The service was great. The food was cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was amazing. Love this little spot.

I tried to snooze out for breakfast on a Friday. Since I was on a French toast craving that is what I decided to order. The uniqueness was instead of butter. They were using mascarpone cheese, which was interesting and delicious. This Snooze is on 1431 aka Whitestone. There is abundance of parking close by. Inside there is plenty of seating and in the far back corner is a bar so yes, they serve alcohol. The first French toast I ordered was called French toast Neat, it was loaded with berries all across the top. I have also ordered the OMG French toast, which was even more decadent than the neat French toast. On another occasion, I had these strawberry shortcake pancakes, which in my opinion were some of the best I've ever had. And my last visit. I had the corn beef hash. What is exceptional about this hash? Was they use chunks of corn beef not just diced sliced corn beef. And it was a very delicious breakfast. They keep the coffee flowing waitresses, walk around and give you toppers to your coffee. Coffee isn't bad tasting either. So far the service for me has been a hit or miss I would say 65% of the time the service was very good. The other 35% of the time it was just the person serving me, I didn't feel like they cared. Now snooze is not cheap by any means but the variety and the difference in their food make up for the price. Snooze has become a regular on my rotation for breakfast strips. It's worth giving them a chance. read more

YUM !! If your a breakfast lover than you will like this place, BUT look at the menu before you go !! Many of the pancakes are sweet, so you need to order around that. What I don't understand is the the most popular dish is not on the menu, you have the basic dish and upcharge to add pancakes. Most people order: eggs, pancakes, and pick a side like bacon or sausage and it already come with really good hash browns. Instead it comes with toast and you have to "Upcharge" to swap out the toast for a pancake. So it costs more ? Just seems a bit of lets make more off of them.. Also the hash browns come like a hockey puck, really good and I got a sausage patty, has some kick to it, yummy... Anyways I somehow I ended up getting charged 19.00 for my dish with a pancake and decaf coffee... Otherwise food is really good :) read more

Came here about noon, still busy but they had a few open tables. We were sat near the door(big mistake on a hot day.) took our drink orders and had a nice big ol mug of coffee and waters. We ordered the corned beef hash and the French toast (neet) with a side of link sausage. The hash was good but very greasy. Maybe a little too much oil on the flattop to heat it up? The potatoes were a bit mushy mixed with the tasty corned beef. I like my potatoes more like country potatoes. Eggs were cooked perfectly! The tortillas on the side were covered in the hash grease... The French toast was absolutely delicious! The berries and mascarpone complimented each other well and the fluffy but tasty French toast were a hit. The link sausage was good as well. The flavors were bold but balanced, and every bite felt like it was doing something good for my body and my soul. The highlight, though? That bacon. Recently visited Snooze for a weekday breakfast. I was excited that they opened up a location close to home and was eager to try it. Ordered basic coffee and the three egg omelette with hashbrowns and toast for breakfast, while my husband ordered the corned beef hash. The food was good but not great. My husband said he liked the corn beef hash but has had better. I also thought my omelet was good but nothing special. My husband's food came out pretty quickly while mine took a very long time to arrive. He'd nearly finished his meal by the time my food came out. The manager proactively apologized for the wait and comped my order, which was a nice thing to do. I appreciated the attentive service and proactive action to make things right. read more

I've gone to the Austin location many times but the cedar park restaurant is much closer! I'm very excited about this as I love their food. The menu has so many wonderful options it's hard to decide. They impressed me even more today, Memorial Day. Suprisingly, NOT crowded at 8am..no wait, got right in a at a table! Hostess was so nice and pleasant when we walked in and took us to to our table. Then, had a waitress that was even better then the last time we were here. This time, I caught her name, it was SAM! She was pleasant right from start..asking if either of us had any allergies (which we don't). I wanted a Nitro Cold Brew, but sadly their Nitro was out :(. But, I did have as a great latte with Vanilla flavor and almond milk! See new pic of how pretty they made it (sorry Starbucks..you don't do this anymore)! But, I did not not think they could top that Bread Pudding French toast from last week...but, they did! If you love Eggs Benedict, then you have to get the Pork Belly Eggs Benedict! OMG...soo good! I purposely avoided eating here for the first period of time after they opened, as most newly opened establishments are getting used to operations, etc. Today we decided to give Snooze a chance and the collective feedback was "no for me dawg". Each moment felt simply out of place. Walking in to be told there will be a wait for a table to be cleaned and servers to arrive, but we waited 2 minutes. Not sure why my phone number was needed if by the time I said the last digit the table was ready. Food-wise, better on paper. Buttermilk pancake arrived with no syrup. Maybe it's the Canadian in me but isn't syrup like one of the main things that come with pancakes? After requesting syrup, they brought what looked like a 1/2 ounce thimble of syrup. Enough for 1/2 the pancake. Thank you. Lastly, we were there before the Friday breakfast rush, with a full row of empty tables so there was no pressure to rush our meal. That said, one pancake into the three pancake flight, our meal was interrupted by the check and a "no rush" by the server. While the words "no rush" were communicated, as a patron it's hard to believe we're not being urged to eat faster and pay the tab that is now physically next to the meal I've barely started to eat. Hats off to the branding, marketing, and design but overall I'll stick to locally made breakfast tacos from our favorite taco trucks. read more

