Paperwork directly sent to DMV, passed with no problems and out the door (not really as you never go "inside" but that is okay). They are prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. The only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is you cannot go inside, it's not very personal- and they talk with you through a window with a plastic shield in front of it and you pass documents under the shield. People are jumping into burning buildings at work and risking their lives but this mans day was ruined because he had to reprint the receipt (that took 10 seconds to do) - he has a MAJOR temper issue and wants to complain about the bare minimum. Been bringing all my cars here for at least 10 years without issue. Brought my vehicle in today to sell soon. I was notified that my vehicle didn't pass, then reworded that it passed smog; but not the visual. The coupon brought me to $52, with the ability to bring back and pay an extra $10 to be retried. Strange, almost as though the coupon was negated. Took vehicle to my normal mechanic, who not surprisingly said there was no egr leak of any sort. Brought the vehicle into another smog place, who inquired about the visual fail from earlier in day. He was very thorough with that previous fail in mind. Having meticulously smogged and visualizing my car he said that there was no issue. Without throwing Smog Buster under the bus, he reiterated that he didn't understand how it had failed the visual.
