By far the BEST parking garage near Newark Airport (EWR)!! Hands down. 1. The location is a few mins from the airport. It is easy to get to. 2. The garage is very secure and the cars are parked in a parking deck which is private and only for Snap 3. When you pull into the garage you are greeted by staff who are friendly and outgoing. 4. The garage is clean and provide excellent service 5. They have a Groupon for 2 or 4 day stays for $22 which is GREAT! All around wonderful experience. I got some advise from the Trip Adviser community regarding Newark Parking and someone mentioned that they had a good experience with SNAP. I used them over thanksgiving week and the service was amazing. I have never met such a professional and pleasant group of people. The week costs me 86 and they even washed my car. The location is great since I wanted my car indoor in case it snowed, which it did. It is on the same block as the Newark DMV in a pretty industrial area of Newark about a five minute drive to the airport. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I have to admit I usually have a few bad things to say about most companies but these guys blew me away. They were waiting for us at 6:30am on Thanksgiving and when I called for pick up from EWR they were waiting before we made it to the curb. They must keep a van circling to cut the wait time for customers. read more

Great service. We have used this parking lot twice - each time, we've called them after we've disembarked, and they are there within 5 minutes of us being in the designated location. We get to the lot, and the car is ready. Cheaper than economy airport, and I got a free air freshener! read more

Great offsite airport parking! Very affordable, plus they have a frequent customer program that earns you points that translate into free days. So if you travel a lot, definitely head to SNAP. We went for the first time in August and then got our frequent customer card in the mail and had already earned a free day. Went back last week and had another great experience... staff is so nice and friendly, it's a quick 6-7 minute shuttle ride to the airport, and they even gave us little inflatable neck pillows for the airplane. Pickup when your flight arrives is quick as well, and as others have said, they do a quick wash of your car while you're away. Would highly recommend. read more

I've only used this once, but was a good offsite parking experience for EWR. The shuttle was literally ready to go as soon as I was both for pickup and dropoff and service was generally pretty good. Now the price, after all the extra fees, isn't as cheap as it may seem and it's also a bit of a hassle driving here through all the local roads (although I believe their website provides alternate routes). read more

Easiest drop off ever. We often park our car at off site lots. We had a most wonderful experience this morning at Snap. The Snap staff is the most courteous and professional we have encountered. Everyone was so friendly. Miguel, from the night shift took care of our car, luggage and transportation to the airport. He was extremely nice and most importantly, an extremely safe driver. Never again. The dispatcher said 5 to 7 minutes and they sent a full van to pick us up so we couldn't get on. I called them back and they said it would be another two minutes. It wasn't. It was over 20 minutes. This all would have been fine if it weren't raining if they told us it was 20 minutes we would have waited inside and stayed dry. Meanwhile spot and others came around at least twice. Next time we will use someone else. I used them because they had good yelp reviews. Perhaps this is one of those companies that paid people to post good reviews. read more

The service continues to decline, the busiest time during weekend and they only have 1 person getting the cars. Past 2 months I've been coming here continuously and there's wait for shuttle to take customers to airport. Today Sunday June 17th waited 20 minutes, I was told to wait for shuttle to come. While waiting inside one of the several customers waiting for their cars got frustrated and the lady at front desk did not help the situation saying they did not have enough people which only made the gentlemen more aggravated he said he would complain on Yelp her answer was "Yelp it then not my problem I'm not the owner" and called someone over the radio to come because customer was getting nasty. This place use to have great people waiting times were minimum. Last time I picked up my car, radio station was changed, back seat reclined all the way to the back, not sure what they do with the cars. read more

This parking is cheap and convenient for flights from EWR. The service is prompt - as soon as you bring your car in, they park it for you and within minutes there is a shuttle to take you to the airport. We have been using SNAP for several years now. Mostly because of the indoor parking - no worries about snow removal, etc. Newer vehicles, courteous staff. Last couple of times less and less enchanted. Tonight, waited outside 20 minutes in the freezing cold. Other local parking companies came and went and no SNAP vehicle. When they arrived, the vehicle was standing room only. Think they are deliberately holding off sending a vehicle until enough clients are waiting. Also, our vehicle was not even ready and we had to wait for it also. People who arrived after us had their vehicles waiting. Not happy this time, but will give them another shot. read more

