to. I usually get the Sin City which comes topped with grilled onions and a fried egg. Most burgers can also be ordered as chicken sandwiches as well. The burgers here are pretty filling, although can be considered pricey for fast food since a standard order doesn't come with any fries or sides...add fries and/or a side and you'll probably have too much food, as I'm typically leaving here feeling super stuffed. The staff here is friendly and patient so you can take your time reading the menu if you've never been here before. If you get a salad, try their chipotle dressing, which has a tasty and unique kick to it. read more

This place is where I go when I crave a truffle mushroom Swiss burger. The burger is just so juicy a flavorful. The best I've ever had. Only thing I don't like about this place is how everything is rung up separately ( no combo meals ) so you'll easily end up paying $12+ per person if you get a burger, side , and drink. Ordered a bacon double with no tomato or mayo. Got a burger with mayo and no cheese. Which is fine, I understand mistakes. They offered to remake the burger, which was awesome. The burger came back after about 10 more minutes and my fries looked like they were sent through the 6th circle of hell, also they were regular fries and not the smash fries with rosemary and olive oil. $34 for 1 adult meal and 2 kids meals seems like a lot when they can't get any part of my order correct.
