And there's a good reason why we always wanted to order snarf's sandwiches whether sober, hungover, or stoned- they are the best. I agree with liz in that i wish there was a sandwich shop like this near me. There's not and when i crave a snarf's sandwich no other place does the trick. The bread is toasted just right and their hot peppers and combo of oil/vinegar, salt/pepper make every sandwich just that much better. My faves are the portobello mushroom & provolone, eggplant parm, and turkey & swiss. Soooooo good. As a side note, kelly w. did always order the "pro" size with the intention of eating it later but mostly it just sat in our fridge until it got too old to eat. What a waste! Being a vegetarian at the time, I could never scavenge this italian sandwich from her. Kel, your eyes are bigger than your stomach for sure. While costing slightly more than I would ideally like to pay for a sub, my taste buds overwhelm my cheapness here. I will not go anywhere else for a sub. Snarf's are fantastic. I've had the corned beef, the pastrami, the chicken salad, the italian, the meatball, just plain turkey and cheese, you name it. All were amazing. They don't skimp on the high quality meat, and they have tons of free toppings. "The works" will make your sub loaded, spicy and delicious. Service is friendly and fast, although the place gets crowded at times. And it was the first place I saw cups made of 100% corn (and therefore compostable). Points. I was gonna give it 4 stars because it is kind of "just a sub," but I think it's only fair to compare it to other sub places, in which case it earns 5. read more

Snarf's is great. My sweet little buds adore the turkey Swiss sandwich, I rarely stray from it... I leave my sammy as is, well sans pickle (which is a choice anywhere I go, I'm sure their pickles are mighty fine), but it's all the fixins that make a Snarf sammy a Snarf sammy. Whatever their special blend of seasoning is works perfectly with my palate. Always get the Voodoo chips, and just today I tried their Mac salad. I wasn't in awe of the salad, but it was all right. I'd eat there a lot more if I didn't have to fit in a wedding dress in 7 months... Yum! read more

Very filling, cute place, affordable. If I get the chance to hit up another location, I definitely will. My friend and I were cruising down through Boulder on our way back from Rocky Mountain National Park and wanted something quick and easy. My handy dandy Yelp app on my Droid phone directed us to Snarf's, which sounded kind of weird but hey, it was open and it had a lot of good reviews. The sandwiches were offered in a few different sizes and there were a lot of options..we felt overwhelmed, but we decided to try the roast beef with provolone...it was awesome. The bread was perfectly toasty - not so hard that you had to gnaw on it and end up with sandwich fillings in your lap. They were very generous with the amount of roast beef and provolone layered inside and as a result, I was only able to eat half of my sandwich. I wish I lived closer to Boulder just so I could have easier access to Snarf's! read more

I visited Boulder this summer and immediately became obsessed with Snarf's after checking it out based on a friend's recommendation. The subs taste amazing and they deliver! I was conflicted about whether or not I should drop one star for service. Don't get me wrong, at first 'The Clerks' meets 'Dazed and Confused' service was amusing and even appreciated, but at times it got old. Either way these guys are super nice and awesome, and if you want a delicious sandwich you can't go wrong. read more

Got subs here. Props for the outdoor seating so we can take the Vinster without incident! Yay. Although of note they do not have baby changing stations in the bathroom so I had to change him on the floor but what can you do. Anyway the sammies are not bad but not the best. I had an Italian and it had too much "fluff" or whatever you want to call it. It had the right amount of meat and that part was good, and the bread had a good crunch to it--but it was over mayonnaised and there were way to many gardineros for my liking; had to pull them off. But not a bad spot overall. I love the name Snarf's lol. read more

Snarf's offers a great selection of subs/specialty sandwich's/ and salads. I had the beef brisket with their fixings and it was delicious!! price was reasonable , i got a can of coke and a bag of fries w/ the sub for 10 bucks. By far the best sandwhich place i've been to in Boulder. They have a place in Denver too! Most of the sandwhiches come toasted, which is how I love it! Make sure you call ahead or plan on waiting about a half hour... it's always busy! But worth the wait I love their hots.. i believe they make them themselves and you can buy a jar of it. read more

After waiting an hour and 15 minutes for a couple of sandwiches, I finally got our horribly soggy sandwiches. A call over to an employee got me no where with a snarky (mind the pun) attitude and gave no sympathy or attempt to right the disrespect shown to paying customers. If I'm willing to pay $10 for a sandwich you should appreciate the fact I even went to you for business. Customer service training is a must for this place. Worst experience with a restaurant in years. The employee whom I spoke was Kristina/Christina, don't expect anything more than insults and negativity. I won't be spending a penny more until this employee is properly trained or removed. read more

A hidden gem on east, EAST Pearl. Quick, yummy sandwiches. You'll find slightly higher prices than at the other pearl-based sandwhich shops, but in my opinion you'll get higher quality food for extra doh. Personal favorite sub shop in Boulder. I the homemade peppers and everything makes this place amazing. I like the one off Pearl and the one off Arapaho. 7" Italian w. everything is my usual. Also enjoy getting the Prime Rib. Don't go to the one in Longmont... just not the same experience. read more
