I want to thank everyone at this dentistry (Dr. Gina V.) This office has an amazing staff that knows what they are doing. Great communication and overall customer service. Dr. Nguyen who was assigned to be my dentist,made this vist so positively emotional. I deal with a bad anxiety especially anything to do with extracting or the feeling of needle being used. During my procedure my anxiety level was to the point where I wanted to get up and leave,but with her calm voice and gentle hands she made me very comfortable. I was able to calm my nerves and finish the three procedures that needed to be done. Dr. Gina was also amazing at what she do! Im so glad that I came back to see her again. Got my cavity filled and sooo many things wrong. I'm already not a fan of going to the dentist but doesn't help when your experience is terrible. In 25 years I've never had an experience like this. I waited for the doctor for a bit and hearing all the assistants keep asking each other do you know where dr is was not okay. Finally she came in and started working. She comes off as nice but her actions don't follow. Working on me like she's late for something, constantly getting annoyed with the assistant and even taking away tools from her. She was so close to my face with all the tools working so quickly I felt like she was gonna scratch me how many times. I was numb so I couldn't feel it but the pressure of how she worked was there and I've never been so sore after getting a filling. I've had how many fillings in my life and this is my first experience with them and it was not great. Definitely not going back. read more

Dr. Viernes and her entire staff always so pleasant. I came in to do my annual cleaning since I haven't been able to during this crazy pandemic! I saw Dr. Beth today, very nice. She told me I need to get crown in the front, yikes! Luckily My insurance will pay and my estimate is not too outrageous. Her assistant, I didn't get her name (sorry), polished my "pearly whites." She was very nice as well.... Dr. Viernes saw me and said hi. She thanked me for coming in. My next appointment is in a week to take care of my crown. They had the time and date I wanted. Which was a big relief. My husband starting coming here as well and he really enjoys the convenience. Dr Viernes and her team are so awesome and caring. It is very easy to setup an appointment. They are very understanding of a client's financial status and not pushy. The front office staff are very welcoming and that is a plus when you visit any place. I always request Ms. Marian I know she is very busy but I enjoy having her as my hygienist. I have been with them during my early 20s and I will be moving my kids to her too. My entire family are under Dr Viernes' care. If I could give her 10-stars I would but yelp has max of 5. The dentist is my least favorite place to go! I had to do a cleaning though & check on a tooth that's been bothering me. Dr. Sicilia made me feel so comfortable right from the start. The girls/ assistant were very nice as well. I will say if someone were more up tight or "professional " they would be bothered by their playfulness but I appreciated it. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, I am pretty sensitive and dr sicilia often asked how I was doing. I went back in for a follow up on a bothered tooth & when I shared I wasn't completely satisfied, rather than being annoyed or seeing me as a problem patient lol they made sure to make me feel cared for & continued to do what needed to be done to properly treat my tooth.
