I liked the fact that Eugene was younger (not like super young, just young-ish like me!) and what I refer to as "professionally casual" like I am in my work environment. He was super friendly and personable to myself and my kiddos and I felt comfortable with him in my home, something I can't say for every business I've worked with. We paid $210 for four bedrooms, a hallway, one large living area and a large area rug. After my dog got sick all over the bedroom carpet late Saturday night, I desperately needed a good carpet cleaner on Sunday. SmithBros was the only company I could find that would come out on a Sunday. I called at 9am, they were at my apartment at 1230pm, and finished and out the door at 1pm. They were polite, quick, easy, and did such a great job getting rid of ALL the pet stains (probably about 15 of them throughout the room) in just about 10 minutes. I want to give a shout out for Eugene and his partner at Smith Bros. They did a very good job in washing windows, inside and out, at my home! They were consistent in their work and took their time to make sure the job was done right. When all was done, we did a walk through to make sure that all windows were properly cleaned. The only recommendation I have which has nothing to do with the quality of their work...is that they have proper business identification before entering a customer's home. This means t-shirts with company name as well as business cards. Their truck also did not have company name! Eugene is awesome. He was so quick to respond when asking for a quote and booking my appointment. The day before, we had an issue with utilities at our house being prematurely turned off. I called him to let him know we needed an afternoon appointment instead, and he was able to accommodate. He shows up on time to find that we still don't have power and water to our house. Instead of rescheduling, he had the great idea to go rent a generator from Home Depot! We paid for the generator rental and he went to pick it up for us and return it!!!