There's a lot of good stuff on their menu, and if you're there for Sunday brunch, enjoy the alcoholic beverages. But if you're there for breakfast, I highly recommend the corned beef and hash. I have been to Snooze many times and many different locations and they are always one of my favorite brunch spots. I am so glad that they have opened one in Cedar Park so we don't have to go into Austin when I'm craving Snooze. They are always busy, but most brunch places are. So with that, it can definitely get loud inside. The food is always incredible, one of my favorite dishes is the Chilaquiles with barbacoa, or when I'm craving something sweet the gluten free pancake flight always satisfies me. I love that they are able to do all of their pancake flavors as gluten free, and I haven't tried it yet but they can even do the French toast as gluten free! read more

Came here for breakfast when visiting my brother and SIL. They're pretty picky about restaurants, so I was glad we had a great breakfast! There were so many healthy choices for a couple of us veg heads and my niece loved the pancakes. We were staying in the Staybridge Suites in the same parking lot, so I came back on my own and had another great meal on a Monday AM. Service both times was really next level. New snooze location that opened recently here in Cedar park is great! Good service with smiling friendly staff . Had a wait of about 20-30 mins on a Sunday morning which is much less than the original locations near downtown . We ordered the pancake flight - the blueberry danish was one of the best I ve had ! They have gluten free options as well. The vegan banana one was meh.. mocha was a bit too sweet and had to mix with regular coffee to make it slightly better . They were able to customize our order and we ordered the healthy scramble with avocado which was good . Chicken sausage came as a patty which was slightly overcooked . The ranchero and green chile side sauces were not that great . Overall a good experience and will return! read more

Snooze always delivers. We went on a very crowded Memorial Day Weekend but hopped on their online waiting list before heading into a quick pilates class. An hour and fifteen minutes later we were seated- only about 5 minutes after walking in the door. 5 star on that alone. Our service was great- especially given how busy it was. Oh my gosh. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! 5x5 Stars! Starting with our waitress, Gissel was accommodating, friendly and way quick with service. We waited about an hour, high time for brunch on Sundays. Time was 1:29 when we were seated. I requested dining room seating, but once we entered, I asked for patio seats. You can hear whoever you're with in the patio opposed to the dining room. We had an Espresso Martin...well two and two Bloody Bloody Marys. Delicious. We had a plethora of platters to spare and test each food options. Benny's Duo--you choose 2 egg Benedict's. Pictured is the Smashed Avocado and the Barbado side was Corn Beef Hash. Juan's tacos. My wife raved about the place and she was right. This place was really good. Great aesthetic and the bread pudding French toast was incredible. The house made vanilla crème takes it to another level! The place was packed but the staff was on their A game. There was actually maybe more employees than customers haha. J/K but it was good to see management had a "better to be over prepared than under prepared" for the big crowd. Def will be back to try more off the menu. Also as a sports fan I enjoy that there's a tv in there showing sports games. I would suggest joining the virtual waitlist on Yelp so that you don't have to get there and then wait for awhile on busy days. read more

Before we arrived, Yelp told us said there was no wait, but we ended up waiting more than 20 minutes for a table. We specifically requested hot sauce with our breakfast when we placed our order. The food was delivered to our table by a runner who didn't bring it with our meal nor did she bring it after we requested it when she delivered the food. We were excited to try a new eatery in our area but were quickly disappointed. The moment we walked in, we didn't feel welcomed. There were many workers around, yet we were completely ignored. We looked around hoping to find a friendly face but only found a serious, grumpy man. We locked eyes yet he didn't smile, welcome us, offer to seat us, nothing. I asked if we should seat ourselves, and he said no. We felt like we were an inconvenience. He sat us in a booth, and then I looked up to find a giant gay and trans pride flag embedded into their jacks logo painted on their wall. This was my second time eating here. I was one of a group of five and while the place was busy, we were still seated right away. On the physical menu, there is a QR code where you can plug in dietary restrictions to see an adjusted menu. You can also look up nutrition information and ingredients. I have a lot of dietary intolerances, so this is important for me. The first time my food came out, the kitchen had put the everything seasoning on it that I can't eat, so it had to go back. It didn't take too long. The smashed avocado benny was delicious. I especially enjoyed the smoked cheddar hollandaise sauce. Unfortunately, the hash browns contained onion powder. I tasted it in one bite. (I had told her that I couldn't have onion when I ordered.) The server kindly replaced it with a bowl of fruit. The server was great, and the restaurant is bright and welcoming. I just can't give 5 stars to a place where there are multiple food errors. read more

I guess I'm a bit old fashioned, but when I want hollandaise sauce, I expect it to be true hollandaise sauce. Not a fancy version of what the chef thinks is good. Food was great! We really enjoyed all of our food and our drinks. However the service was not great. Our server Hannah T avoided our table from the beginning. She took our drink order and then just disappeared. We noticed her going to other table behind us and took their order, even though they had gotten there after us (20 min later) and when I mentioned this to her it seemed she was upset I brought it up since we've been waiting for 20 min for her to take our order. After that she repeatedly ignored our table. Not showing any attention. We would repeatedly see her look over at us but did not go up to us. We needed refills and wanted to order more since we were having a nice family brunch. Our meal just turned bad due to this. My brother had to get up and go to the other servers to pay since no one came up to us. She was taking orders and talking to the table right next to us and she just ignored us.
