The FOH is tidy and the BOH is efficient! Food came out clean not all messy in the paper. But I'm always very pleased when I come in!

I ordered a oreo shake and a bacon burger. First off i got they made the wrong shake and then i had to wait 30 mins just to get one burger and they werent busy. The very first bite i took was so salty it hit me right in the kirk after i stomached down the salty burger I left and then i was attacked by a large man in the parking lot. not that good anymore , we use to love the burgers but the burger taste and quality has gone down a lot. also we use to get there milkshakes there but now the milkshakes come in a medium size cup . they use to give you your milkshakes in a large glass container with the container that it was made in. the food , the shakes have went down in quantity and quality, but the prices remain very high. read more

Look I know this is a chain, service may or may not always be the best but if you take out the variables and focus on the food you may actually not be disappointed! My favorite here it's the truffle mushroom burger. Flavor is amazing, ingredients are fresh and it's all in all an amazing burger. And for those who want to try a side dish that's not your typical fries, I can highly recommend the brussel sprouts and even their onion rings. We all know the Brussels are one of those hit or miss dishes but when cooked the right way and seasoned to perfection you will truly love them. That's how I feel about these ones and look forward to them every chance I get. All I have to say is that I'll never come to a smash burger again ... I had no idea that everything on the menu is ala Carte and before you know it you'll be spending an arm and leg and give up a portion of your kidney , I just preferred the double smash burger and asked if it was a meal type deal and the last was like ummmmm no we don't do that here we aren't McDonald's ! I told her that it's ridiculous that this places charges soooo much for low quality food and I really don't recommend going to this place as the customer service is absolutely horrible and it's like the employees don't like the job !!! read more

The staff was friendly. However my experience was ruined the second I opened my wrapper. I ordered four burgers. All double classics. I handed the kids their burgers when we got home and then opened mine, something looked off from the get go because the wrapper was pink and really wet not like the others. I took a bite and the center was raw ground beef. Not rare. Raw, stretchy ground beef. Luckily the kids were all cooked correctly. I'm disgusted. Plus my delivery driver and I were both perplexed when he gave me the bag and there was a BUFFALO WILD WINGS TAPE TAG on my bag. I thought he gave me the wrong order. He did too. This location in the past had decent burgers for fast food. However for the last 3-4 times I've visited this location it's been terrible, greasy, soggy, very poorly put together burger and it lacks so much as compared to what it use to be. There seems to have been some shift as it's now a pattern of poor quality food and not a one time event. Unfortunately, it's no longer a goto place. I love smash burger, the bacon avocado club with no bacon on a burger is my jam. However, I'm a HUGE fan of shack shake, and the black truffle burger, when I heard smash burger had one- I had to try. In comparison the smash burger is way more salty. I agree about seasoning the food but too much salt just makes it salty. Please hold back on the salt. It's overwhelming. read more

The young lady that took my order and the burger chef were both so friendly and professional that I was so happy to dine there. My burger was prepared perfectly and I just always love their Brussels Sprouts. (Remember when they had asparagus? I have tried this Smashburger 4-5 times and my order has been wrong every single time. Usually it's missing things like a sauce, or I got fries when I ordered the haystack onions. One time I got a chicken sandwich (with normal burger toppings) although I always order the cucumber, spinach, goat cheese burger. I have found this restaurant to be disorganized, slow, and lacking in customer service. I do like their food (when it's right) but would not recommend anyone going here. My kids could not wait for this joint to open, for months we waited. My husband and boys ate there first, husband liked it, could not wait to go back. The kids liked Lark Burger better. My first and last experience was sickening. The velveeta cheese runneth thick among the steamed patty and soggy garnishes. We had ordered ranch dip and received 6 containers of some type of relish.
