I love that the parking is indoors but they only have 2 shuttle vans so the wait time to get to and from the airport is a lot longer than the 15 minutes that they advertise. Only use them if you don't mind waiting. read more

I just used SNAP this weekend for a group (3 car loads). It was easy to find off the Turnpike and looks new and modern. Reservations were easy to make via phone and the staff was very helpful. When we arrived, they unloaded all of our luggage and parked our cars. Before the shuttle took off, they gave us free blow-up neck pillows! Upon our return, the staff was again very helpful. We called from baggage claim and they told us where to meet them (downstairs on the parking level - the only downside; but it looks like only taxis are allowed to pick-up outside of baggage claim now at EWR). All of our cars were parked out front when arrived back at the garage and were sparkling! I will definitely be using SNAP each time I fly out of Newark! read more

Recently used SNAP for 7 days and have nothing but good things to say. I traveled in January when it was 10 degrees out so having covered valet parking made my trip so much easier. The price is very reasonable and the staff is friendly and attentive. I had originally considered having a town car pick me up and drop my off at the airport and this option saved me a ton of money, allowed me to keep my car in a secure location, and saved a lot of time. Make sure to tip the van drivers. I will definitely use them again for future trips! read more

I use SNAP Parking as my primary place to park at EWR. It is not the cheapest place to park and I do not think that I would park there for a long trip b/c of the price, but for short two or three day trips, it is the place to park. The facilities are clean, you just pull up to the intake area, and I have always been on a shuttle within a minute or two of pulling into the lot. I have also never had to wait for more than a few minutes to be picked up after I land, and they get you out the door quickly. The shuttles are are clean and many of them are new. They also offer car wash and oil change so you can get your basic maintenance performed while you are away. read more

I have used SNAP many many times over the past few years - and I recommend it to others who also prefer it. It is a very easy drive to get there, as it's far enough from the airport to avoid traffic, etc - but still close enough to be a quick shuttle ride. The valet part of it is excellent. You drive up, unload bags, and hop in the shuttle. They park your car for you. Also, when you call to be picked up upon return, your car is ready and waiting for you when you get there. This is now our go-to place for long-term parking near Newark. We prepaid at $8 per day, and everything was perfect. prompt shuttle, friendly and helpful drivers, car ready when we returned. Been using this place for the last several years every time I took a vacation. It's really a hit or miss. They were fast and customer-focused, but during my last trip I waited a long time for the shuttle. Used them again this past weekend, texted my arrival around 10pm, being tired after an international flight and going through customs, one shouldn't wait 30 minutes for a shuttle. It's frustrating seeing the Jiffy, Marriott, & Park Plus shuttles coming past every 8 minutes, and no SNAP shuttle. My friend and I tried calling--5 attempts. Apparently, you need to let it ring for 3 minutes before anyone picks up. Shuttle finally arrived and guess what? We got to circle the airport all over again, waiting at each terminal for no one. Arrive at the facility, only to be told their system is down, we are directed to a back room where a flustered employee is not having luck with CC transactions. I had already paid but my vehicle was nowhere in sight. You guessed it--I got to wait again! So the experience lasted a glorious hour. And apparently only one person had the remote to the gate so my companion had to wait for someone to open it while other employees were just chilling. Businesses need a back-up plan in case of system malfunctions and they need to treat their customers as though they matter. I won't ever be returning. read more

I parked there for 4 days when I traveled to Dallas from Newark with my wife, son & Dad. These guys did an awesome job with the drop off and pickup. I'm not sure if it was a coincidence, but there was already a shuttle ready for pickup when I picked up my bags and headed to passenger pick up. Their facility is new and maintained nicely. The place outside isn't that great though...but the facility itself is gated and it is indoor parking in a building with multiple floors..The checkout process was very painless and the person at the counter was prompt & friendly. The final bill amount was spot on too. Will definitely go there again and cross my fingers that my next experience there is the same and not a fluke. read more

