I was picking up something for my lunch and snack, some dessert for a relative. Holy moly! Everything I ordered was delicious. Wagyu Reuben -- wow a Reuben in a croissant. Genius. Delicious!!! My fav is the everything kouign aman. Think an everything bagel and sweet cream cheese as a perfect kouign aman. I could eat this every day!!! The pan au chocolate was a fun shape. And made it so easy to eat. Loved it. Morning bun --- wow! Soft pieces to pull apart and such a comforting bun. The cookies were good but the pastries I felt outshined the cookies. I need to go back. To try a plain croissant and to get more of my favs. It's prob a good thing I live across the bay-- too delicious!

Recently had a last minute trip to San Francisco for a day, and knew I had to stop by Parachute Bakery which I saw on social media. And oh my lord, upon arrival I was already impressed with the cute branding and shop decor. This was a solo trip, but I bought almost one of everything! From savory to sweet, this place hits the mark on everything. So freaking delicious, flakey, buttery, crispy, everything you want in a laminated pastry. I'm so in love with this shop and wish it was mine.

Checked out the menu and it piqued my interest after I saw words like yuzu, cubano croissant and mojo pork! Service was fast and friendly! They accommodated my request for a box (an option) but they didn't have a bag, I had to carry this beautiful box with my hand which was inconvenient but fine by me. They were definitely kind enough to help me check for available pastries in the back even tho the chances of them being gone (since it was afternoon) were high. I appreciated the effort and their willingness to do this. Overall I would recommend it! I love their croissants! Plain croissants and special ones- you can't go wrong! Ambiance is wonderful, quaint hallway with seats for you to relax. It seems it was packed when I came in so I couldn't sit and chill. Perhaps another time when I am in the neighborhood I can just relax and enjoy a book with great pastries.
