I usually like their services but I've had enough. First off, I always get a woman who's belligerent dog is in the passenger seat and I have to reach over him hoping he doesn't attack, then today was the icing on the cake. Unprofessional and unreliable. I placed an order 3 hours ago, an agent told me it'd be here by 10:15 at the latest and it still has not arrived. I received my order today and usually I'm notified that my driver is on the way yet I just received a text saying my order has arrived. Mollica didn't introduce herself or let me know her ETA. I had to make sure I asked for her name so I could leave a review to get her a tip. There's a card that says leave a review and Smoakland will tip your driver. Well maybe the drivers should carry more of them so they can receive more tips and put their names on it so we know whom is delivering our order. Mad props to Archer for coming thru like a champ and double checking my order, before just taking my money, handing it over and bouncing. Only 3 of the 13 items that i specified in my email order were correct. He did his best to replace what he could and make sure I was content with what I went time with. I just noticed that two of my gummy orders are incorrect, but what are you gonna do? Shoot the messenger, nope. I'm nO pOtblOcker!!! N And, I only brought the last of the two incorrect orders that i made to their attention, but only because I plaid more for the item i ordered versus what I actually received. If I could give them zero stars I would. Read this if you care about your money and don't want to get extremely sick. I messed around with this place for a couple months and talked to other people and clubs that did as well. We all agree it's terrible. They grow their own weed, their manager Mike Zavack openly admitted to me that they constantly have issues with mold and fungus on their plants and that they regularly use sulfur-based agents to try to kill that mold and fungus. A lot of their concentrates end up smelling and tasting like sulfur, boiled egg, burnt hair, or burnt rubber because of these issues. The concentrates that are somewhat decent still burn the crap out of your throat and lungs and are probably flavored with E juice or other fake flavoring. They make all their own concentrates. They lie to you that their cartridges have no additives, once you try one you'll know what I mean. Furthermore, if you like seeds in your weed this is the place for you. Again, the manager straight up told me they are aware of all these issues but that they are basically too big to do anything about them, and that for the most part the customers are not very knowledgeable so they can continue to do this stuff without a lot of them knowing. To top it off their customer service sucks. 95% of their phone representatives have no idea what they are recommending. They basically just tell you to buy what everybody else is buying or whatever has a high THC percentage or has a strain name that sounds like a dessert item. I stopped messing with them after I got a sore and swollen throat from their product. I guess this all makes sense because if you go online and look at what current and former employees say about the founder and owner Irfan Jaffery you will learn that he is a narcissist who only cares about making a quick buck, their words not mine. Don't bother trying to talk to them about anything, I tried multiple times and they just stopped responding after a little while. Spend five dollars extra and go somewhere else. read more

I ordered from here for the first time and instantly sent me an email asking me to rate them five stars for free stuff. Ten minutes later I get a call telling me that they are out of one strain I bought, and they want to know which strain I want to switch it out with. No big deal right? I tell them which one I want to switch to and they say my driver will be here in 45 mins. Three hours go by and I didn't hear anything from them. I give them a call and they tell me that there are no orders under my name. Luckily, I had a screenshot of my confirmed order and emails from them about the order. They transferred me to Aaron who told me he needed to talk to his manager. Unfortunately, he forgot to mute himself so I heard the whole conversation. His boss told him that I hadn't picked up when they called so this was on me. I instantly unmuted myself and said that the boss was lying. They both went quiet and quickly muted themselves. I heard about Smoakland at Heiro Day, so I figured I'd finally give them a try, so I just placed my first order from here. First of all, their website is broken. So I called the number they had listed on their site to see if I could place an order that way. No answer. It says you can also text for an order, so I did. It took them over 45 minutes to reply! It was very shady, too, they make you take a selfie with your ID, so weird. They also kept directing me to their website when I asked what was available, but the reason I texted was because the website says "products not defined" when you go to the menu. So I just ordered an ounce that I saw they had a deal for from a picture on Yelp. They placed my order, but failed to tell me that they don't make change! What kind of