Understand I WANT to love parking here. A indoor parking lot for 22 bucks with a groupon, what's not to love?? A lot. First, you need to follow their directions on their website, if you're not familiar with 78, you will get lost. It is not at all easy to find, and in a very sketchy area. But, once you're there and pull in, you're good to go..maybe. There isn't clear direction what to do when you enter. We did a lot of, what now? We just leave it? Running not running? Can someone help? After we figured it out, on the shuttle to the airport. It is not as close as they make it seem to be. It was a good 20 minute ride to the airport, not a big deal but some might need to factor that in. Upon return, and taking into account we landed on the Monday of the blizzard that never was, we had no idea what to do. Read on the back of the ticket to wait between the traffic lights on the parking level. Off we went, in the snow and waited. 2 shuttles passed us without even hinting at stopping. Freezing and annoyed, I called. Was answered by a less then pleasant employee who asked us if "you get your luggage"..yes, I stated we've been standing outside and with another shuttle approaching and saying "wait, here's one", she yells "HELLLLOOO"..seriously? But no fear, that one passes us too. I don't know if they dispatch customer specific, but one had to be sent for us. Another 25 minutes later, our shuttle arrives. By this time, we're annoyed, cold and wet. We get back, and again, no direction given. I figured to go inside where I interrupted dinner delivery, and wasn't even glanced at by the employees, who were arguing over beef patties. She mumbled something about a 6.00 balance, for what, I have no idea since I was already paid through groupon but at this point, I wanted out of there and on the road. So..did it do the job keeping my car clear of snow with a snowstorm in the forecast? Yes. Will I return? No. It wasn't worth the aggravation or annoyance, especially when you're traveling. There are other great parking options, like SPOT, that are very reliable and quick. read more

great friendly service, I only waited 5 minutes for the shuttle upon my return and my car was down in the front waiting for me. I had a 5 am flight so I showed up with my car around 2 am. The shuttle was waiting for me and even in the middle of the night the service was very friendly. The price for 10 days was very affordable, I reserved online and prepaid which saved me a few dollars. I would definitely use them again. read more

VIP was a disaster. With frigid temperatures, we followed the instructions given to us and called after getting our luggage. They got our tag number and said they would be there shortly. We were told to wait outside. 15 minutes later, they called back apologizing for not getting my credit card info. So, I said "does this mean my car hasn't been sent yet" And I was told emphatically "no, it's on the way." Which, I will later discover was a lie. 20 minutes later (now a total of 35 minutes later and 3 phone calls) the driver arrives with my credit card receipt time stamped just after the second phone call and my car elapsed time display was showing 14 minutes, not 35. I called back and confronted the woman who lied to me and she continued to lie saying that someone took the man the credit card receipt, etc. We will NEVER use their services again and plan on filing reports with the Better Business Bureau and the Port Authority. read more

Getting to the parking was a problem as the person who gave the address gave the wrong exit to get off. Returning to get my car was another issue. I called and the individual who answered was rude and spoke too fast to directions for pick-up. After calling 3 times and asking her to speak slowly, she had a attitude. When I left my car at the lot, I specifically asked for the price but no one bothered to mention that there would be all kinds of airport, state, city and whatever charges added. I was only quoted $8.95 per day. When I arrived at the garage, I was handed a bill for $29 for one day parking and when I asked the clerk for an explanation, she bushed me off with the airport charges. When I left the garage there was another customer who was arguing about his charges. I should just have left my car at home and taken the the train to the airport which would have been $15 round trip. Needless to say, I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT PARKING LOT read more

