My first time ordering from Smoakland and it was a breeeze! I picked up a half Oz of Exotix purple punch and a half Oz of Exotix mimosa (managers recommendation), as well as a gram of runts crumble. I consider myself a connoisseur of cannabis and everything was hitting my tastebuds all on levels, I'm floored. If you're ever unsure of what strain might work best for you don't hesitate to ask whoever is assisting you with your order. The people at Smoakland were right on the money with suggesting these products for me, they asked me what I like and made a custom suggestion not just a generic statement with really made me feel valued. As for the products leeet me teeeelll you! All the strains have a really great flavor but man this Mimosa, burns exactly how it smells... amazing!!! Really a fan of the cure on the Exotix line leads to a really great even full hit every time, wether I'm packing bowls or rolling doobies I'm loving this flower. As I mentioned all the flavors are pretty epic, purple punch is no exception. Very sweet terpene notes, full body high, I can tell this is going to be my go to for functional pain relief and stress... now we are on to the runtz crumble. I was super happy with the texture, the taste , the melt on the nail, and of course the flavor! Definitely reminded me of a pack of runtz . In conclusion for the stellar customer service, for the superior product in comparison to every other delivery I've tried (100's), for the prices that simply can't be beat, and most importantly feeling like a human a VALUED customer not a dollar sign, I will continue to frequent this service and send all my friends this way. I would highly recommend scheduling next day appointments 10% off! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst customer experience ever. Extremely immature, unprofessional, and out of pocket management. Nani who answers the phones doesn't know what's going on, and neither does anyone else. Drivers seem confused and lost. The quality of my flower dare I say was on par with the customer service. I have tried Eaze, and chill delivery services before with no issues and outstanding customer service. This place has to be out of their minds. Here is my first experience. I place my order at 1 pm on Saturday to be told that they didn't have all of the product and that it would be delivered Sunday 10 am - 12 pm, I say ok and await for Sunday. Sunday morning comes around and I get a call at 1145 am staying they will be 15-30 minutes late. After I hang up the phone I received a text notification stating my order had been delivered (it hadn't) so I attempt to call back and figure what's going on but I'm lead to use the online chat system instead of actually speaking to someone. The person online tells me that this was done in error and the driver would be ANOTHER 30 minutes. At this point I'm waiting, so I await the driver.... Then the driver gets here. No customer service whatsoever. Doesn't have the free pre-rolls I was offered for the wait. HE ALSO DOESNT HAVE ANY CHANGE for a $105 total ,I have $120! No one explained this part to me, not online, not on the chat support no one. So I grab my bag from him give him the money, am told I'm not getting change , oh and that he has to drive back to the store to get my per roll! I'm obviously flustered so I go inside to call support, they once again try and direct you to their online chat support, but if you wait long enough you finally get through to Someone. After 5 mins I get through to Cynthia or Samantha she barely pronounced her name. She does a good job at first of reassuring me that she will talk to her manager and get this set right, she even hints at some possible free resin to make up for this....... Here is the kicker! After a 10 minute hold she comes back to tell me, her manager has decided I'm only allowed a $15 credit for the change I was robbed of... Nothing more. Barely even an apology. I will never use this $15 credit. I hope that others that go to order at this place STEER CLEAR. The discount for new customers isn't even worth it because they treat you like actual garbage. Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional. They say on their website it should be about an hour for delivery, which is fine. After waiting an hour, I contacted them and they said another 45-60 minutes. So I wait another 30 minutes. Then they say its going to be atleast another hour. I've boughten two products from smoakland, and both were super dissatisfying. I bought and 1/8 of platinum cookies, it wasn't 3.5 grams. I gave smoakland the benefit of the doubt and bought another 1/8 of strawberry banana, more dissatisfied than the first time. The 1/8 was no more than 2.5 grams at most, and half of it was stems. I thought they would have shown some love, instead they pinched the bag. read more

This used to be my go to place, but its like most other places, start off good then take a nose dive. The delivery drivers can be horrible, like really bad. I've had drivers call from down the street and tell me they arrived lol, like really. Also, I haven't weighed mine out, but will the next time after reading the reviews and feeling like my stuff was skimp. It's always something with these folks. Today, it was unexpected delivery fees. Their practice has traditionally been that if you order "next day" delivery, they waive the delivery fee. Apparently they pulled that discount without telling the customer, so my cost was higher than expected. Their Weedmaps page still shows $0 delivery fee regardless. Other screw-ups include delivering the wrong items/not what was ordered, problems with online ordering, the automated ordering system delivering very little information to the customer so I can't even prove what I ordered once the order page is closed, and not delivering when expected. I am frequently disappointed. But the text ads come through reliably, including misspelling their own company name week in and week out. I have complained to the drivers of my ongoing dissatisfaction, but they don't seem to tell anyone else. One driver told me he's not important and they don't listen. :( Maybe they'll see this and improve their practices. read more

I've been a longtime costumer for them and honestly for the most part it's been great, but it seems as they update things, it's getting worse and worse. My biggest complaint is the options for same day delivery vs Next day delivery sucks! Every since they made the option for online services to be next day or same day, you can never find a indica flower. It's mainly low THC, sativa dominate. I have been ordering from Smoakland for several years. Unquestionably the best value in San Francisco for my money. The good: Amazing value for decent weed. Full ounces with seeds for as little as $49 (I highly recommend the Wedding Cake strain, sticky good) or without seeds for $69 + tax and delivery. I am on Medicare, Mexican dirt weed was more expensive than this when I was in high school. Delivery and pricing had many kinks when they first started, but has improved a lot. Next day orders get to choose from a much wider menu than on demand orders. Really good specials to mix and match 2 half ounces of Organix or Exotix The bad: This is not super premium weed, even the Exotix. It all kind of tastes the same, with few exceptions, good or very good, not great. They would only get 3 stars from me if they weren't so inexpensive. Occasional problems with my order, delivery, or pricing, but they have always been handled promptly to my satisfaction. Limited selection of Indica strains (my favorite). Website needs a little work - when ordering dealz, selection of components in the deal is cumbersome, but worth the effort. read more

I have went to Smoakland for months if not years and today I had the worst experience ever. I was sent a coupon. Found something I wanted and then put my address in upon doing this the screen reloaded. Apparently they opened a shop in Sacramento with substantially less options. So you can only order the 5-10 products from Sacramento. They have been sending my product from the bay for months and now it's a problem. The deal was 50% off and they offered me a 10% for a future order. I get having a Sacramento location makes things easier but continue the process of how things were done until you are able to provide the new location with a full menu and be completed rather then half assing the move. read more

This will be my last time ordering from the Smoakland in the Oakland area. I have been ordering from Smoakland for years, I mean years and I have never played like I didn't get an order. They driver lied and said we met at a gas station when the address was my home address and we never even talked. I prepaid my order so it was coming out my account regardless and these people tried to make it seem like I stole an order instead of accepting they driver played them. The fact I had to get out character, had somebody hang up in my face because they didn't want to help me and almost had to report it to paytender and my bank was enough for me. After me telling them forget it, I'll dispute it they said they were redelivering my order, but even with that im coo. It has never been that serious for no tree, especially after what I delt with tonight idc what your prices are. Customer service is everything and they was disrespectful asf. They also don't seem to communicate well with their drivers, which causes a lot of confusion for the customer and the driver. So ive been ordering from these guys for several months, the delivery drivers are all great, the customer service/order desk is an actual travesty. Placing an order for next day delivery, will not even guarantee you get what you ordered, then youll be forced to pay another delivery fee when they finally do bring you what you actually ordered.
