This is the only place I come to get my car smogged at. Although it's partially due to nostalgia since this is the place my Dad always took his cars to smog and me (I'm assuming for morale support). It's a laid back little shop with modest interior an overall locals only iykyk vibe. I do recommend calling to make sure they are open before you head in. They take tap, but it's intermittent so I also recommend bringing cash. read more

Honesty is the best policy.....and it reigns true here. I took my car to be smog tested, after not using the car for months, and having the battery recharged. They could have just took my money, ran the test and said too bad, it didn't pass. But they took the time to explain to me how it's important to drive around 100 miles to reset the system, so i wont have to pay for a test I might fail. I took his advice.....drove the car for several days and came back. It passed with no problems. His honesty and straightforward approach made this not only an easier test, but a much cheaper one.