My rating for EWR SNAP Parking is a huge 0!!!!! Yes, that's right a 0. On Christmas Day, 2016, I booked and paid in full a parking spot for 12/26-1/8 on the SNAP website. I received a confirmation email, including a confirmation number. When we arrived at SNAP on the morning of our flight the gates were locked and there was not way to enter. I called the phone number on my reservation and was told that there were no spots available. The woman who answered did not seem too concerned that our reservation, paid in full was being denied. She offered 3 other spots for us to use and not until I asked for my money back did she even make mention of the fact that I had already paid. We typically take a car service from Staten Island when we travel from Newark airport, or sometimes we park at their Long Term Parking facility. This time someone recommended using one of the private parking spots outside of the airport. I found this one through google and picked it purely based on price and reviews. I can tell you, I am glad I did that. Not only I saved about $50 as compared to taxi/car service, the service these guys provided was great. Fast, courteous and efficient. The minute we pulled up to the parking, we got their bus drive us to the terminal, which was a mere 6 minutes away. And on the way back, we called them as soon as we picked up our luggage and they picked us up within 5 minutes and drove us back to our car at their lot. I'd strongly recommend this facility if you are traveling for 1-4 days (a longer stay might not make sense price wise). read more

I do think this was the best airport parking we have ever experienced. The value is huge. Less expensive than several others we checked. Fast courteous service. Their parking is in a multi level covered garage. We were able to pull in and leave right away. Had the van to ourselves. Pick up was just as fast and easy. Car ready when we got back. I've parked here a couple of times and it was just okay. The shuttle takes longer than any of their competitors. I've seen 4 Newark Long Term Parking shuttles pass by before SNAP. I called for pick up telling them my terminal. I finally saw a SNAP shuttle but it passed right on by without stopping. When I called back, it sounded like the operator forgot to tell the driver to stop or something. So they sent out another. The whole ordeal leaves me waiting about 30 minutes for a shuttle. That's far too long and very annoying. read more

As a frequent business traveler, I won't park here again due to damage to my car and no responsibility taken by management. When I dropped off my car, the SNAP Rep and I went over the car and agreed there was not a mark on the car. I arrived back a few days later from an overseas flight and picked up my car after midnight. In the dark lighting, I saw no visible damage. In the morning, I noticed a 12 inch scratch on the passenger rocker panel. I called and spoke to the management about the damage. I was told their insurance would not cover any responsibility due to the fact that the damage was seen 11 hours after I left the lot. Parker beware. read more

What an awesome experience. We usually fly out of Philadelphia so we werent sure where to park in Newark. SNAP was such an incredible customer service experience start to finish. Drove into the lot, attendance grabbed our bags and we were in the shuttle and on our way to the airport. They even gave us neck pillows for the plane. The total time to the airport could not have been more than 10 minutes. Dropped us off at the terminal and told us they would pick us up the same place on return. On our return we called them after picking up our bag. We weren't sure where to meet and they gave us great directions (note instructions were also on the ticket they gave us when we parked, we just didn't look). Van was waiting, driver grabbed our bags and we were on our way. Car was waiting for us, After we paid they provided printed directions out of the lot and onto the highway and and air freshener for car. Staff could not have been friendlier. All this for $45.95 for 5 days. Will feel so much better flying out of Newark again. read more

I recently left my car here for two weeks while holiday travelling, and had a good experience. I wanted an indoor lot in case it snowed while i was away, but got much more.The service was prompt and polite during drop off and pick-up. At drop -off they confirm your reservation details (if you have one) an do a damage walk-around. Pick-up was fast and i appreciated not having to hunt for my car in a lot. The driver even loaded my luggage into the car while I paid. The wash was nice, but seemed a little rushed; the car was left dripping wet. I'd have preferred to wait a few minutes and get a properly dry car than be left with water spots. read more

