This place absolutely sucks. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from here because we were unable to find them anywhere else. It took 2 weeks for the box to get here. When we opened it there was only one pair of shoes! Not only that, the shoes were two DIFFERENT sizes and both LEFT shoes!! WTF! We called the customer support number over and over and over again and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. We sent email after email after email. Then finally, after a week of attempts we got a call back and we were told back to send back his pair. They sent us a shipping label and we did so. We were told that they would ship out the correct pair that same day and send us the shipping label. I sent the shoes back, and we waited. a few days later (almost 4 weeks after the original order) my shoes arrived. THANK GOODNESS they were correct because I did not want to go through this again. Well, we keep waiting on his shoes. Days, weeks go by. We called a few times but quickly gave up. The number they called us back from was different, so we tried that one and it was disconnected. He even sent a facebook message he was so desperate!!Then his shoes randomly showed up! They were correct this time. Two days later he got an email with the tracking info for the package AFTER it had arrived. In short, this is the WORST place to possibly buy shoes from. It took us almost 8 weeks to get our entire order correct. WORST customer service, because it basically doesn't exist. Not worth the hassle at all. This place is HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT ORDER!! I purchased 4 pairs of sneakers from them. I ordered size 4Y. They sent one size 4Y and a size 2Y!! I ordered new balance sneakers and received Nike size 8.5!!! The others were shoes that weren't even what I ordered and NONE were correct. I spent 3 days trying to contact them via email and the JOKE of a customer service "voicemail" I even had to send the sneakers back on my own dime at $20 a pop because they do not provide return labels!!! This Kicks is the by far the best spot to get any type of exclusive sneakers in Philly. So much better than the other spots like the big chains and the staff is SO nice. I tried to contact them three times by phone and waited 40 minutes for each call and still no answer. I tried to contact him by email and no response. Ordered a pair of Nike Air Max 90 Ultra Essential Infrared Blk. These shoes are not authentic because the Nike symbol looks as if it's taped on. The authentic Nike symbol (swoosh) is stitched on. The leather on the shoes are cheap not Nike. Sent them an email and no one has responded. At first I was going to keep them and wrote red on the box because that's how I store in my closet. Because I wrote on the box I can't return the shoes. I will donate these shoes to the thrift store. I will never ever order from Kicks USA again! If I could give this business no starts I would. This business double charged me an extra 129 dollars and change for a pair of work boots. I tried to fight it thru my bank and paypal, but failed. The business states they shipped 2 pair, which of course they lied. They say I signed for 2 pair, I opened up this huge box with 1 pair of boots and invoice says 2. What a way to do business right? This company is fraudulent. I purchased a pair of Air Force 1 Sneakers, with PayPal, in a limited colorway (Flax) and when they arrived I discovered that they were not the real thing. When I called to return them, the customer service process was very suspicious to say the least. After making several calls to listed customer service lines and getting no answer, I called the PA store in Philly, explained my situation to the manager, and she had someone from corporate contact me to get the return underway. Once they received the shoes back (the package was tracked so I know that they did) they seemingly deliberately refrained from refunding me in order to allow the case to close on PayPal. The case had to be escalated in order for them to honor their agreement to refund my money even though they have had the shoes for about a month. Terrible business practices, stay away. read more

I am VERY unsatisfied and Disappointed with KickUSA customer support. I won't deny that kickUSA has good prices but with the customer service I received, Believe me this transaction will be my first and very last!. I had requested for this issue for more than 3 weeks via both phone and emails (sales email, support email and better yet- I got email error return from gmail???). Operation hours was inaccurate on the website and phone line was busy (what century are we in ?) I heard nothing back from KickUSA until I decided to contact google purchase since Google emailed about purchase warranty when I made my purchase with KickUSA. KickUSA should have responded to my missing item without my contact from the first place. I received response from KickUSA after google involvement!
