Great alternative to parking at Cape Liberty. Saved about $50. Decided about 1 hour before arriving to give it a try. Drover over from a Jersey Gardens area hotel. Road down Frelinghuysen from Elizabeth (near Stop & Shop). Took about 10 minutes. Got signed in quickly and set off to the pier in a nice van about 10 minutes later. (They were checking to see if others were going as well...) Tool about 20 minutes to get to Cape Liberty due to construction traffic (UGH). The driver was polite and helpful with my luggage. Dropped me at the check in area and told me how to meet them when the cruise returned. They will valet park your car for you in the garage. When I returned I called as I was exiting the ship. The van took about an hour (and a couple calls) to arrive.....honestly, on the way back, I could see the ridiculous traffic on the road so I was OK with the wait. The trip back to the garage only took about 10 minutes. The driver unloaded the van, went and got my car , loaded my stuff and off I went. I think this is a great alternative to parking at the pier. For $11.99 plus taxes, you can't beat it. My total was about $86 for 6 nights. I would use them again and recommend them to others. We just got back from a 2 week trip, would rate SNAP parking a 4.5/5 if possible. I took note of our mileage before we left, we picked up our car with the exact same mileage. The process is so easy, you just pull up, hand over your keys and hop on the shuttle to the airport. We called for the shuttle on our way home and it arrived within minutes. I would deduct .5 stars for our car not being ready when we were, but it was only a couple minute wait. At $9/day for the online purchasers, it seems like a steal! When I returned from my trip 4 days later I texted them-they picked me up and my car was waiting at the office door for me. If I could give negative stars I would -5. I had a voucher from Groupon to use the parking garage for a long weekend away in June. This garage isn't able to be found using GPS, WAZE, Google Maps, etc. So after 30 minutes of driving in circles around in Elizabeth, NJ. I had get to the airport, and park in short term parking. I was running late after seeking out this place, and had to get to my flight which I almost missed. I already paid for the so called voucher $60 Then when i returned home paid $115 for ST parking in total paying $175 for parking for 2 days. I have emailed both Groupon, which is a total joke. They basically told me if I didn't use it I lose it. Then I contacted the customer service for Snap Parking- Parking Wiz. Again, was back and forth with a multiple reps on the situation is. In the end a concession was to give me as credit for the next time I want to use their parking. I'm utterly speechless. Why would I want to parking in a facility I could not find in the first place. I would never recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to be taken for. I received another response from another rep the other day. Talk about condensing. They reiterate I can't read or find my way to get to a place of business. Again mentioning a voucher for future use, which to them is " gesture of goodwill? It continues to say they can't refund money, because the company doesn't provide refunds. What business today can't provide a refund? I'm not talking about thousands of dollars here, but its the principal. When you don't use a service or product that was never used and what a return is shouldn't be questioned. Dropped my car off on a Thursday, took the complimentary shuttle to the airport (less than 10 minutes), and was picked up about 5 minutes after I called to get picked up on a Sunday. Like others, I came here based on strong reviews. My experience was great. I used SNAP for the first time for a trip to Austin this past March, leaving the car for 10 days. Everything from the price to the friendliness of the staff to the service was excellent. The shuttle to the airport is fast. I got to SNAP at around 9am on a Friday morning, and was the only one in the shuttle when it left the parking facility (they don't make you wait for it to fill or anything like that). When you get back to Newark after your trip, just call the number on the ticket you were given when you left SNAP's facility, and the shuttle will come to the airport to pick you up. My wait time at the airport was only around 15 minutes. So, I decided to use them for my next flight, which had been scheduled for late April. I had to cancel that trip, however, and again - SNAP came through. My refund was quick, easy, and complete. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and will definitely use their services whenever I need Newark airport parking. Note: it's best to reserve and pay ahead online, as you'll get the best rate. Just make sure you print your reservation, as that makes the process much quicker than if you show up without it (at least as of a few months ago). read more

Leaving the car there was a breeze. Picking it up was a NIGHTMARE. Flight arrived at Midnight. After many calls we (and a group of others) were finally picked up about an hour later. Once we got to the SNAP location, we waited and waited and waited for our car to to located. The poor woman at the desk was understandably overwhelmed due to short staffing, and not at the top of her customer service game. Finally, I was told to go find my car so at about 1:30 am my 10 year old daughter and I searched the sketchy garage to locate my car in a sea of haphazardly parked vehicles. Eventually the supervisor showed up and threatened to call the police on me for being in the garage. A very lovely young male employee finally helped me get my car and we finally left SNAP at about 1:50 am. Almost 2 hours after my plane landed. A LONG night. read more

