This is a great salad restaurant. The salads are fresh and the dressings interesting and tasty. They have a wide variety of additional items you can add to the salads. In my mind the price is very reasonable. I also find the staff to be very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I also like that they are very eco-friendly. LED lights and reusable/washable bowls and silverware are very both very good to the environment. The tables and chairs are comfortable and expansive and the outdoor patio is great, weather permitting. I really like this place. When I am in the mood for salad (often) this is my favorite place! My first time there was today. They asked us if it was our first time, and we said yes. They went over the menu with us and suggested we order the half salad. I got the yellow tail tuna salad. Where does quality meet price? I'd have to say at about 4 stars. This place has about as many premade salad ideas than you can shake a stick at, building your own is my personal suggestion as there's bound to be something in each salad you'd rather not have... granted you could just ask them to leave out said item, or swap it out for another, but at that point I feel like I'm building my own salad anyway so why not just go all in and build it the way you want it? I tried the big baked potato once too. It was decent, but nothing to rave over.. stick to the salads. Veggies were all cut fresh and kept at appropriate temperatures and served in ample portions. If you're eating for just you a half size is plenty. My only minor complaint is about the price. Adding meat to your half size salad can push it to a $13-$17 affair. Atmosphere is nice and they offer outdoor seating as well for those who like such a thing when the weather is ideal. read more

So happy a friend and I decided to try Snappy Salads for lunch...BEST LUNCH CHOICE in the Las Colinas area! The salad choices are excellent, not to mention the endless options if you decided to create your own salad. Their ingredients and produce are extremely fresh and of the greatest quality. My friend and I both decided on the Cobb salad, and we were beyond impressed! I would highly recommend it to everyone. We also tried the warm bread and spread option, and were not let down. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was exceptional! Every staff member had a friendly smile and helpful attitude. The manager was very gracious and welcoming as well...he even gave my friend and I a complimentary cookie after we had been sitting awhile just chatting. I went to Snappy Salads yesterday during my lunch break and I was a bit disappointed. The Grilled Avocado salad I ordered and ate was simply alright. After normally eating salads at Salata, I was expecting something as wonderful as that! Snappy Salads is more expensive with less ingredients to choose from. Yes, their ingredients seemed fresh, but if you order a salad from their menu (instead of creating your own) and want to add additional ingredients, it's an additional $0.50 charge per ingredient. Despite my OK experience, other people seemed to really enjoy themselves there! There was a lot of hustle and bustle, a lot of customers coming in and out of the doors. It did have a cool atmosphere. I'd recommend trying it for yourself to figure out if you prefer it over a competing salad spot! read more

Best Chicken Caesar salad I have ever had, possibly the best salad I have ever had. I am not a salad eater by any means, but I will have another one of these as as soon as I can. $8 bucks for a salad I though at first, but then after, I felt it was the best $8 dollars I have ever spent on lunch. The only negative I can see is that I did the online order to pickup, but after arriving it took almost 10 mins for anyone to ask me if I was there for pickup when I was waiting at the pickup location in the restaurant. The person at the register never even looked in my direction, possibly because of how busy they seemed to be. This is my offices favorite lunch spot. But be aware that your order will be wrong most of the time if you order in advance and not in person. We eat here at least 2x a week. Time and time again, we are missing an entire salad or additions (that they charge extra for) not on the order. If the experience was as great as the food, that would be awesome. But i am disappointed most of the time. Whomever owns this place, please hire more staff or have better training. It's not a cheap place for a salad so everyone wants their monies worth. I've ordered from here twice. Once online and once by phone. Both times I went to pick up my order, it was delayed. When I ordered online, I put in the order an hour before I went to pick it up, and when I got there, they still hadn't worked on it...and there were only a few customers around. The girl at the cashier seemed lost, like she didn't know what she needed to do. I made nice with her since she looked about 14...figured she had a lot to learn. I also had no immediate plans so was in no rush. The second time I went, I had called in my order to pick up on my way to work. I asked the guy who took my order if it would be ready by the time I get there as I was on my way, and he said "absolutely." When I got there it was during the lunch rush. Tons of people inside, the line wrapping around the tables and extending to the door. Needless to say, it was busy. I asked the girl at the front if I needed to go through the line if I was just picking up, and she said I could just give her my name and she'd get it. Well, I gave her my name and then she disappeared. I don't even know where she went. I asked the cashier (same 14 y/o) about the status of my order and she seemed unsure of how to help me. Didn't even ask someone. After 10 minutes of waiting, and many customers paying and moving along with their meals, the girl finally turned around and looked in the fridge, and tried to check me out as if I knew that my order was in her hand. I can't tell you how astonished I was that she made no attempt to help me at first, but after I commented to another customer that I was thinking about leaving bc I was going to be late to work, the cashier finally turned around and grabbed my order out of the fridge. This is exactly why I called and made sure with the guy over the phone that my order would be ready. It was ready, but the service sucked. Again. I'm sorry to have to give such a bad review, but service has been bad both times I've gone. The food was great, and I'll return if I have time to wait around, but will not consider this place again when I need food quickly. read more

Other times, however, you get your food pretty quickly. Service is a hit or miss. It's either great or just meh but never bad. I have been a fan of Snappy Salads. I decided to order one for delivery on Foodsby today. What a great dissapointment!! I ordered 1\2 a Steakhouse Salad - there was brown lettuce, barely any onion or tomato and the steak so overcooked it was as crispy as the overcooked bacon!
