Derrick saved my life. I'm from PA and have never flown out of Newark airport before but it was the cheapest direct flight to Rome so naturally I went with it. Waze took me to the airport fine but couldn't direct me to SNAP Parking. I kept following a GPS that was taking me on ramps and directing me to turn on streets that didn't exist. Stressed and laden with anxiety with an hour left until my departure, I called SNAP, almost on the verge of tears and asked if they could help me with directions. The nice receptionist transferred me to a driver, Derrick who was able to calmly give me directions just by asking for landmarks near me. This human GPS is even better than Waze or Google maps! I got to SNAP within 5 mins and Derrick quickly loaded my luggage and dropped us off at the airport. I made it just in time! Pick up after the airport was also quick and easy as they always have a shuttle dropping off or picking up. I always use SNAP when I fly out of EWR. Recently, I was very glad I did. My windshield was broken by a piece of metal on the highway going to the airport. There was actually a hole entirely through the glass. I was glad I had chosen indoor parking! Additionally, the people at SNAP worked with me to allow the auto glass technician to replace my windshield while I was away. I returned to a dry car and new windshield. read more

The garage is in a run-down area which made me reluctant, but I'm glad that I went for it. The garage was very secure and the staff were great. Our driver, Jessica, was so nice to my daughter that my daughter was excited to see her again when our plane landed. Their dropoff and pickup were very prompt. We prepaid to reserve a spot and found the rate very reasonable. read more

I was very worried parking my car in Newark especially after all of the horror stories I heard from other garages. Let me tell you, this is a 1st class experience. When I dropped off the car, the shuttle was already running and ready to go. When I got back, out flight was early by about 45 minutes, I called and sure enough a shuttle was there within 5 minutes! ON top of it all, when we got back, the car was washed and ready to go. The drivers were very nice. Also they are now offering a bonus program so as you get points for using them, you can get a free night. Definitely going to recommend SNAP to all my friends and family. read more

Parked at SNAP based off all the great reviews. We parked here back in May, drop-off was fast and easy, shuttlevan took us right to the terminal. Place seems very secure and i love that the car is parked indoors in a garage and not outside in a open lot. Pickup was easy, called when we got our bags and van was there shortly after. I love how quickly they drop you off and pick you up. The drivers are all super nice. My only complaint is with the vans. The one I took on the way to the airport had a broken seat belt for the first row seats that could not be used. Plus, the driver did not use her seat belt. The van on the ride home had both the low pressure tire light on as well as the airbag light. I really do use this parking a lot and have never had any other complaints but they really need to step on the maintenance or get some new vans. read more

I live about equal distant from JFK, Newark, LaGuardia, and Hartford airports. I fly about 2 times a month and I fly out of Newark when I can because of the service you get from SNAP. In winter it is indoor parking, do I need to say more, it is inexpensive, and if you wish you can get your car washed while you are away. Why park anywhere else.They pick you up right away when they have to pick you up and drive you almost immediately when you arrive at their site. read more

I used SNAP parking for the 1st time on a business trip from 12/7-12/11/15. I found the service to be excellent and no hassle. I definitely would advise folks to follow SNAP's own travel directions to the garage, rather than GPS. While the general area can be a bit creepy in the wee hours, the garage compound itself seems to be very safe and secure. And, my car was in a covered garage which is a real plus especially in the winter, having returned to airports and other parking areas needing to scrape my windshield, and not wanting others to do it. Service to and from the airport was smooth. I called from the airport when I got my bag from baggage claim and was picked up promptly. My car was waiting for me when the shuttle returned me to the garage. I will use SNAP again (I joined SNAP PASS which has a scannable check-in card, and will try it next time) and I do recommend them for Newark airport parking. Thank you. read more

Although the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired, do not let that deter you from parking here, this place is first class service all the way! Parking is covered and monitored. Needed a place to park for 10 days close to Newark Airport. Had used a different location but wasn't happy so luckily I found SNAP! Dropped car at 5am on a Saturday morning and was kindly greeted by both the woman inside and the transport driver outside. The van to take us to Newark Airport was running and warm and I would say we were at the airport within 10 minutes. Upon our return I called their office once our luggage was retrieved and we went to the pickup spot. Van arrived within 5 minutes! I would not hesitate to use SNAP again for my next trip! read more

The best parking facility I have ever used. Drive up give them keys, get on shuttle and go. When you come back, they pick up outside baggage claim. Car waiting when you get back outside deck. Indoor parking, if you want car washed will be done. Only issue is pot holes getting to facility not their fault. Will definitely use again, we'll worth extra 2.00 a day not to have to go to P4 and wait for shuttles. read more

