The day finally came, and we made it to Sutherlin and were greeted at the door by Rob Huppman. He asked all the important questions and took us around to the models we wanted to see. He gave us all the great information and details about each model. We test drove two different models and decided that we liked the Impreza Sport over the Crosstrek. What I loved about Rob is that there was almost zero pressure, even after we all came back inside and started "negotiating." We were able to get the price we wanted for the car and for our trade-in. We dealt with Andy to finalize all the paperwork and finances. All in all, it took around 3 hours from start to finish. We came back the next day with our payment and to pick up our new Subie. Our goal was simple -- to understand current pricing and trade-in value so we could compare across multiple dealerships before purchasing by the end of the year. Our salesperson was polite, but the sales manager, Joe Jemley, was shockingly rude and dismissive simply because we mentioned that we planned to compare pricing from multiple dealerships. He actually questioned whether they "wanted to give us pricing" on a car and refused to provide a trade-in value for our vehicle. His attitude throughout the interaction was abrupt, condescending, and completely unprofessional. After the visit, I reached out to our sales rep and asked for someone above Joe to contact me to discuss the situation. I was told the GSM, Trustin Hampton, would call me the next business day -- that call never happened. I then called the dealership myself and asked to speak with Joe Jemley's manager, Chris Denny, and was transferred to his voicemail. That call was never returned either. This experience reflects a complete failure of leadership at multiple levels. Joe Jemley's conduct showed a total lack of professionalism, and the fact that no one from senior leadership followed up only reinforces the poor culture and accountability at this dealership. We will not be returning, and we strongly recommend visiting AutoNation Honda or Rusty Wallace Honda instead -- their professionalism and customer service were exceptional and a night-and-day difference from what we experienced at Airport Honda.

I decided to give them a chance and I financed a car off their lot. The BMW that I got gave me numerous dashboard lights immediately after I drove off the lot after signing papers. That same day I went back and complained they gave me a bad car... they took it in for weeks and replaced a turbo. Thankfully I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket, but I was still out of a car. A year later, Today I'm dealing with a head gasket that is blown. Maybe even a warped block. The cost of this repair would cost almost as much as the car when I financed it. The owner of this lot told me that pure white smoke coming from the exhaust was "normal for a v8". Today mechanics can confirm that Metro Motors lied to me. Check the Google reviews. Those 1,2 star reviews are true. Not just salty people like this guy makes them out to be. Lucky they got 2 stars from me. They can't do anything to make this better. The pic I attached to this post was taken in 57 degree weather. Not entirely cold enough to make exhaust look white. I purchased a Toyota Sequoia from S&S Auto Solutions as an out-of-state buyer. Before agreeing to…read moreanything, I provided my full Georgia address, ZIP code, and county, and specifically asked for the out-the-door price. All negotiations were conducted by text message and are documented in writing. I was clearly told that sales tax was included in the out-the-door price. I even have a photo of their computer screen showing the calculated Georgia sales tax (within about $100 of the correct amount), along with screenshots of all our price negotiations. We agreed on a price pending an independent inspection from a local shop -- an inspection they initially told me was unnecessary because they had already completed a "127-point inspection" themselves and through the auction. The independent inspection revealed several costly issues, including ball joints with an estimated repair cost of approximately $2,500. Based on those findings, we renegotiated and agreed on a revised out-the-door price. I informed them I would be paying cash via cashier's check and driving four hours each way to complete the purchase. They assured me the paperwork would be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting that everything matched our written agreement and did not re-review the paperwork carefully before signing. Later, I discovered that the Georgia sales tax had been removed from the deal, effectively increasing my cost by over $1,100 when I went to register the vehicle at the tag office. An "out-the-door" price has a clear meaning, especially when sales tax is explicitly discussed and documented. I have written proof of the agreement and will be submitting all documentation to the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs regarding deceptive practices and bait-and-switch conduct. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly review every document before signing

There was an error in fixing my car last week, and the thing they fixed didn't actually fix the problem. This happens at all mechanics across the country. What doesn't happen at all mechanics across the country is that they paid to have my car towed back to their location. They refunded my money on the thing they fixed incorrectly. And they got my parts in and my car up and running great again by the next day. If you go here, I highly recommend building a relationship with Mike (the head auto mechanic). It is incredible how much he knows and loves cars. He will shoot you straight. If you are looking for a mechanic to be "your" mechanic, Mike is the man.
