I have to throw in a review now. I have tried and tried (3X) to order from them, always with issues. There is indeed something up with the flower, the THC can not be correct, and it had a chemical type spray or something on it. Very harsh to smoke, not potent at all. The deals get so specific that it's hard to chose something you like that will qualify. I have had them try and make this right in the past but somehow even with the code ended up spending more than i originally did and that was for bud that had a million seeds in it, maybe half the weight was useable. Family and I have made over 50 purchases from Smokeland paying cash on delivery, frequently getting a change while providing a substantial tip to the driver without issue. Change never larger than $10. Today I placed an order and attempted to get change from the driver to be informed that he cannot carry cash. The conversation rubbed me wrong and I felt he was trying to manipulate me into getting a larger tip so I canceled the order on the spot. When I attempted to escalate this to Smokeland I feel like I was dismissed and spitefully informed multiple times I must pay a restocking fee. They've been late four times, they've messed up the order three times, and I have had to call them because they did not communicate as promised twice. The staff knows the 1g cartridges are faulty and come out the top and bottom of the cartridge. So much they stopped selling them for a while. No wonder the as the cartridges were over a year old when I got them. They wont replace the product unless u try to return them within 24-72 hours. When u buy 3 or more carts do they really expect u to smoke them all in 24-72 hours to find out they are faulty? It doesn't even start happening until 1/2 way thru the cart. The blatant cash grab of a $4.95 "delivery fee" which my driver was not even aware of, let alone compensated with- that's a problem. Considering dispensaries are already profiting from other people's prison time, it's a bit insulting to make an additional cash grab On the backs of already underpaid service workers. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Worst delivery service I've ever used. I ordered last night, paid $90 for my order and went inside and opened up the bag and immediately saw a bunch of shwag. All terrible weed that I wouldn't pay for, it's worse than the homegrown my friends give me for free. We packed a bowl, were extremely disappointed from the first hit and then the delivery driver called us to tell us he gave us the wrong weed. So instead of the half of small indoor buds we ordered we got an ounce of bad outdoor filled with seeds. We had opened the bag assuming our order was correct, and when we told the driver that we had opened the bag he told us they can't refund it and that we can just keep the wrong order he gave us. But what he gave us was trash and not something I would ever spend money on, so I told him I either wanted the correct weed and I could give him the shwag back or I'd like a refund. He basically said no refunds but that he could bring the correct weed the following day. If we had wanted to get weed the following day, we wouldn't have ordered from this place and would've gotten something better and cheaper elsewhere. So basically I said don't bring us the other weed just come and take back this crap you delivered and give us our money back. It's been almost day since this happened and I ve talked to multiple people on the phone trying to get this resolved. But instead I'm left with a fat sack or disgusting weed and they essentially stole my money and gave me something I didn't want.
