I had a great experience going to Noe's Auto Repair, Inc. this morning when I was in need of a smog…read morecheck for my auto registration. I needed a smog check in a hurry, because I only had a few more days before my auto registration expires. I went to one shop that was closer to my home, however they could not do a smog check because they were backed-up with customers, and I was told to come back the next day. So I drove down the street hoping to find another smog check business. After driving about two miles, I spotted Noe's Auto Repair, and I saw several of their smog check signs before pulling into their shop. Though their shop had several cars in the work bays and the mechanics were working on them, I was just very surprised and pleased that one of the mechanics helped me right away, and all I had to do was go to the office to get the paperwork started. I was told that it would take about 20 minutes to do the smog check, however they did it in about 15 minutes and I had my car back. Everyone that helped me here was very nice and friendly. I wish I had this type of outstanding wonderful customer service wherever I go. The price was reasonable, and I would highly recommend Noe's Auto Repair to anyone who needs a smog check. Though my car runs well and I have no problems with it, yet I look forward to bringing my car back here when I need an auto repair. Noe's Auto Repair, thank you for the excellent service. These internal conflicts seem to be externalized through hostility and inappropriate behavior like posting on a Yelp page to get attention. Of course I freaked out and asked my wife what happened. She being a very trusting person did not do a walk around of the car after getting it back. The car was fine when she left the house, she drove directly there and directly home after so there is no possibility the damage came from anyone/anywhere else. We tried calling them immediately but they were closed for the day by that time. We left voicemails/texted them, they never responded back and after leaving the voicemail every time we tried calling we were forwarded to voicemail, we had to call their other locations multiple times just to get them on the phone. Once we finally got ahold of them the manager was absolutely dismissive and said they were watching video and would get back to us. The owner then called back and for some reason thought we had an issue with scratches on the windshield, we let him know that was not correct and explained the issue to him..he said he would watch the surveillance footage and call us back. We never got another call back and tried calling them back multiple times over the next 2 days. Because we never got a call back my wife went in today to try and get it resolved. The owner is absolutely trying to deny responsibility for the damage. It's a brand new car only purchased a few months ago. The owner has no integrity whatsoever and refuses to take any accountability. Just know that if anything happens to your car while getting washed there they will not do the right thing and will screw you over. So I guess I have to make a police report about it and see what path we have to take going forward to try and get this resolved. If you have a nice new car and care about it DO NOT GET IT WASHED HERE!!!!!! Terrible business!

Gas prices are higher than other gas stations I presumed since it's Chevron, but it is conveniently located when I needed them most. Sometimes we have to pay extra for convenience just like anything else. Very quick visit. No encounter with any staff. My car got a full tank of gas. I paid at the pump. We were on our way home. Best of all, when I was getting a quote for my needed repair, the desk associate volunteered and asked me if I was a member of the AAA Automobile Club, and I said "Yes.", so I was able to save even more money on my needed repair. Most auto repair shops would probably never ask you if you had a AAA membership so that they could charge you even higher vehicle repair prices. Then most of all, I sincerely appreciated that they never tried to do any up-sales for my repair. They politely quoted me on the work I wanted done AND they did not include any other suggested repairs. I really appreciate it when I come across a local business that operates and communicates straightforwardly.
