Bought a battery & was told to keep the receipt in case I had any issues. The top broke off as well as some wiring- I brought it back today where unfortunately I was told there was no refunds or exchanges. I explained the situation & the guy basically laughed and said that the person who sold it to me was fired because he was "telling people that". I don't know what happened to this place. I used to love it here now I just never want to go back. You walk in and you feel like you are interrupting. I went to get a coil for my dab pen and the guy didn't even try to help me out. They didn't have what I needed and didn't bother to show me anything else. Just wanted me out apparently. Did I mention he had the personality of a foot? I remember everyone used to be so helpful, up selling, giving you other options, this guy just wanted me out of the store. Well I'm not happy today with this place. I went in this morning at 9:11am and the store was supposed to be open at 9:00am, we'll the employee pulled up 5 minutes after I did and was not friendly when I asked if he was the opener for the day. He told me to wait 5 more minutes for him to get the store open. So in total I had to wait 15 minutes to get what I needed. I believe a store should be open when they say they will. :/ read more

Waste of time. Don't go here. They sell products that don't work, or that stop working after a day or so. They also say they are open and posted a "back in 20 min" sign-- I drove by, went to run another errand, then came back after 40+ min and the sign for 20 min was still there... Most of the staff is lovely, but management is a joke. Ana is a snake who fires people without cause, then talks about them slanderously to other employees in front of customers. They have a great selection, but you can find the same stuff cheaper at most of the smoke shops in town. Don't give them your business or your money. They don't treat their employees or customers right. They also delete unfavorable reviews from their website and ban the people that leave them from the stores. read more

After spending several hundred or possibly up to a thousand dollars in this store , I have never been so disrespected in a place of business. A lady "owner" (who I found out to be a worker ) sassed, questioned, and raised her voice to me. Learn how to treat people lady, especially in a business environment. NEXT : The shops glass is very, very mediocre. If you are looking for good Local glass, and more check out Art Dogs. Always friendly, fast, and the best. dry woods. And average prices. I bought a vape and it didn't fit any of my cartridges so I tried taking it back. The kid told me that my cartridges must be weird and he cant give me a exchange or refund. So I took it to Happy Dayz and they told me that the vape isn't even a good one for cartridges and helped me find the right one. I just LOVE this business. They got the trashy employees who were literally ruining the business with there crappy, unfriendly attitude's and have been lucky with the new hires. Much better customer service and more intelligent employees. I left a bad review on here months or even a year ago because of the crappy service that I had received. Also I have noticed they are either ordering double of the products I love or they are finally receiving the right amount from the warehouse. Either way I'm super impressed and would most definitely recommend this smoke shop to those who like cool products and great prices! Hope this review will encourage people to check out Smokin Ray's. FYI though you CANNOT believe every review you read. This store has gotten quite a few bad reviews but people you gotta check it out for yourself. Smok'n'rays is definitely a place to try out. Walking in the door and taking a look around the shop is very nice and organized. The juice bar is very nice. The flavors compared to places around town are the best I've ever tried. Everything about the shop is very nice. Definitely a place to come and give a try. Coming back again. read more

The vape shop I usually go to was closed on Sunday. That turned out to be a great thing because I found this place. Very knowledgeable staff. I was wanting a circus animal cookie flavor. They mixed it up on the spot and it was dead on! I will definitely make this my go to cape shop! read more
