I had been using a different off site parking service at EWR, but was referred to SNAP Parking by a friend. I have used SNAP Parking twice in the last month. Both times the experience was excellent. All of the people I have been in contact with, from Lou (GM) to the office staff and drivers have been beyond professional and friendly. And it doesn't matter what time of the day or night it is. Everyone is always pleasant, caring, and smiling. A few tips to maximize your experience: FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS that SNAP provides. The facility is HUGE, but I think it's a bit off the beaten path (a.k.a. not on the highways). You don't want to get lost in the neighborhood. Make your reservations ONLINE to save $. If you have a Groupon or other discount, you'll save even more. I love the fact that the property is completely fenced in and I feel very secure. I also think it's a bargain price AND your vehicle is parked in an indoor garage. It'll be great in the winter. Drop off and pick up is easy. Your vehicle is waiting for you when you return to the facility. I'm expecting it will also be warmed up in the winter. The shuttle vans are clean and comfortable. Travel time to/from the airport is less than 5 minutes. Pick up is especially quick. Last 2 flights were out of Terminal A. I called from baggage claim after receiving my luggage for the pickup and had just enough time to walk out to the curb. They tell you exactly where to stand so there's no flagging down the driver. So convenient! And affordable! I had an early morning flight out of Newark and they were prompt and helped out unloading my luggage because I had my young child with me, that was a perk! The driver was a little heavy on the gas and brake, esp for seating that has aide seating and loose luggage on shelves inside of the bus. We arrived back to Newark late at night and the van driver that got us was great! Great driving and courteous! We will use snap again. That car was waiting and in the condition we left it with them 11 days earlier. Our police friend recommended them to us and he was spot on with great service! read more

I park here whenever I fly out of Newark. It's cheaper and easier than the airport's parking. Drop off is fast and easy, and vans both ways are frequent. Plus the car is safely away from the snow. All in all, five stars. read more

Long-time customer. I have parked there many times. Parking with SNAP is very easy and smooth. Pull up, scan in, board the shuttle. Usually the wait to get going is 5-10 minutes (see below). The shuttles are in good shape and the drivers are professional and personable. After picking up luggage from return flight, a phone call and a short wait and the shuttle is there for pickup. I have waited as little as 7 minutes during quiet periods and no more than 20 minutes at peak travel periods for pickup. The airport is a 7-20 minute drive from the parking lot, even at peak traffic times. Generally very pleased with pick up and drop off services. On one visit (8/4/17 am), the driver and another employee wasted a lot of time bickering about where to put the cars, and didn't load our luggage, didn't greet us or scan us quickly, and we waited 20 minutes before leaving the parking area. This may sound like a short period, but from my 5 previous trips nothing remotely like this has happened. -1* The phone service could be a bit better. I accidentally made two reservations for the same trip, and called to cancel one. I was assured that the extra reservation was cancelled. Still, when I got my car back I had two charges, one for the prepay reservation and one for the regular reservation, because both were still in the system. When I called to fix it, I spoke with two agents who couldn't help and a third agent who almost fixed it but still needed to talk to the manager before fully resolving the issue and reversing the charges. Speaking with the manager led to a full resolution for my problem, so I am satisfied. -0* I hope that the one bad experience with a driver is an isolated one so I give 4* and look forward to continue parking at SNAP for a long while. read more

Just started traveling again with my new job so I can expense parking. The airport lots are a rip off and it's impossible to get a spot that's covered just in case it snows so I googled indoor parking and found snap. While booking and joining Snap pass I learned that they will wash or detail your car while you're traveling. 2 days parking for $26 saved my company and a darn good detail for $160. Much better and cheaper than the dealer detailing and the airport parking lots. Shuttle service was great and when I got back my ride was warmed up and looking good. Now I'm a snap pass member so when I park there I can earn points towards a free service! This is only my 2nd yelp review but I was that impressed with their service. read more

