This is. Avery new and lively place. The servers are young and always singing and dancing which gives this place a very warm vibe. We ordered the burger, the chilaquiles and the eggs Benedict. Everything was delicious. I personally had the chilaquiles as I wanted something more hearty and it did hit the spot. It was quite well seasoned, but not too heavy. The food was Great! Our server was excellent. Ambiance was a bit loud, lots of people in the place. Needs to have sits for waiting, for you table. I liked sitting outside just close it was less crowded and loud. But it was hot! May need to think about fans and misters. Food was great! We really enjoyed all of our food and our drinks. However the service was not great. Our server Hannah T avoided our table from the beginning. She took our drink order and then just disappeared. We noticed her going to other table behind us and took their order, even though they had gotten there after us (20 min later) and when I mentioned this to her it seemed she was upset I brought it up since we've been waiting for 20 min for her to take our order. After that she repeatedly ignored our table. Not showing any attention. We would repeatedly see her look over at us but did not go up to us. We needed refills and wanted to order more since we were having a nice family brunch. Our meal just turned bad due to this. My brother had to get up and go to the other servers to pay since no one came up to us. She was taking orders and talking to the table right next to us and she just ignored us. I'm a sucker for the smashed avocado benny but... The food is CONSISTENTLY lukewarm, I've never had a hot meal at Snooze. One time I had the crab cake Benedict and the crab was old. Not good enough for $20. Coffee drinks are good. Service is ok. Last time I was in, a guy was vaping at another table inside and no one said anything. My wife and I enjoyed going to snooze and been here a few times as well as other Austin locations, but the last visit wasn't entirely good. We enjoyed the meal but my wife later had a really bad stomach pain throughout the day. She did complain that the muffin seems to be old when she was consuming it. Luckily the pain has subsided the next day but we prob will have to be more careful read more

Great place. Took the kids here and extremely glad I did. One of my kids has food allergies that makes going out at times difficult. The staff did a great job of communicating what they could have, and making sure that everything was perfect. The food tasted great, service was great, absolutely going back. Recommend getting in their online wait list before going. There was a decent wait time when we arrived. read more

This new location opened much closer to my house and also wasn't as busy as the locations in central Austin. We got seated quickly and the food here never misses! Only thing snooze doesn't do well is coffee. Anytime I've had a coffee here it's not good. I stick to just ordering food - my favorite is the crab cake Benedict and their pancakes! I love Snooze but this location is a drag. Figured maybe it was grand opening woes, but months later it still is not good. A few things: 1. Very slow receiving food after ordering. The 2x I went it averaged 35 minutes. 2. The eggs are extremely small. I ordered 3 soft scrambled eggs both times and not only were they overcooked more like an omelette but 3 eggs were the size of 1. Complete rip off. 3. Some servers were wearing ventilated open crocs and socks. Looks gross and should wear proper closed footwear when serving and working around food. 4. Excessive pride rainbow flags and worker t shirts even after "pride" month. Strange. Shouldn't be pushing that. All in all this location is way too crowded, too loud, too slow, and the food is the worst of any of the other Snooze locations in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and California. read more

Awesome breakfast! Since it was our first time, they brought us an Upside down pineapple pancake and it was the best I've ever had. And I never say something is the best on a review. I had the shrimp and grits- delicious! My kids had the mixed flight of pancakes and loved them. I had an awesome espresso too, which was better than Starbucks (from a breakfast diner?!). My Mrs had the crab cake Benedict. We liked it but one small note is that there was a hint of orange flavor in the crab cake that we could have done without. And there were two sauces on it. The green one... I guess some people would like it.... But I'd rather not get it as it has a weird anchovy flavor. Excited to try the other eggs Benedict plates in the future. read more

The food was great, plenty of typical breakfast options (eggs, pancakes, omelettes) with some additional more unique options to choose from. I went with a friend to celebrate my birthday and it was a great spot to get brunch. It gets very busy during peak brunch hours so make a reservation or be prepared to wait awhile. The spicy bloody was INCREDIBLE, the peppermint mocha really helped to get my day started, and the smashed avocado benny (what I basically order every time) was as delightful as ever. Elias took great care of my friend and I, checking in frequently for drink refills and any additional food orders and providing some great comedic relief, Josh was super helpful in getting our table on the waitlist when I called ahead and was super friendly when he came by to check in, and Nat was wonderful in getting our table checked in and sat and was super friendly when she came by. First time giving this Snooze location a try. It was a big fail. Put our name on the list at home. Got ready and got there at 12noon in time to check in. After checking in, we waited another 15 minutes for a table. No issues so far. Got to table, the waitress took awhile to come but no big deal. She took our drink order then disappeared. About 15 minutes later, another waitress informed us that she got our table now. Alright, no biggie. She took our order. This is when things went bad. We sat there for about 40 minutes while a table next to us that came after got their food. Inquired about our food and was told that our food is 3- 4 tickets behind. The waitress said our order was entered into the system at 12:41pm. We sat there until 1:21pm to be told our food has not even started cooking yet. We walked out! POORLY MANAGED. We booked 3 days in advance for a group of 9 people. (We also called to remind them AGAIN that morning before we got there). When we arrived, they were NOT able to seat us! They kept taking people who arrived after us and seating them; therefore filling all the tables so they couldn't push two together and accommodate us. Our group ended up having to split into two groups and sit far away from each other. Our birthday gathering was ruined. They don't seem to know how to manage a restaurant. The food was ok, not great, not terrible. I will NOT go back to this restaurant. read more

It wasn't super busy on the Monday we went, but since he was the only one manning the bar, the bartender was always doing something, so I don't blame him fully for not checking back in with us. I ordered a drink called the Velvet Vice. It looked nothing like the picture and tasted similar to an Aviation cocktail with egg whites. I happened to really like it.
