Usually one of my favorite places for brunch, but the food was cold on my last visit! However, I did enjoy the lavendar latte.

Been eating at Snooze for years. First went to the one in Denver at Union Station. Food is consistently good, cute spot with lots of booths. Waitress was sweet. Gave us time to order. Writing this post because I really appreciate the new small menu items. Yes I would like one pineapple upside down pancake and a small scrambled eggs. Perfect!! Had breakfast on Labor Day. There was a bit of a wait which hoping was an indication the food is going to be good. The food and service were wonderful. The background music was nice and upbeat not after 11am it is turned up a notch which was fine. The food menu offers a wide variety and drink menu includes mock tails. Freakin love snooze! First found Snooze in San Diego CA. We also had it in Austin, and now Dallas as well. It's always a slam dunk. Word to the wise, do NOT get jalapeño in your skillet. Ong we were ddyyiinngggg. There is not enough water in the world. The pancake flight was SUPERB! Of course! I got the pineapple upside down cake, the strawberry's and cream I think it was called and something else, I don't rememebr.. Wait! It was the cinnamon roll pancake!! Yyeesssss and they were ALL soooooooo so so so soooooooo good! Omg so good. I'm going to steal one of their coffee cups someday lol but just an FYI they DO SELL THEM! *Wink* So don't be like me. Also, I highly recommend starting off your brunch or breakfast with a shot of chilled Patrone with a Pineapple shooter. It was offered to use one brunch years ago and we get it every time. This place is popular. We had to wait outside to be seated but the line moved quickly. If you like big portions, highly recommend you try their breakfast burrito. But if you are like us and don't eat big dishes, then you'll be taking left overs home. I had to say this place was too loud and busy to enjoy a nice morning breakfast. Their latte is not tasty, they do have almond milk for $1.00 extra and the latte itself is small and for $6.00 was not worth it. Since the latte was not good, we asked for coffee, they do not carry Splenda just regular white sugar or stevia. Breakfast for two with a mid size appetite $44.12, way over prized. They have Ritz Carlton prizes. The quality and the taste did not measure up for the prize. I ordered Juan's tacos and the egg was bland no salt or pepper were brought to the table. And the tortilla was too dry on the edges. Presentation was nice but the taste was just not there. My husband said the burrito was good but way too big he only ate 1/2 of it. read more

This place was worth the wait. Social distancing seating was enforced. Staff wears mask. The food was good and service was great. I ordered French toast and a side of hash browns. I have regular business meetings here and yesterday had the most horrific at a restaurant in 20 years byba waiter. My first meeting ended and my second meeting was across the isle - I asked to move my tab there and put on one bill and was told no problem. The waitress at the 2nd table was so rude forcing us to rush and when got the bill, paid it and we left. She then came running after us minutes later SCREAMIMG "YOU DIDN'T PAY YOUR BILL!" in front of bystanders and my client. I assumed my bacon and coffee was included on the 1st bill. She was extremely rude again and I told the two nice young ladies at the front I was never coming back. They kindly asked if I wanted to talk to the manager - hindsight I should have but had to get to my next meeting. No one deserves to be screamed at for an honest mistake and management needs to get this under control before more steady patrons are ran off. read more

I came here on a Saturday morning with a friend right before 9am and I'm so happy I came at that time because after that, it got incredibly busy! I had always wanted to come try breakfast at Snooze; I saw the location in Austin but I wanted to come here and I'm glad I did. I ordered a scrambled egg and the breakfast porridge topped with fresh berries. It was incredibly delicious! It was so unique and the flavor was on point! Not only that, I ordered a cappuccino which was perfection! This place is worth the wait and it's worth coming here. Service was excellent. Our server was cordial and checked on us periodically which I enjoyed. Parking was great its located across from Whole Foods in the Addison area so you wont get lost. I recommend coming early or make a reservation. I will definitely be back to try something new! read more

Me and my girlfriends decide to do brunch and decide on Snooze which was our first time. Great tip is get in line when your on your way. We got seated as soon as we got there. Service was excellent our waitress was knowledgeable with the items on the menu. Also she was patient and did not rush us on deciding what to eat. She took her time and was attentive even though it was busy. The food was hot and fresh. I had the Sweet Potato Veggie Smash Up and the pancake Flights. Little tip if want to try out the French Toast you can sub one of the pancakes out. I want to I lovedddd the Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes. It was not overly sweet but and the favor was amazing. Another thing i like about the menu was the brunch cocktails they have great selection it made it hard to decide. My selection was the Abri-ca-lav-ra Mimosa(loved) and the Palomimosa. Visited this place for the first time the morning! The wait was insanely long (about 2 hours by the time we arrived) but we had luckily but ourselves on the waitlist early enough. The wait is worth it though! For a drink, I got their abri-ca-lav-ra mimosa. It is an apricot, honey, and lavender mimosa. Very sweet but still refreshing! The lavender wasn't overpowering. To eat, I got the huevos tostadas. The flavors in this were insane. The egg was perfectly cooked and I loved the crunch from the tostada amongst the refried beans and verde sauce. There was a little bit of a spicy kick to it, but I didn't mind since I like spicy. I paid extra for the avocado and it was worth it! I wish we weren't from California, or else we'd be coming here frequently! read more

So I was looking for a new Brunch spot and came here. I arrived at 11:30 and it was 45 min wait for indoor seating. Outside was available but it was a little chilly out so i decided to wait. The customer service upon arrival was great, the ladies at the door was very pleasant. Or waitress was just as great, she was very accommodating and outgoing. I ordered a veggie omelette with a slice of French toast and a green vegetable drink. The food was delicious!! The price point for everything was reasonable. I love this place. Food is delicious and the service is usually very friendly. Today it seemed a bit overwhelming for hostess. The only thing is there is always a wait no matter the time of day. You also can't always trust the waitlist. It said a zero wait. We ended up waiting 20 mins. I over heard the wait given was 40 mins the waitlist still said zero wait for two people. Heard great things, but honestly, it was just pretty good. Had the eggs Benedict, and it came out kind of room temperature after having to wait pretty long. There was no weight to get seated on a Saturday morning, so I was surprised it took so long to get our food. For what it was, I was pleased with the meal, but wouldn't have it again. Server was pleasant, and it certainly was not his fault that the food took so long. However, he never checked or refilled my coffee. Overall, it was fine. Probably won't go back.