9 out of my 10 times using Snap were great. The only time I had an issue I was because they were way understaffed. Waiting in the cold for 30 minutes was not fun. I was given a refund and the pros out way the cons here. You get great service for way less money and you are 5 minutes from the airport. No brainer use them. That being said.....make sure when you book you are on their site. I have booked a ton of times and this last time I remember thinking that their site was easier to use. Come to find out that I was using a reservation site called Airport Parking Reservation. They had built an ad at the top of google that looked just Like SNAP's. I booked and somewhere in the middle of my trip I saw my expense report had $13 for parking reservation. Snap must be charging differently right....wrong. Come to find out it's a scam still had to pay full amount at Snap as well as the $13. read more

Worst place to park. Beware! dont park here. They will put a dent on your car, and when you ask about it, will make stories, say bad things to you, make you look like a fool. They will just say well we didnt do it. When you ask for proof, they have nothing. They will start to ignore you. Very bad customer service. Horrible staff. Horrible management. The operations head is so rude. The camera investigator took me to camera room and showed me a different car for 15 mins and then i said this is not my car, then he said well oh yes this is not yours, yours is not on the camera. Then why was he showing other car and wasting my time. They had put a dent on the car and just bluntly refused. Such a lying staff. I wonder how they manage to have companies make their staff park here. This is just the worst place to park. Dont park here if you love your car. I have been using the Spot/Avistar/Airpark for years and figured I would give SNAP a try. Now after a few visits, I've decided it's such a better value, I have no intentions on returning to the others. Good: Nice new clean and as advertised, safe facility. They cost about half of what others charge (important) and include a car wash. I used their curbside VIP service once - It needed some fine tuning in communication to ensure the car is retrieved and delivered in a timely fashion, but an excellent service. The location is about 2 minutes further from the airport than most other spots (in a bad area) and it appears they have a few less shuttles operating but otherwise it's great. I like their rewards system too! read more

This service is truly a gem and going forward will be the only place I ever long-term park when using EWR. It is far cheaper, and in my view, more secure than the economy lots at the airport. It was easy to find and since I reserved and paid online before hand I was out if my car and on the shuttle for the quick 5 minute ride to the airport in a matter of minutes (about 4:30 am). Upon return and receipt of my luggage, I called and them and there was a shuttle there in less than 5 minutes (about noon). My car was waiting and I was out of there in less than 2 minutes. Hey, for once, a well-rated biz isn't a bunch of hype and shill. I'm a believer on this one. These guys have worked all kinks out of their system. Pay online from home, drop car, they take it away, you get on a frequent shuttle bus (driver wrangles your luggage for you). Easy-peasy! Upon return, again, take a frequent shuttle bus, find your car waiting for you in front....just get in and drive. I kept expecting people to hassle me, for there to be stuff I needed to do, lines to wait in, people to talk to. But no. The efficiency is near-diabolical. How often is airport parking the smoothest, most enjoyable part of your travel experience? I felt rich! Snap's way, way easier than long term parking; even much easier than short term garage parking. I'd absolutely use Snap for a short trip. I returned the day after a blizzard. Car had truly been indoors (reviews of other indoor parking allege that sometimes it's not truly indoors), no snow on it, no problem. Also: good Portuguese food nearby (just Yelp it). read more

This was a really great experience! I measured this based on the quality/efficiency of the drop off and the pick up. The drop off was quick and simple, and I was dropped off at my terminal without any wait. Regarding the drop off, I called when I received my baggage (this is their rule) and they sent a pick up van immediately. Once I arrived back at SNAP, they had my car sitting there and waiting. PS: A woman in my drop off group got back to her car and her battery was dead! Not sure if this was a battery issue with her car, or if SNAP left a light on or something. Why anyone would park anywhere else for Newark airport is beyond me. Indoor parking, instant shuttle, valet service (they take down your mileage so you don't have to worry about any use), the car is right in front ready for you when you arrive, all for a rate that's cheaper than anyone else. Great service, I was pleased and relieved. Used an internet coupon and it was very affordable. Often fly from Phila, but it was an emergency and had to go via Newark. I had to choose off-site parking with no experience of local options. Directions provided on website are great (including their warning not to use sat-nav info). Drop-off was easy, pick-up was the same. I found my car idling (in 11 degree weather) when the van pulled in. It snowed while I was away; I was very pleased that my car was in a deck. Staff was polite, helpful, thorough, efficient. I will certainly use SNAP again when flying from Newark. I do RECOMMEND it. read more