We were initially pleased with the service, as we were shuttled to the airport without delay and dropped in a convenient location. When we returned to pick up our car after our vacation, however, we immediately noticed that the "Enter Code" message was on the radio display, signaling something had gone wrong while we were away. We also noticed that one of our overhead lights was no longer working. No one had told us anything had gone wrong when we asked for our car, so we were very concerned about what had happened. Upon bringing it up with the staff, we were told that they knew that one of the car batteries had gone dead, and they guessed that maybe it was ours. No written reports were available to prove this, and, again, no one informed us of this trouble before we discovered it ourselves and brought it up. The supervisor said he checked the security cameras and told us that we had left an overhead light on which did not make sense since we had dropped it off during daylight hours and an attendant had parked it for us. Seems like one of us would have noticed. The supervisor told us that even if they had noticed the light having been left on, they wouldn't have turned it off because they aren't allowed to "touch anything". We asked to view the security tapes to prove this claim, but the supervisor would not allow us to. He also refused to let us file a formal complaint while we were there. We finally ended up driving off very unhappy with a number of another person to call the next day. No apologies, no sensible explanation. The horrible customer service we received coupled with our car having been returned with a once-dead battery (but no formal notification when/if the incident occurred)and a broken overhead light will definitely keep us from ever using this place again. read more

Discovered Snap before a trip in late March, easy to book online, great price, and with a snowstorm due while I was away, indoor parking was a plus. As it turned out the snowstorm came in earlier so I had to change my flights to the night before. Couldn't figure out how to update my reservation on the site, so made a 2nd one for difference in time for the earlier departure. When I got there, I was told I should have called (I rarely call, much prefer doing things online), but they were very helpful in fixing my reservation in the system to honor my booked price. Waited maybe 10min for the shuttle to the airport, indoors out of the elements. On return, it was less than 10min wait after I called from baggage claim. Wonderful to get back to the lot and have my car waiting for me. Everyone very friendly and efficient. Keep things up and it will be my new regular spot for Newark airport parking! read more

I was new to any park and fly service. I used SNAP on Christmas Day and the process was easy and they answered all of my questions professionally. The driver took me right over to the airport; no stress. Upon return I was supposed to have called once I was at my pickup location. I did not call because the shuttle pulled up for other passengers and I got on. The problem though, (not with the service, but with me, again, I was a newbee), my car had not been brought down to the departure area. It took no time for them to retrieve my vehicle for me. But call anyway when you arrive at the pickup lane at the airport so they will have your call waiting for you once you get there. My first time trying SNAP, and I had the worst experience. Drop off at the airport was fine. Pick up was horrible. Was travelling with my father who is a diabetic. I called after I got to the pickup site on a Friday around 1:30pm. We were the only ones there for over 10 minutes until 4 others showed up. It was at least another 5 minutes before the van came. Driver took the 4 passengers who showed up after me and said that she couldn't take us since there were no room left. I called them again, and they said they will send someone else right away. It took another 15 minutes before the next van came. Driver gave an excuse that there was a lot of traffic and he had to go a different way. However, during the whole time I waited, The Spot Parking van came 6 times, WallyPark and Jiffy came 3 times along with several other vans from competing companies that were there twice. By the time I got back to their counter, 50 minutes had passed since the first phone call was placed to them. They did take one day charge off of my 7 days parking fee for my trouble, but it was not worth it. On top of this, when I came home, I found that they lost the connector for my quick-release key chain that was on my car key. read more

I have been using SNAP Parking for awhile and have always been satisfied. The physical location is clean, feels safe, and appears to be well run. Your car is garaged, out of the weather (important in the winter), and outside waiting for you when you return. The shuttles have always been prompt with minimal delay. Just call the office after you get your luggage, they send the shuttle and bring down your car. I recently had an issue with a four day Groupon I had purchased which they are currently not accepting. You might ask..... Why then do you give them five stars? Well, a few reasons. My past visits have been met with good service at a fair price. Although my recent visit had a hiccup over this Groupon, they have posted signs about the Groupon issue and are addressing it for the time being with reduced pricing. A further miscue by an employee as to what I was charged added to my dissatisfaction on this visit, but it was corrected after I contacted Alexandria, a marketing manager. They admitted the errors made and made it right. That's the cornerstone of a well run business. Mistakes happen but they didn't run and hide from it. If you need parking while flying out of Newark Airport, I highly recommend that you consider using SNAP Parking. read more

We selected SNAP parking based on reviews and competitive pricing online. Our drop off experience was very convenient and professional. The lot is easy to find from the turnpike and shuttles were immediately available to take us to the airport. However, on return the experience was not as pleasant. It took over 20 minutes for a shuttle to reach us outside baggage claim. We watched 2 and even 3 shuttles from other parking providers pick up and drop off before even one arrived from SNAP. The receptionist handling our call was abrupt and did not provide any apology or explanation for the delays. When the shuttle van did arrive, it was extremely crowded and barely had room for all the luggage. When we arrived back at the SNAP lot, our car had not yet been retrieved from the garage, and we had to wait even longer. To top it off, getting out of the lot we had to honk our horn and signal for an attendant to open the gate and let us exit. Overall, a poor experience. We will not be returning. read more