I have used SNAP for almost a year now and very happy with the service. The staff is friendly and responsible, and the facility is clean and well lit. I have not had problems waiting for pick-up even though I usually get back around 12~1AM. If there was ever a problem, the management was quick to respond to make me a satisfied customer again. I don't mind paying slightly more to have the peace of mind to know I'm dealing with a responsible establishment here. Just a quick tip: since they don't give you a copy of the damage report when you drop off your vehicle, it's not a bad idea to take a picture of the report before you hand it back to the parking attendant. read more

Undoubtedly the way to go if you want to park near Newark Airport. It's a little pricey considering there are no Groupon deals for stays longer than 4 days (for 9 days I paid something like $120, which included use of a 2-day Groupon), but your car is stowed in a garage, the shuttle service is fast and reliable AND your car is pulled up and ready to exit once you leave the shuttle and pay, which makes for a quick, streamlined experience. After using E-Z Way my last Newark flying experience, I can say without reservation that this is by far the better of the two. Be forewarned though, your shuttle may be a little crowded. We used SNAP over thanksgiving and I like to give credit where it's due. SNAP was $8.99 a day and provided an upscale luxury service for a great price. We pulled up, and an attendant quickly helped us get our luggage out and into the van. They did a full inspection of the car and wrote down the mileage. They valet park the car for you. Within minutes we were ushered to the airport, no delay. When we got home, we called for the van to pick us up as we exited the airplane and by the time we walked outside, they were waiting there for us. On arrival back at the SNAP parking facility, they were busily washing the car - a free service that was very pleasant. They were quick and friendly at a great price! read more

! Not for business travelers! Very confused, poorly organized place. I've been using SNAP for the past 2 years and the service has taken a gradual nose dive. It's a wonder they don't lose the cars that's how chaotic and confused this place is. Pros: - There's a van usually waiting to take you to the airport any time of day (I'm usually there at 7:00 am) Cons: - Pickup from terminal. You could call 30 minutes in advance and still be waiting for a van. I have waited up to 45 mins. - Poor customer service and customer management. Case in point. 8 pm tonight- Got my ticket for my car as usual. I go to collect my car and suddenly it's "oh we don't have a reservation" although I clearly made one and showed them the email. Plus I have the ticket in hand which confirms a reservation. Makes zero sense! The service rep takes my phone to the back to show her manager. 10 minutes pass and I ask what's going on? They say oh we need to call the "manager's manager." This is ridiculous at this point so I say charge me whatever the rate is for yesterday and today. Then they need all my credit card info etc. I am set up in their system! Extremely poor service and I will be using Wallypark or another vendor when I travel in two weeks! NY area airport parking is a nightmare. It costs gazillions of dollars to park at the airport and most off-site parking areas are sketchy or just as expensive. I've now used SNAP parking on 3 different occasions and always had the best possible service. The first time, I screwed up and had to have my dad pick up my car for me. They were fine with this after I provided his information. The second time, I left my phone in my car then proceeded to call SNAP from a payphone at the airport begging them to bring it back (which they did). The third time went smoothly. For the cost, the fast service, and the level of professionalism from the drivers - I would never travel another way. This is the best off-site parking service for EWR. read more

Simply an outstanding service. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly person checking me in, we both walked around my car to review any previous damage. This is the only indoor parking garage in the area, and believe me they take great care of your car. Within 3 minutes I was in the shuttle on the way to the airport. This was my first time using the service and the driver did a great job explaining the service. They offer car wash and detailing, and have what appears to be a solid rewards program. What I loved the most was the pick up service at the airport. For a $30 charge they will bring your car to you at the terminal. I simply called when I had my baggage and they were there within minutes (I wasn't done the call to my Fiancé before they arrived!). It was insanely convenient!!! Only potential criticism I might have is one of the shuttle vans could use some updating. Some small tears in the fabric, etc. the van was clean but certainly didn't match the spotless reception area or men's room. Would not hesitate to use again- great friendly staff!!! read more