place takes cash payments only but won't make change?! They told me to go to a grocery store. :/ I am no where near a store! It was frustrating to have to waste 1 1/2 hours of my time trying to order just to cancel. Their response to that was oh, sorry, go to a grocery store to get change. I don't live near any! It was just very unprofessional and like they don't care at all about their customers. Luckily, my driver messaged me separately letting me know he was on his way, and I let him know I didn't have correct change, and he said he could make it work, so I didn't have to cancel. Started at 8:30 looking at Weedmaps. Saw good deals for this place, looked at their menu, decided on cartridges I wanted. Selected deal and was ready to print when I noticed it expired yesterday. So I do a bit more browsing around, other services and options. Then I saw another deal for new customers for Smoakland, online only. I proceeded to website and struggled to get anything in cart, trying different browsers. Then I figured duh, must have to create an account first. Still I had a lot of trouble adding choices to carts, kept wanting me to update my address, after entering it several times. Oh, and when address was accepted, cartridge choices dwindled to 3. Finally I'm ready to order and the promo code won't work. After several tries, I gave up. At 9:27, 3 minutes before cutoff, I text telling them how useless their website is, hoping I could still place order via text. I'm led to believe I can. I have been buying product for about a year or so. If I could give the service a zero I would. The first time I bought from Smoakland, I loved it. Amazing experience so I kept coming back. The night of 9/20/2019 I decided to place an order with you guys. I placed everything stated CLEARLY what I wanted. I've never had any problems with ANY transaction from any location. I live in San Jose and I have to drive out to the locations to meet. I was told it would be a 45-60 min wait or earlier. So I decided to head out 40 min into waiting so that the driver wouldn't have to wait because in the past I have caught traffic making them wait a little. I never got a notification letting me know that it was actually going to be a 2 hour wait. I work early in the morning 3 am everyday so I am exhausted. I'm patience so I decided to keep waiting. The driver finally arrived and I went over to his car. I was standing outside where if is dark and I wanted the transaction to be over so I can get home to sleep. I had ordered the the Firework special. It came with 2 1/2 oz, 2 pre rolls, .5 gram cart and shatter. When I got to the window the driver looked HIGH as kite and all over the place. He was probably trying to get all the orders before closing which is understandable. He gave me my stuff and asked me to check it and I did when I checked it the first time I caught that I was missing a the prerolls. I let him know and he called to check if I wasn't lying. I started to get a little annoyed. The drivers should be aware of ALL the deals before heading out instead of wasting my time. I assumed that it was just that and I assumed wrong. Half way heading home I was thinking about the whole situation and I asked my wife to double check that everything was in there. She did and come to find out I was given the wrong strain and I was missing the cartridge. We called to let them know and they said they were going to call the driver and see what happen. At this point I was annoyed. I was given the wrong strain without being aware and I was missing and item. We decide to return because we thought that we were going to get the strained exchanged and get the cart. No instead what I was basically told me is that I'm a liar and I can choose another strain tomorrow. There isn't a need for me to go out twice because you made a mistake. And for the manager to assume that i'm lying is unbelievable. Mangers should know better. After he notice I was upset he offered a discount. I don't want a discount I want what I PAID for. I had been looking for a new delivery service since the weed I was receiving from Grandma's Goodies was looking shady, the driver was usually late, and the driver would always be smoking a cigarette which causes me to choke due to my Multiple Chemical Sensitivities. I was driving after picking up my order from a Grandma's Goodies delivery driver that wouldn't deliver to my location and I saw Smoakland advertising their delivery service so I decided to give them a try. I saw the prices and thought "Smoakland has great prices". The best I've seen in awhile. The cannabis is great quality. Even the shake is of higher quality. I have been very satisfied with the products so far. I received a couple of orders and the drivers had way too much perfume on that it lingered throughout my kitchen and living room after I closed the door causing me to choke from it. I made a complaint and I was told that they would try to fix the situation. Still after each delivery I was choking until Megan H. I wasn't choking on perfume after I closed my door. She actually checked my ID, didn't have any problems with delivering to my door, and didn't have the whole bottle of fragrance trailing behind her. She was awesome read more
