I've been there twice; last week and yesterday. The same waiter I had both times made numerous mistakes in ordering the food and applying up charges. On top of that, despite supposedly offering gluten free food, my friend who has Celiac disease was made violently ill last night because her pancakes were definitely not gluten free. She started feeling sick right as we were leaving and got so sick to her stomach that she had to call her husband to pick her up. She missed work yesterday afternoon, an important meeting and was sick all night. So if you have celiac disease or gluten intolerance, avoid this place like the plague! read more

We were greeted immediately upon being seated. I ordered the ABRI-CA-LAV-RA Mimosa, Classic Breakfast with Bacon, and the OMG French Toast! Let me just say I know why they named it the OMG French Toast because when you take that first bite, you're like Oh my goodness! It is soooo freaking delicious! The mascarpone layer makes for super moist brioche bread and the sweetness from the vanilla crème is just pure nirvana!! What I loved about the mimosa was that it was different! It was made with apricot liqueur, honey, and lavender!! The sugar rim really set it apart! A very grown and sexy cocktail. It was really refreshing! FYI! Snooze in Alpharetta, Georgia was a great place to eat... Once again, I enjoyed the atmosphere, and our server, Kenny, was pretty good, considering that it was pretty busy. Food was delicious and came out hot. There was a great deal of it so I ended up taking half of my breakfast home. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Been here twice, I like that they have the "virtual line" where from home you can get on the queue, since I live less than 5 min away it's super practical, the food is amazing, first time around the food came lighting fast, 2nd time was a bit slower (time seems to go by slower with a hungry teenager), but just as good. Lots of parking however they should have some seating for folks waiting on a table, it can get very crowded while they wait to get seated. read more

I am a huge fan of all Snooze locations and this location did not disappoint. The pancake flight is always a must- my favorite is the strawberry shortcake, and the runner-up is the blueberry danish. You cannot skip the habanero pork belly Benedict and I would also advise you to order a side of more pork belly...it's that good. The chile verde Benedict, breakfast burrito, and bacon but different wasn't anything that different (lol) so I wouldn't get those again, but am still excited for the next time I'll visit snooze. We came here for lunch on a weekday and had a pleasent experience. This location is fairly new so the inside is newly painted and well decorated, with lots of natural light. The parking lot is shared with the strip mall and there are 2 electric charging spots right out front. They were not activated though so we could not use them, We were seated right away and got our drinks. From there, we ordered our food and it came out in a reasonable amount of time. I love that there is a small portions menu in case you are not super hungry. I got the Ham Benedict III and enjoyed it very much. While it wasn't as heavy as other benedicts I've had, which is great, it was a bit salty. I had to wait a bit to get more water and it wasn't that crowded. Wow! So this place was absolutely delicious. This was my first time eating here and I wish we had them in Maryland. I got the pork belly Benedict and it was top tier. This place has great food, but their way of handling reservations is the worst I have ever seen. We got on the waitlist on the way there from church, and by the time we got there we were 6th in line. After seeing that we were 1st in line, we walked over to the hostess stand and had to stand in line for 10 minutes behind walk-ins before we could check in, and as I found out half an hour later, checking in at the hostess stand was what REALLY put us in line. After thirty minutes of being 1st on the waitlist and watching other people being seated before us, I asked why they were going ahead of us. The little girl couldn't really explain it, but basically you have to get on the waitlist and be there to check in when you get on the waitlist and then wait an hour out front in the heat. I had the Bravacado Toast: Rustic bread toasted with olive oil, smashed avocado, house-made red onion honey jam and roasted tomato. Topped with two sunny-side up cage-free eggs and Maldon salt. The perfect brunch place! Upon entering after walking past the fun lawn games to play while waiting, we were greeted with smiles and sat immediately around 10am on a Saturday. The decor is a really nice muted take on modernizing the retro vibe. Lots of color with a nice open concept. We sat inside, but the outside seating looked inviting. Our waitress, Nichole, was very pleasant, helpful, and attentive. I started with the lavender latte which, in full honesty, was not for me. While not bad, the extra strong and earthy lavender flavor just didn't sit right on my tongue after a couple sips. Nichole was very considerate and let me switch to a Strawberry Lavender Lemonade and I'm SO glad I did! It was perfect! I had the Double Bacon Sandwich which featured habanero pork belly alongside their snooze bacon. Overall, it was a nice balanced heat. Beware the brioche bun, while soft and tasty, it was very messy and stuck to the tips of my fingers. The hash browns were okay. Nothing memorable, but still crispy and good after adding some salt. I'm usually not a fan of bread and butter pickles, but they did add a nice flavor alongside the egg. I had never been to Snooze so I was excited to finally try it for Saturday brunch. They do not take reservations but I was able to sign up on a waitlist before arriving at the restaurant and that worked out great for us. I got the Blueberry Mint Limeade mocktail, which was extremely delicious and refreshing. My sister got a Mimosa which she enjoyed as well. For mains I got the Sweet Potato Bacon Smash Up and my sister got the Parmesan Panko Crab Cake Benedict. We both enjoyed our meals very much! As for the decor, it was nicely decorated inside with a colorful vintage vibe. Our server was friendly and helped by explaining their menu.
