That's how my car ended up here and each time I had to reach out, it only added to the trauma of being in a car crash. When I first called to ask about fees and having my car moved to the spot I planned to store it, the inconsiderate jerk that answered the phone told me he was surprised I was even around (i.e. alive) to make that phone call (presumably because of the state of my car). After making that "joke," he was trying to charge an extra date of service until I repeatedly pointed out that there was no way my car had been there since July 29 because my accident happened the next day... Most recently, I called to ask if the invoice for the towing could be emailed to me and the jerk was very annoyed at this. He said he'd have to find it (clearly, it's an unorganized "office") and snail mail it, so I said I would explore other options as that would take too long. That upset him for some reason and he said he didn't have time to be sending the invoice out to begin with (maybe if he found a magical way to email these, it'd save him the post office trip/time). The poor guy seems to hate his life, but that's no reason to joke about others' or for him to get so emotional about doing the paperwork aspect of his JOB.

Our car was in our garage with the door open and we were home the entire time. They said they showed up and no one was home. Even our front gate confirmed there was no tow truck. Last time they were supposed to arrive was 3:15 pm. Finally received a call from them at 4:30pm after we had cancelled the order with onstar. Thank goodness we were home vs stuck on the highway in the California desert.
