If I need help finding something I can use the chat feature, email or even call if I want. Once when they were out of something I had ordered, they called to offer a replacement rather than lose the sale. A win-win for both of us! Hi, I've been a loyal customer to Smokland for 6+ years now. Smokland has its ups and downs but's that's all businesses. I've only ordered 28g & I recall ordering two 14g once. Anyways, since I strictly order 28g I haven't had many problems. My past orders have been Ice Cream cake 28g strictly because I don't like to constantly change my strand. I noticed that my batch is starting to be more smaller buds which is starting to look like shake & my bag started feeling more vacuum sealed instead of fully which I don't really like. It makes me feel like I'm being skimmed. So this time I switched to Gummiebears. Yesterday I placed an order for today. The time I chose was from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Of course I leave in my notes that I will be home at 4:00pm. I got an email letting me know my order was placed. Not once did customer service email me or call me stating the item I chose would ONLY be available from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. I had to find out when I got home and wait and wait until it was 4:08pm. Of course I contacted customer service through the live chat and XXENA helped me out & he/she( don't know the person's gender) basically put a rush on my order and informed me my driver will be arriving in 23 minutes from now. XXENA did apologize as well. Smokland PLEASE.... The drivers strictly deliver the item(s). PLEASE stop leaving it to the drivers to handle an angry customer for something a DRIVER has no control over. Drivers when you clock in please take the time to contact your customers to cover your end and ask them to show a screenshot of what they see on their end. If an item isn't available at a certain time I believe that needs to be included in the website or contact the customer immediately so if anything there can be some changes or accommodations. tried making a delivery order and i notice that my address didn't update when i placed my order. i called to see if i can change my address and they did. they then called me with questions why i needed my address changed. they then proceeded to say that they can't change my address. so i asked them to cancel it if that made it easier so i can replace my order. i replaced my order then proceeded to get another call saying that unless my id shows the address its getting delivered i wouldn't be receiving my order. read more

I have been a customer here for years, before it was called smoakland it was known as CCC. I spend bands here every year to only be disappointed with my last purchase which was a cartridge. I bought an ounce, 28 grams, of which so many do not work or are clogged. When I asked for a resolution and simply offered 5 percent off next purchase. I have 7 carts that do not work out of 28 received. So I literally got scammed by the company $150 because they do not want to right their wrong even when given the opportunity when contacted them multiple time. WARNING: Stay away from smoakland branded carts as they will fail on you regularly as they have swapped to a cheaper plastic cartridge than the more premium metal one they had before. If you have an issue, they do not want to take. responsibility. I have so disappointed, I may never order here again after years of being a customer.
