He was rude, dismissive, and demeaning. My elderly mother had a question and the workers directed her to their manager - Peter - who was outside smoking a cigarette near the gas station (a whole other safety/legal issue). My mom approached Peter and he claimed he was not the manager and could not answer her question. My mom went back to the mechanics and 2 of them reassured her Peter is the manager. Peter again claimed to not be the manager and when she asked him for a business card, he gave her one with his name listed as the manager. I dont know why someone would play games like this gaslighting an elderly woman. What do you get out of being a jerk Peter? I'm sad to say this felt like discrimination against an elderly woman. Not often you see business with tons of long time clientele. That speaks volume. I have been coming to this location for about 15 years. I live about 30 miles away but I come to Urgent Auto Care because they are honest, trustworthy, friendly, and most of all, they will give you the run down on the issue and offer options for you to decide on what you want to do with great pricing. I often come here for things the dealer wants me to change and repair and Sean will let me know what is more of a priority than other items, or the dealer reported items, that is not as bad as the dealer made it sound like and that I have some times before I really need to think about changing or repair. Sean had consistently proved to me that he will be honest on what you need and not on what he can earn from you. After so many years, my wife and two kids now also take their car to Sean at Urgent Auto Care.

However , my recent visit(12/20/25) has changed my view on them . Their smog tech's knowledge is lacking . My car's catalytic converter was stolen last year . We purchased all parts from the dealer and had them installed by a local reputable muffler location . ( catalytic converter , oem flange , oxygen sensor , gaskets , upper and lower shields misc hardware). We added a miller cat shield to protect it.. I brought him my car for a smog. He told me everything lookred good, except the visual? I said why? He told me that the catalytic converter was the incorrect one. I told him it was the OEM part from the Manfacture. He disagreeed. I told him i had the reciept from the dealer where the parts were purchased. He told me he wasn't going to charge me but to bring it back the car with the documentation. No failed docuemntation was handed to me . I printed all records from the online dealer purchase and returend. I was greated by a different smog tech. I told him that the previous tech told me to come back to smog the car. He reviewed the car and told me the car had failed. I was confused as the first tech didn't not say anyting about failing the car. I told the new tech that i had brought it this location. He asked for the documentation. I told him the gentlemen that reviewed the car told me he was not going charge and not docuemenation was issued. I told him that if the tech failed it you smog system should have a record. He goes and looks up the car to see who pefromed the test and found it was the smog station they run. He printed out the failed report The new techc said, come back when he is here as i don't why he failed it. I asked him when the tech will be back? He stated in 2 weeks? SMH.... 2 weeks? i can't wait that long. I reverted back to the smog /repair station i went prior to finding this shop(its closer to my home). Guess what it passed the visual. Never again will i come back. It is unfortunate. 2 stars, the lack of knowledge is unacceptable. The inablity to identify an OEM Catalytic converter from the Car's manufacture is a problem.

When I asked why it was about $15 more the clerk informed me that after a certain number of gallons you just get charged the exchange rate which is $30. I found an actual propane service site in Yorba Linda that charges about $3 a gallon no matter how many gallons you get. Buyer beware