A bit further away than some but very easy to find. You can see the building from the distance, it isn't a confusing part of the bric a brac nearer to the airport. When you pull in, there's a lightning quick turn over: help with bags, waiting van. Small snafu returning -- but car sent extra to find me, and my car waiting for me. Helping hands with luggage. Outside of them damaging a vehicle or the parking garage crashing, they really have 1 and only 1 thing to do well, and that's pick you up from the airport expediently when they call. I'm not an unreasonable person and do not blame the wrong person for managerial issues. First van came about 25 minutes after I called, but it was full and said we had to wait about 10 more minutes. 2nd van came about 15-20 minutes later. Sorry, but 40-45 minutes to get picked up is just too long. Do they do any logistical analyses as to when they expect an influx of folks coming home? Larger vans, or additional drivers during these peak times? Who knows. A simple "sorry" at the check out would have at least acknowledged it a bit, but nothing. It is so frustrating after a long flight to have to wait like this. read more

Usually, pretty good service....except this past one. Waited 32 minutes for pick up at Terminal B. Called office three times and told driver will be there in a few minutes. When got to the office, found out one shuttle running. Asked to speak with the manager, but was told not available. I will research another parking service on my next trip. read more

It would have been a good experience if there driver had not cause flat tire to my car. I was suppose to pick up the car at night and the parking people knew my car had a flat but no one bothered to notify me. Even when I picked up the car and left they could care less as they had put enough air in my car so that I could get home. They were hoping I would not notice and they would not be bothered by it. I had to wait till about 1 in the morning for AAA to come and fix the car. There was no assistance from the management whatsover and they were trying to say it was not their fault as they don't have nails. They could not even spare me an associate to help replacing the flat as they had to go pick up people but there were drivers just roaming around in the building doing nothing. I would avoid using them in future for any of my parking needs read more

Best airport parking! Great service with covered parking. We were late for a flight so we called to use the valet service at the last minute and they readily accommodated. Then just recently they noticed that we had a flat tire after we pulled in. They called us immediately as we were boarding the flight. When simply adding air didn't work, they actually changed the tire for us! When we came home, we could simply drive off with no worries. Talk about customer service! read more

Be aware of this parking lot especially during the Holidays. I made a reservation and pre-paid it , however, after arriving at the lot at 3:30am i was told that the lot is full and i cannot park there anymore. I told the attendant that i have reservation and already pre-paid it and the response i received was "There is nothing i can do about it". I will definitely not be parking there ever again, they lost my business. read more

So we used SNAP for a trip out of Newark. We chose them due to the parking garage, covered setup. Besides waiting a long time for their shuttle upon our arrival back in Newark, the service was ok. That is until we arrived back onsite to pick up our vehicle. When our Jeep Grand Cherokee was brought to us it was soaking wet despite being parked in the garage. When I asked why it was wet, the attendant said it got dusty and they rinsed it off. I am pretty particular about my Jeep and had just had it detailed and a ceramic clear coat put on about 2 weeks prior to our trip. It was a pristine black finish before our trip. When we arrived home, I dried it off and was shocked that there were water spot/stains on the hood and front part of the roof. I hand washed it twice with no improvement. I immediately called SNAP and the woman on the phone efficiently started their claim process. I sent the form and requested pictures in to SNAP. That's where this saga turned bad. After several phone calls to ask for follow up and direction from management were not responded to, I went to my own detailer who took one look at the damage and asked if I had used a parking service in an old parking garage. I said yes and he tells me he sees this all the time. He tells me if I waited any longer the damage would have eaten into my clear coat. $159 and 4 hours later my Jeep was as good as new. I called SNAP again and spoke to " Yovanys" (the representative from their management assigned to my claim) who asked me to re-send the pictures. That was early October. As of today (12/11/18) I've received no reimbursement and repeated message and emails have been ignored. These guys have no integrity in how they operate. My experience has been very negative. STAY AWAY! I will be filing a complaint with NJ Dept. of Consumer Affairs. read more

Terrible!!!! Parked with SNAP and got the car wash service, I returned to find my driver side view mirror destroyed. asked to speak with the manager and was given the run around " manager wasn't around". called several times... again given the run around stating the manager would call back..... no return phone call. End results.. ended up paying $600 to replace my mirror, and wasted time trying to get management to do the right thing. DO NOT PARK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A LUXURY VEHICLE, IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK AND MANAGMENT IS UNPROFESSIONAL. read more