First time using SNAP parking for my travels out of Newark Airport . My family and I arrived last night 07/01/18 at 1055 pm at Newark Airport from Phoenix Arizona. Tired and Hungry after a long flight. Upon arrival I followed the instructions on the Snap parking stub and with in 20 minutes we were picked up by the snap shuttle along with other arriving families. We arrived at the parking facility at around 11:40 and I noticed the other families vehicles were ready except for mine. After the other families departed and we paid the parking fee we sat and waited for our vehicle to be brought out. After waiting a while my wife became frustrated and asked the woman at the register about our car and she responded that they couldn't find our key. To make a long story short the manager Miguel arrived at location and after 2 hours of attempting to find the key I requested to be driven home. My wife and kids were hungry and tired and at that point the damage was already done. I arrived at home at around 2:30 am and gave the driver my spare key under the assumption that a spare was going to be made and my vehicle returned as soon as possible. It's 12:30 pm 07/02/18 and I'm at home waiting for my vehicle and keys to be returned. I will give an update when all is said and done. read more

I had a great experience with SNAP on my recent trip. Compared to the prices at the Newark airport, SNAP is much more reasonable. It's only three miles from the airport, and their shuttle bus runs very regularly so making your flight is no problem. After my original review - I was contacted by the same manager (Cesar) who originally was non-responsive. He offered to make things right and demo their VIP service which features curb side pickup and dropoff at the airport. I was willing to try again, so hence - this latest review. The drop-off process was a breeze - I called them as I left and told them I was on my way. When I got to the airport I was met by one of their valets (no wait at all) and simply dropped off my car got the claim check and off I went. This is MUCH better than the airport valet service at P4 since it saves the annoying monorail ride. Pickup was more of a hassle. When I landed - I called the office, and they were kind of unclear of what I wanted and kept putting me on hold to ask other operators. When they actually found my reservation - I had to provide a CC over the phone, which was awkward, since I didn't see the charges and doing it over the phone was just time consuming. This is something I think they should work on improving and perhaps have a mobile CC swipe with the Valet that brings over the car. After getting this done - I proceeded to wait for the car. The wait was about 15-20 minutes. Not great - but not bad, considering they got the car out and drove it from the parking. All in all - a good idea with mostly good implementation. More importantly I was happy to see they actually want to please. I'd say they are well intentioned and should hopefully improve the VIP service to the point it could rival a car service (Especially on the pickup). read more

This place is legit - the reviews are spot-on. After trying one of the cheap long-term parking places and having a really horrible experience, I wanted to go for something that would be more reliable even if it had to be more expensive. For $9/day (current rate), this place really delivers. The garage is in a sketchy area, but it's extremely secure and professional. I pulled right up and someone was there to help me right away (I made my reservation online). I was on my way to the airport almost immediately. Here's the awesome part - it was raining a lot that day and their drop zone at the terminals is across the street from the building (that's how it is for the majority of the shuttles), so the driver gave me a free umbrella! Wonderful service. Returning was also a breeze. I gave them a call after I made it through baggage claim and they came right away to pick me up. I think I only waited 5-7 minutes. When we arrived at the garage, my car was FRESHLY WASHED and ready to go! I just went inside and paid, and they gave me my keys. Definitely use this place - they're fantastic. The only thing I worry about is that they might increase their daily rates after a while bc this seems like their "grand opening" rate. I'll probably still use them, though. read more

Just picked up my car after leaving it there for 10 days to go away for our honeymoon. Spent the last 36+ hours traveling home, hoping to hop in our car and get home ASAP. Less than 30 seconds after driving away from Snap, noticed a beeping in my car. Thought it was the seat belt, or a door was open. Checked everything and he beeping kept happening every 15 seconds or so. Once every 5 beeps it would say low tire pressure and then vanish. I've had low tire pressure before and it stays on the screen, doesn't flash and disappear randomly. Called and immediately turned around and went back to Snap where we spoke to Miguel Sanchez the supervisor. We were told they park our car and don't move it until we get back so it's not on them. I explained I have had zero issues with this before, and it seems strange to all of a sudden happen after it's not been in our possession for 10 days. He told us they have nicer luxury cars that park there and that if his attendants were going to drive one around it wouldn't have been ours. Not really the route I would have gone to defend myself if were him but ok. I asked to see if they clocked the mileage when we dropped it off. He says it read 12345. Strange considering my mileage is at 24000. So they made up a number. Seems like their one way to prove they haven't driven the car has backfired because they were too lazy to record the actual mileage. He took a ride with my husband in the car and kept saying it was tire pressure. Took it to the back and checked all the tire pressure, nope....all tires were fine. Driving home 2 hours now and car is still beeping. I'll be taking it to my mechanic and getting back to them with a bill. Also, no apologies or offer to refund us. I'd avoid snap parking....plenty of other spots to park and avoid coming home to issues. read more

