Awesome breakfast! Since it was our first time, they brought us an Upside down pineapple pancake and it was the best I've ever had. And I never say something is the best on a review. I had the shrimp and grits- delicious! My kids had the mixed flight of pancakes and loved them. I had an awesome espresso too, which was better than Starbucks (from a breakfast diner?!). My Mrs had the crab cake Benedict. We liked it but one small note is that there was a hint of orange flavor in the crab cake that we could have done without. And there were two sauces on it. The green one... I guess some people would like it.... But I'd rather not get it as it has a weird anchovy flavor. Excited to try the other eggs Benedict plates in the future. read more

The spicy bloody was INCREDIBLE, the peppermint mocha really helped to get my day started, and the smashed avocado benny (what I basically order every time) was as delightful as ever. Elias took great care of my friend and I, checking in frequently for drink refills and any additional food orders and providing some great comedic relief, Josh was super helpful in getting our table on the waitlist when I called ahead and was super friendly when he came by to check in, and Nat was wonderful in getting our table checked in and sat and was super friendly when she came by. I love Snooze but this location is a drag. Figured maybe it was grand opening woes, but months later it still is not good. A few things: 1. Very slow receiving food after ordering. The 2x I went it averaged 35 minutes. 2. The eggs are extremely small. I ordered 3 soft scrambled eggs both times and not only were they overcooked more like an omelette but 3 eggs were the size of 1. Complete rip off. 3. Some servers were wearing ventilated open crocs and socks. Looks gross and should wear proper closed footwear when serving and working around food. 4. Excessive pride rainbow flags and worker t shirts even after "pride" month. Strange. Shouldn't be pushing that. All in all this location is way too crowded, too loud, too slow, and the food is the worst of any of the other Snooze locations in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and California. read more

POORLY MANAGED. We booked 3 days in advance for a group of 9 people. (We also called to remind them AGAIN that morning before we got there). When we arrived, they were NOT able to seat us! They kept taking people who arrived after us and seating them; therefore filling all the tables so they couldn't push two together and accommodate us. Our group ended up having to split into two groups and sit far away from each other. Our birthday gathering was ruined. They don't seem to know how to manage a restaurant. The food was ok, not great, not terrible. I will NOT go back to this restaurant. read more

We have bad experiences in this restaurant with a specific server. The last server that we had was really patient considering how overly demanding the other people I was with. They only forgot to give us utensils and over cooked our eggs when we said "over easy" but I think the manager (it was a lady) that said "it would be helpful huh" when we asked for utensils- I thought it was funny, we were not mad, we changed tables, we were on the bigger side so it was not the table that they prepared for us. VERSUS The other times where our server gaslighted us when we asked for sweet tea explaining that they really did not have sweet tea but she asked the other table if they want refills of sweet tea. She said they already threw it away when she came to us, the other table was next to us and we heard it. She forgot our orders and had to come back to ask again. Forgot that we asked for orange juice and coffee. Forgot to put sugar when we asked. She also forgets about us. Our food was cold, there was not alot of people because it was 1 hour before closing. Last weekend, with the server that we had, it was so busy and packed but the food still came out hot... so if we come again, I will request another server.... So I can avoid this experience. First time giving this Snooze location a try. It was a big fail. Put our name on the list at home. Got ready and got there at 12noon in time to check in. After checking in, we waited another 15 minutes for a table. No issues so far. Got to table, the waitress took awhile to come but no big deal. She took our drink order then disappeared. About 15 minutes later, another waitress informed us that she got our table now. Alright, no biggie. She took our order. This is when things went bad. We sat there for about 40 minutes while a table next to us that came after got their food. Inquired about our food and was told that our food is 3- 4 tickets behind. The waitress said our order was entered into the system at 12:41pm. We sat there until 1:21pm to be told our food has not even started cooking yet. We walked out!