Awesome experience. They were quick, professional, very convenient to the airport, and super nice. A good example of why they were great- I arrived home from my trip just following the recent blizzard, so it was freezing and there was lots of snow on the ground. Great service. Parking is covered, which worked out great during the last snow event. The drivers were courteous and helpful. Ours actually warned us that the roads were icy and that we should take extra care driving home once we left the Snap facility. Pick-up at the airport was fast and easy. This was my first time parking in an airport and leaving my car behind. I parked with Snap parking for 7 nights. I couldn't believe how easy this way. I arrived at the lot at 5am and was at the terminal by 515am. On the way back, i called during baggage claim and they were already waiting outside. We called as we were exiting the plane and were told where to meet the pick up van. We only waited a maximum of 10 minutes which was fine. I am sincerely impressed with SNAP. I usually use snap when I travel and I have always a great experience. Every time as soon as we arrive and we are on the shuttle to the airport. On the way back we wait about 15-20 mins to be picked up which was no big deal. the balance between quality and price is really unbelievable. Last time unfortunately I left my luggage at their counter - I was really tired ! the day after, thanks to the Manager Miguel Sanchez and his team, we were able to coordinate a pick up and a delivery to my house. this is a really added value: people behind service. read more

I'm very pleased with my experience with SNAP. When we arrived to the lot very early in the morning they were ready and waiting for us. They helped transfer the luggage from our vehicle to theirs and got us to the airport quickly. We had to wait 5-10 minutes for the van after returning from our vacation. Once we got to their lot our car was parked out front waiting for us. It was flawless and I'll use them again. And the price is very reasonable for covered, long term parking. read more

We've parked at Newark quite a few times. There are a lot of options, but none that compare to SNAP. For one thing, it's the most conveniently-located, fully-enclosed parking facility at the airport. But that's just the beginning: the employees are polite, very helpful and extremely efficient. No waiting around here. From front gate at SNAP to the airport terminal in 5 minutes and no struggling with bags - their employees jump right to it. That was particularly nice, because this time, my wife traveled alone with quite a bit of baggage, so she really appreciated the assistance. When she returned, she was pleasantly surprised to find that her SUV, which arrived caked with mud and road salt, had received a complimentary car wash, so it was bright and sparkling. First-rate service, smiling attendants and a free wash - all this for only $7.99 per day! SNAP is pretty new and so one assumes they're on their best behavior now and that prices will rise once they've attracted a steady clientele. But I know enough about business to believe that they'll maintain their high standards and that whatever modest price increases may come in the future, their service will be worth it. Pulled into their fenced in lot and was on our way to the airport in minutes (only ones on the bus). When we arrived back, the bus arrived in about 10 minutes after we phoned. We just used Snap for the first time and were delighted. Indoor parking in the winter is priceless, and Snap does exactly what they say they'll do. We didn't have to park the car, they took it from us when we pulled in. A few minutes later, we were at our terminal. Nobody else on the bus. On return, we called from baggage claim, waited 5-10 minutes (in the cold, but that's not their fault), back to the lot, where our car was waiting for us. We didn't have to park it or unpark it - cheaper and way more convenient than the airport lots. and INDOORS! The negative reviews here show that bad things can happen in any business - communication failures, damaged vehicles - people make mistakes. For us, this time at least, the service was really great. I agree there are fees in the rates, but if you get a quote online, you'll see the fees honestly stated. The neighborhood is run-down & industrial, but the facility is secure ... we felt ok leaving the car. Sure beats a limo, and the long-term airport lots! read more

We tend to fly out of Newark once a year or more on Open Skies, so drive up from Maryland and need to leave the car for 2 to 3 weeks, so we were very happy to see an indoor parking garage that had great rates and was highly rated. We found them to be friendly, professional and very customer service oriented. The directions that they provide to get there and then get back on the NJ Parkway Turnpike are very clear and helpful.
