We finally came here, we had tried on previous locations but they were always busy with lines so we kind of stopped trying. We recently discovered they take reservations so we booked one for our Back to the Future weekend for Halloween. The parking lot was pretty large but completely full. We parked behind some store and walked over, Not a great start but everything else was good. The front desk staff were pleasant and offered coffee around the corner. The staff was friendly and fast considering how busy they were. The table was kind of small but that is understandable given the layout. Service: let's discuss because the hostess was rude, I asked if a certain booth was available for my party of 2 (because it was empty and clean) and she didn't stop walking and told me she didn't sit me there because the air vents are right over and it gets cold. Uhm ma'am thank you for telling me that, but I'd like to sit there if it's available, she was visibly annoyed that I chose that seat and put our menus down and walked off before we could even seat down. I do not understand what that was about but as a frequent visitor to Snooze's this was a first for me. Food: now I ordered something new to me, a bowl. I enjoyed it, my bowl came with boiled eggs and they were boiled all the way through as I expected. Here's the tricky part, my sis ordered the same bowl and her eggs were boiled soft, not running but mushy. (Check pics for reference). When we tried to tell our waitress about the eggs she told us she will have them make her some more eggs (her bowl was gone already just those eggs left). The waitress came back to say that the chef said that's how the eggs are made. We obviously had my eggs in my bowl to compare and we said no ma'am my eggs were boiled through. She didn't seem to like that we were questioning that response, so when she left we asked another person for a manager. The manager spoke with our waitress before us and we watched our waitress roll her eyes and look agitated. The manager proceeds to come to our table and tell us the same thing that they boil their eggs soft, so I finally busted out proof with the pictures of my eggs, letting her know that not only were my eggs boiled through but it doesn't say anything about soft eggs in the description, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it because I also do not like my eggs boiled soft. She was shocked to see that I had picture evidence, we don't need to lie about some eggs. She ended up comping my sis bowl and offered to remake another one for a discounted rate. We left without that bowl. I am bummed this was my first time at this location and everyone left a bad taste in my mouth, can't say I will go back to this location which sucks because it's the closest one to my house. Ambiance very satisfying!!! Outside but fully shaded in the morning is the way to go!!! Noah is an amazing server- answered my questions with no hesitation and wasn't judgmental when I ordered a pancake in addition to a regular regular breakfast!!! lol. I've had to go from here before and it's just as good for supper as it is for breakfast so I know I'll have some goodies without having to cook this evening. They have happy hour all day long too, so that's a bonus. I ordered the blackberry limeade (sans alcohol for me.) So delicious and refreshing! Esp if you dine inside restaurant. - Hashbrowns are delectable! - Breakfast burrito is massive and tasty- it's always on the menu. - Tofu scramble is horrendous- horrendous do NOT get it. The waiter told me everyone was ordering it but i think they must have had a sad experience too. I know tofu and love tofu but they didn't drain any of the liquid out. It was the kind of wet tofu people ate in the 90s and the reason many hate it now- skip this! - they have dairy free coffee options now which is nice but their coffee is bad. - the french toast is massive but really so sweet that you should split this with someone! or you'll feel sick after. read more

New to Cedar Park, Snooze appears to be gaining in popularity for the food it offers along with its service and ambiance. I stopped in just after the doors had opened around 630 AM, and there were only a few customers, but by the time I left, it was getting full. My server, Sudi, came and took my order. She returned several times to ensure I was satisfied with my meal and to see if I needed any refills or other things. Sudi even offered to get me a to-go coffee if I wanted. Excellent service! I ordered the Snooze Classic. I got my eggs over medium and ham as my choice of meat. There are numerous types of bread/toast available, and I selected the sourdough toast. I enjoyed my eggs, ham, and toast. The hashbrowns were ok, but the least favorite of my meal. I prefer the home fries style, so just choice. I also ordered a decaf coffee. It was fresh and not too hot but hot. Snooze has both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating contains booths and half booths. It's designed pretty much as other Snooze AM restaurants are. The bathrooms are gender neutral, with 3 of them available. The one I used was clean with good lighting. I also like the fact they had both air hand dryers and paper towels. If you are looking for something nice to eat and don't feel like cooking after a late night, then stop by Snooze. They just might satisfy your hunger as they did mine. read more

Cool to have so many brunch/breakfast places pop up on Cedar Park, and Snooze is no exception. Id say their concept is a bit more upscale but the prices are still reasonable. Quality of the food is fantastic honestly, lots of great and creative options. I'm a huge fan of Eggs Benedicts and they have some really creative takes. Got a pick and choose option that allowed me to mix and match and tried the Smashed Avocado and Green Chile. The Green Chile was especially creative as it used stacked tortillas instead of an English muffin. It ended up tasting like Chilaquiles! Was pleasantly surprised. The pineapple upside down pancake was delicious too. Not too sweet (a concern I had is that it would be cloyingly sweet or drenched in frosting) and it was pleasantly balanced. Only qualms I'd say is that the location is LOUD. Just due to the setup or acoustics, it can get very loud in there. Also, the seating is really not comfortable any way you slice it. Seems more intended for people not hanging out too long. Otherwise it's a great brunch spot. It nails the most important aspect, the food. read more

