Weekends are more expensive. Pool: we were told that we have access to the amenities until 8pm. Since our massages were at 6pm and 7pm, we showed up around 4:30pm. But the pool service ends at 5pm so after that we couldn't order any food or drink. There was a towel in the pool and a lot of trash underneath the pool chairs (which you can see if you're in the pool or looking underneath the chairs). So they could do a better job of cleaning up after guests have left the pool area. Massage: great! Just know that a Swedish massage is light to medium pressure. If you need medium or above, book a deep tissue massage. The massage table has warming capabilities and you can choose from oil or shea butter for the massage. Spa: outdated. The spa has 2 showers (1 with an infrared light that did not work), 1 steam room (not really hot), 1 relaxation room (3 reclining chairs), 1 whirlpool, 1 waiting & relaxation room with tea & snacks, and 1 small locker room (which gets cramped). Seems that they overbook - so it's not the most relaxing experience with so many people. Property: The hotel itself is outdated and more casual - the lobby furniture and design in particular. Having been to a few Four Seasons Hotels, it doesn't seem like a Four Seasons. If you're at the spa and want to go to the pool, you have to leave the spa area, go through the reception area, pass the gym and enter the pool area. There's a door between the pool and spa, but it's locked. Unlocking it for customer convenience / experience would be great. Comfort: if you are a person of color this may be an uncomfortable experience. NOT because of the staff (they are amazing), but because of the clientele. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. IYKYK.

I came in for an ombré pink and white dip manicure. Made an appointment but when i arrived there clearly wasn't one made. It was busy but the man at the front was able to find a technician quickly after asking everyone in earshot who could do it. I had pre-filed my nails on my left hand to the length and shape i wanted so there wasn't any confusion. The technician then proceeded to re-file the nails i had done and ruined the shape completely. I wanted to cry. She was very sweet and sorry but we had to cut hem off and put on tip extensions. I filed the rest myself. She did a really great job on the ombré pink and white fade and took her time to buff them all nicely. My biggest issue with this salon is the illusion of getting a manicure. The nails came out very nicely but that's all the service is. Nail color/product. No cuticles done at all, no pad to rest your forearms on and the massage is the nail oil they put on your nail beds at the very end with 4 seconds of rubbing it in then you wash your hands. Both of the girls on either side of me were also getting the dip "manicure" and i watched them get the exact same treatment. Overall my nails look very pretty but i felt on edge the entire time. No water offered. Definitely not a relaxing experience. read more

I love this place. It is nothing fancy but everything is clean and they have an awesome selection of both gel and regular polish and everyone is really friendly and kind. I got a gel mani/pedi here that literally lasted for 10 weeks, and I removed it because the polish was starting to fade, not because of the nail technicians' work! I have actually booked an appointment while having lunch across the street and then walked in half an hour later. There is parking in the lot behind the store front. You can book appointments online and while there never seems to be too long of a wait here, I like the convenience of being able to walk in and sit down right away. read more

*UPDATE* I originally posted about a subpar manicure and in less than an hour the manager reached out to correct the issue. Amazing customer service! They have invited me back in to redo my manicure and pedicure. I understand that at any place the manicures can't always be perfect every time, so i really appreciate them fixing the issue. ---------- I really wanted to like this place since I just moved the area and was looking for a new salon. The man who did my pedicure soaked my feet in cold water which was not enjoyable. The pedicure came out looking okay, but my manicure was really sub-par. I have been coming here several times before and every time i checked out, I always feel happy and satisfied with their services. This salon is big, clean and the staff are friendly; they greeted me immediately when i just came in. Every staff here are well-trained and work in a professional way, but my favorite staff to go with is Maria. I always had a deluxe pedicure and shellac manicure with her, she listened carefully to what i said and did my services perfectly. I cannot believe that the gel polish here lasts 3 weeks on my nails because i type a lot while at work. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back here for my nails. read more

Very disappointing. I'm in the business so yes I'm picky. However, I was just asked by my regular nail tech to "go to someone else next time". I pay $50 a pop and yes, expect perfection. They gab like crazy, eat and talk on the phone while working. The salon is freezing and the staff all wear parkas to work. Too many options to go here again. read more

My friends toes also were not polished within the lines. Overall for the price they charge, do not come here. They have a nice environment but the quality is not there.

Then my tech--an older lady--got to the callus remover part and accidentally sliced my toe. I definitely felt something, but I wasn't sure what it was at first. She stopped immediately, didn't say anything, and kind of kept covering the spot and checking it. She had me put my foot back in the hot water and then just moved on to my other foot. No sugar scrub, no finishing touches on the one she hurt. Every time I tried to peek at it, she gently tugged my foot back. So I was trying to convince myself it wasn't that bad. Paid full price, tipped $10 because I used to work in service and I just can't not tip... and then the second I put my sock and shoe on, I realized oh no, it is that bad. When I stepped outside and finally got a look, yep--she really did slice some skin off. I'll post pictures, so if you're squeamish about blood, maybe skip those. I won't be coming back, but honestly, they did an amazing job on my friend's feet, so at least one of us walked out happy!

I'm glad I did. Based on the other reviews talking about getting turned away, I decided to make a reservation ahead of time for 4pm on a Wednesday. Same day reservation by the way. I was greeted timely and picked my color and off we went! I got a basic, normal polish pedi. I did observe that some others who walked in without an appointment were turned away. It's a relatively small place with 3 nail techs when I was there, so make a reservation if you can. The salon itself is cozy, clean and it is in a cute part of town by commons park. I will go back!

I always get builder gel, but it was clear the technician wasn't experienced with it. Instead of properly removing my previous builder gel, she simply applied a new layer over it. The color selection was also very limited, so I ended up choosing red because there weren't many other options. The finished nails are uneven and lumpy, and after only one week they already look like they need to be redone. My hair constantly gets caught around the edges because the builder gel wasn't properly sealed. The salon itself was clean, and the staff were kind and friendly, which makes this even more disappointing. I was really hoping to find my new go-to nail salon, but the quality of the work just wasn't there. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
