They stopped delivering to where I live and haven't even updated the website to say so. It still says it includes my city but when I type in my address it says they do not deliver there anymore. When asked they said they don't deliver beyond Fairfield now. But, I can drive to a store. The point of ordering online is to get the deals I am not paying a ton from a store and driving really really far to get that brand. Dont trust!!! Check your bag before the driver leaves. They used to be tonight I ordered and when I received my delivery and went into the house and opened the bag I found I was miss 28g of flower I contacted the driver immediately and she said she did not have any flower to come back to give us. I contacted the chat and explained what happened. This is what they said Agent Thank you! We have contacted our manager, and they mentioned that everything is sorted and provided. The 28g flower is provided per the driver's records. So in other words I am lying and they stole from me. I was told a manager will call me and I still have not heard from them. It was a deal 28g for $39 it's not a lot of money however I paid for that product and DID NOT receive what I paid for. Then the driver called and asked why we said she stole from us and that the flower was miss, my son said we didn't say you stole it and the flower is missing. I tried to speak to a manager and was to they were to busy, they were on lunch, and they will call me back. Finally I was told by tge representative that management has already decided that all items were delivered. There us no cooperate to call the driver was very sketchy when delivering and then called saying they have photos and video. My son said that's fine and great but that does not change the fact we have no 28g of bud that we paid for and tipped the driver$8.00. I used to love smoakland and the people who worked there now you are not valued as a customer they don't have anyway to speak to management and they refused to provide their names or representative ID number and managers name and was hung up on. What a great time to be alive. Never before has it been easier or cheaper to be a professional bong driver. Super premium product, in a wide variety, delivered to your door by a perfectly normal person within hours of making an order. I pay with my phone, including a generous tip for my drivers, the whole transaction costs about a third of what it did 20 years ago. Best part, the quality is exponentially superior to what it was 20 years ago! Tip your drivers! Used to be, unless the whole situation was just too sketchy, that you'd invite the delivery guy in to share the first joint with you. He accepted the invitation depending on how much he'd already pinched your bag. These guys dont have time to stop for a joint and they aren't pinching anybody's bags, so take care of your driver. I found the company misleading marketing and lack of terms and conditions worrisome. I received a email stating that delivery was free ( No delivery fee on all orders all day) that's it no minimum stated or terms and conditions were anywhere on the email. To me that's a good deal so upon me placing my order I'm unable to check out so I reached out to customer service and first she tells me that there is no promo so I screen shot the email. Then she tells me I have to spend $49.99 to get the free delivery so a little confused cause the email start no delivery fee on all orders all day and the there wasn't anything a minimum is required. So we're going back and forth so a supervisor name Jackie jumps in the chat a stated " Just because it says free delivery does not remove the delivery minimum, these are two different issues." Okay understandable but you can't state there's minimum if the marketing email say NO Delivery FEES ALL ORDER ALLDay and that it's. Her response is "Hi Alisha, I'm Jackie, the supervisor on duty. The reason why it's not stated on the email is due to the fact that this is a delivery minimum. Which has always existed and is always on the website. We're offering free delivery with a minimum order of $49.99 - which is normally any order over the $75 subtotal mark. Just because we're offering free delivery does not remove the delivery minimum". Okay how does a customer supposed to know that if the email doesn't state that so again your misleading. I'm not looking to take advantage but I believe companies shouldn't mislead their customers and expect people to just know. ON TOP OF THAT - when I DID live in Oakland and used their services twice, both times the products came damaged or unusable and they refused to do anything to make up for the situation. Their support agents are just doing their job, but their policies and processes are not to support you, it's to make sure they do not lose money even if they are in the wrong.