This is an update on a return visit 5/21/24 to "Snooze, an A.M. Eatery". My return visit was quite different than the first. I planned a business meeting here, so my first visit was a bit of "recon". Although my experience was a bit blah, the mgmt team jumped in it to insure a return visit. So I I'm back as promised. Oh my goodness. What a difference. This visit was truly a "Five Star" rating. My partner got here first and the hostess really impressed him with her personality. Next, out of nowhere, a delicious single pancake arrived just after we ordered. They said it was on the house and invited us to enjoy it. So enjoy it we did. It was quite tasty(see pic of solo pancake). We both ordered the "Snooze Classic", your basic eggs, meat, hash browns and toast. It was quite delicious. Hard to mess up a basic breakfast staple. The hash browns came like a swollen hockey puck. Next time I'd like to try them a little crispier. I also ordered the "Upside Down Pineapple" pancakes. Based Sply on the reviews. The reviewers did not lie. That little baby was pillow of sweetness in a pancake form. The entire concept was mucus in my palette. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our server checked on us frequently and even inquired if we had and food allergies??? Over all, Snooze came through for me. I understand why they get so many great reviews. The food is great, and very sweet. Diabetics be warned. I suggest you make a reservation (M-Th) or get on the wait list so you can experience this nirvana for yourself. I've never been to one of the many Snooze locations so I didn't know what to expect, but this is a charming mid-century inspired breakfast restaurant with all the modern touches. I appreciate the nostalgic interior with plenty of 1950s and 1960s accents and details and even some unique seating from booths to round tables. It's all enjoyable to look at and comfortable for dining, like something from an old movie but brand new since this location was just finished. Modern innovations include a bar with cocktails, but I opted for the mocktails instead which are amazing, if someone pricey. My favorite was the Blood Orange Punch which has fresh juice and vanilla, but the Blackberry Mint Limeade was wonderful too. I asked for no ice so they felt extra strong and had more volume that way too. The food menu isn't as large as I would have expected but all the things you could want are represented from omelets to corned beef hash. I tried to be adventurous with the Moko Loko Hawaiian-style breakfast bowl with rice and braised short ribs which was excellent though I wish I had done something more traditional. The pineapple upside down pancake was wonderful and delicious without any syrup! All of the employees were so friendly and attentive, and it definitely felt welcoming. I might have even liked sitting out on the patio with tables and umbrellas on such a nice spring day, but I enjoyed the retro interior too much. She took our drink order and then just disappeared. We noticed her going to other table behind us and took their order, even though they had gotten there after us (20 min later) and when I mentioned this to her it seemed she was upset I brought it up since we've been waiting for 20 min for her to take our order. YUM !! If your a breakfast lover than you will like this place, BUT look at the menu before you go !! Many of the pancakes are sweet, so you need to order around that. What I don't understand is the the most popular dish is not on the menu, you have the basic dish and upcharge to add pancakes. Most people order: eggs, pancakes, and pick a side like bacon or sausage and it already come with really good hash browns. Instead it comes with toast and you have to "Upcharge" to swap out the toast for a pancake. So it costs more ? Just seems a bit of lets make more off of them.. Also the hash browns come like a hockey puck, really good and I got a sausage patty, has some kick to it, yummy... Anyways I somehow I ended up getting charged 19.00 for my dish with a pancake and decaf coffee... Otherwise food is really good :) read more

I tried to snooze out for breakfast on a Friday. Since I was on a French toast craving that is what I decided to order. The uniqueness was instead of butter. They were using mascarpone cheese, which was interesting and delicious. This Snooze is on 1431 aka Whitestone. There is abundance of parking close by. Inside there is plenty of seating and in the far back corner is a bar so yes, they serve alcohol. The first French toast I ordered was called French toast Neat, it was loaded with berries all across the top. I have also ordered the OMG French toast, which was even more decadent than the neat French toast. On another occasion, I had these strawberry shortcake pancakes, which in my opinion were some of the best I've ever had. And my last visit. I had the corn beef hash. What is exceptional about this hash? Was they use chunks of corn beef not just diced sliced corn beef. And it was a very delicious breakfast. They keep the coffee flowing waitresses, walk around and give you toppers to your coffee. Coffee isn't bad tasting either. So far the service for me has been a hit or miss I would say 65% of the time the service was very good. The other 35% of the time it was just the person serving me, I didn't feel like they cared. Now snooze is not cheap by any means but the variety and the difference in their food make up for the price. Snooze has become a regular on my rotation for breakfast strips. Came here about noon, still busy but they had a few open tables. We were sat near the door(big mistake on a hot day.) took our drink orders and had a nice big ol mug of coffee and waters. We ordered the corned beef hash and the French toast (neet) with a side of link sausage. The hash was good but very greasy. Maybe a little too much oil on the flattop to heat it up? The potatoes were a bit mushy mixed with the tasty corned beef. I like my potatoes more like country potatoes. Eggs were cooked perfectly! The tortillas on the side were covered in the hash grease... The French toast was absolutely delicious! The berries and mascarpone complimented each other well and the fluffy but tasty French toast were a hit. The link sausage was good as well. I'll definitely come back but will not order the hash again. The restaurant is like Michael Cain described it, " VERY LOUD INDEED!" read more