Worst. Waited 40 minutes in freezing cold for their shuttle which never came. Called 3 times with no answer. One answer finally gave us a 5 minute arrival estimate, which did not happen. Finally, took an Uber to get our car. Pickup was chaos, complete with obviously overworked receptionists who were short staffed but helpful. Obviously, poor management at this place. I just used SNAP for the first time on a week-long trip to Iceland. I will use them again for these reasons, not necessarily in order of priority. 1) To the best of my knowledge, it is the only garaged parking lot. 2) The staff is stellar, friendly, courteous, efficient, and patient. 3) You pull in right next to the jitney. 4) They unload your luggage and put it in the jjitney 5) Valet parking of your car is included. 6) it took less than 10 minutes to get from their property to first stop. 7) I forgot to time it, but I don't think we waited 10 minutes for pick up 8) They give you written directions to their place, how you get picked up and directions for exiting (important to those of us directionally challenged) 9) Upon your return, your car is waiting for you. 10) For extra $, you can get your car washed while it is there. 11) You can get a discount for pre-paying. And what you avoid 1) You don't have to figure out how to connect with their jitney once you park. 2) Your luggage wheels don't get ruined going across a graveled lot. 3) You don't have to remember where you parked your car. 4) You don't have to take a ride around their lot to get delivered to your car (or worse yet - a station that is somewhat distant from your car) 5) Your car doesn't get dirty from the gravel dust Two notes: 1) I filled out the reservation form, made a copy of it and apparently forgot to hit the "submit" button. Because I had the copy, they honored the reservation and its cost. That was being more than fair. 2) In reviews I read before I selected SNAP, a couple of comments were made about it being a bad neighborhood. I think those folks mistook an industrialized urban area for a bad neighborhood as there were many newer cars parked on the approach streets (and SNAP is well secured). read more

Very disappointing experience upon returning from my trip. I contacted them when I had my bags and had cleared passport control (04:38 AM) and was at their facility at 05:06AM. Upon arrival my car was not waiting for me and I had to wait until 05:30AM to have my car. It should not take 52 minutes from the time I contacted them until the the time they delivered my car. Parking was decent. Car was waiting for me when I FINALLY got to the parking lot. Had a hard time getting picked up from the airport. After waiting for more than 15 minutes, our shuttle driver decided to park behind the other shuttle services. All the people who got there LATE got on. My family of 4 did not fit. My wife and my son had to wait for the next shuttle. To make matters worse, the smell on the shuttle was horrible, it seems someone had barfed on the bus. I have used many outside of airport parking facilities mostly due to pricing and to decrease the congestion when driving to airport parking. I have used SNAP a few times while flying out of EWR. I normally prepay for everything online with their advance purchase and it will cost me $7.99 per day. Of course, do understand that all parking lot do charge extra "airport" fees on top of that. So for example, a 3 day parking cost at SNAP will run me about $33. Which is Fair compared to $18 at EWR per day. The staff has been excellent. The facility is really easy to use. You drive your car into the parking lot. There is usually an attendant that will come, check your car, give you a parking pass w/ instructions. Then there is usually a shuttle there waiting to bring people to the airport. The attendant will drive your car into their in-door facility. The shuttle will drop you off at the terminal you need. When you get back, you usually go to the outer lane of passenger pick up area. The instructions are on the parking slip. You call the phone number to let them know you are there and let them know your parking ticket number. The shuttle has been arriving within 15mins for me. However do understand that getting into EWR does have some traffic. The amazing thing is that when you get to the parking lot, your car is already there. All you have to do is to show them your parking slip and they will give you the keys. Overall, this parking area has been great and the workers there has been excellent from the front desk, to the car attendant, to the drivers. I have not had any issues. I have heard them giving customers partial refund for being late to pick up. Now that is A+ service. I will definitely use this parking lot and only SNAP in the from now on. read more

So disappointed to have to write this review but at the end of the day with so many parking facility options in my opinion the best is not just who is the cheapest or offers a few bells and whistles , but who actually will not damage your car, hide the damage and then not respond to emails or calls or call the consumer to make it right . My brand new X5 , literally just 3 weeks old ,,stayed w these guys for a long trip I took in Europe - came back to pouring rain when I picked up car so obviously couldn't inspect it- attached is what I really came back to when getting my car at Snap when I woke up in the morning to take bags out of my car (who likes to unpack right away ever !?) I will never park here again and spent tons of money through the years and referred many folks . It was in for a car wash and parking stay so not sure who damaged it truly but either way my paid receipt said "snap parking" on it so they should've made me whole. I won't be using this company next time. 1. Had to wait 20 minutes for a pick up shuttle. Saw plenty of shuttles come and go such as The Spot! 2. They boast that they have garage parking and how wonderful it is to have your car in a covered environment. Wrong! My car was absolutely filthy from all the garage dust and dirt! And I just washed it :( No wonder they offer a carwash. 3. They tried to charge me for an 'oversized' vehicle, which requires 2 parking spots. This more than doubled the price! We have used SNAP 3 times and have had the same 5 star service! Easy in and easy out. The employees are friendly and get you to the airport so quickly. They are happy to be helping the clients getting on their way to and from the airport. When you arrive home from a fligh you only have to wait for a 5 minute or less van and you are on your way to your personal car. Amazing. What more could you ask for? Fantastic! 2 kids and 3 adults coming from Staten Island to EWR, this is the way to go. We did the VIP service and it still was cheaper than a one-way car service to the airport or back home.