This could not have been easier. We needed parking for a 9 day trip so I reserved a spot a couple weeks ahead. I opted for the pre-pay option to save a few bucks. We showed up, dropped the car in front of the office and checked in. Their bus dropped us at our terminal minutes later. When we returned today, we did as instructed & called after we got our bags. The bus picked us up 10 minutes later. When we arrived back at the lot, our car was waiting for us next to the office. Again, could not be easier. read more

Excellent service. I want sure I would like it at first because of the valet but it worked out fine. Quick shuttle service, very responsive. It was like a dash to the airport with my kids in the morning, my fault on timing and left 1 bag in the trunk of the shuttle bus because I was rushing and usually dont have a check bag. Ran tobsecuity check in Terminal B which is my first time since I usually fly out and C, there was no line at the point realized I left 1 bag. Called snap they came right back with my luggage and knew Ia bag was left behind. Made through the quick security and on my flight. Good parking service in EWR area. Much closer to the airport then it would seem from a map. Their driver picks you up from the airport and you are at their location in under 10 minutes. My friends and I asked them to detail our car while traveling, a service they offer. They hadn't finished the detail when we arived, and after discussion with the manager charged us for only the cleaning that had already taken place. Overall fair, pricing reasonable, quick door-to-door service to airport. read more

I recently parked my car at the snap parking location in Newark NJ for 5 days while vacationing in Jamaica. During my drop off I explained to the employee with my make and model car the gear shift can sometimes stick preventing my car from turning off properly. I went over details as to how to shut my car off and keys signs that would tell them my car was not shut off (example radio would still be on, my interior lights would be on, and the car would beep when opening the door, and the doors would not lock) the employee stated she understood as her uncle too has a similar issue with his car and she would place a note on my car. Before boarding my flight I called back and spoke to the employee who ensured me my car was fine and if there were any issues they would call me. Returning from my vacation and being handed by keys I discovered my engine light, battery like and other indicators where on and my car would not start. The reception could not inform me of what happened to my car but confirmed that the note details how to turn my car off and my contact number was on the account. I waited over 20 minutes to speak to a supervisor who informed me prior to my arrival my car had to be jumped because my battery was dead and he was unaware as to why. I informed the supervisor that whom ever parked my car did not turn if off proper as the volume on my radio was turned down and my interior lights were switched to the off position indicating they were unable to turn it off and didn't know what to do. The supervisor informed me that he was unable to rectify the situation and instructed me to contact the general manager in the morning. Because of the facility's negligence I have to purchase a hotel room for the night as I live over two hours away and had to pay for a brand new battery to be installed. I have contacted the general manager several times and she has yet to return my phone calls. I would not recommend using this facility for length trips at all read more

This is insanely great parking on planet earth! Recently we went to Jamaica and had a flight 5AM. So we reached at this place around 3.30AM. The folks knew about us and were ready to drop us off. We were at terminal by 3.40AM. The parking is valet so we did not have to do anything but just drop it off. On return, we arrived at around 10PM and called for pick up. The vehicle was there in few min of our picking up the baggage. When we went to get our car, what we saw blew us off. The car was washed, shining bright and ready for us to drive off. Dont forget all this VIP treatment you receive is at half the price of Newark airport facility. On our future trips out of Newark, we will park nowhere but this place!! Thanks guys for a great job! OMG!!!! The employees at SNAP parking night shift were life savers!!! Ali, AJ, Nabil and Jasmin were amazing!!! I unfortunately went out of the wrong gate and the spikes pierced thankfully only one of my tires! They quickly worked together to get my spare on and get me out as it was very late! As I was getting ready to leave. I went to get my truck started only for it not to start because my battery was dead! I was so frustrated but they again worked quickly to have me running again!! They really deserve more then this review!!! I had to take a few moments to brag on them and let them known all of their hard work and support was amazing!!! I have been using SNAP at EWR about once a month for the past 3 1/2 years. The staff is always friendly and efficient. One time I was in the shuttle van on a winter night with a couple and their young baby. Our driver contacted the dispatcher and asked that they warm up the family's car so they didn't have to get in a cold car with the baby. Also, I love the fact that my car is in a covered parking garage; no more scraping off snow and ice in the winter. I highly recommend SNAP! read more
