The best thing that did out was the pancake flight we ordered. I normally don't like pancakes but the names sounded so good I had to try. We got the trio: upside-down pineapple cake, cinnamon roll, strawberry cheesecake. So good! Some of the top best pancakes I've ever had. So soft and fluffy, full of flavor. Not dry at all. We went here for breakfast on New Year's Day 2026 and throughly enjoyed the experience. I see it has been several years since I updated my review so it is time to do so. The restaurant had no wait at all when we arrived in mid-morning, a surprise because in the past Snooze was always very busy. We were seated and our waitress, Aurora, appeared immediately for our drink order. Other reviews have noted service problems but Aurora was great throughout, very efficient and professional. I had the classic with 3 eggs, toast, hash browns, and a protein. I chose chicken sausage and it was a bit dry from overcooking but had good flavor and less fat than pork. The eggs were very flavorful and cooked exactly as I wanted. The wife had corned beef has and liked it very much but they have tweaked the recipe since we were last here. They now add spicy poblano peppers so some bites were pretty spicy for her, but overall she liked the dish a lot. The kid had chocolate chip pancakes, as usual, and ate them all. The ambience remains modern and sleek. Overall, we had no problems with our meal or service and the food is excellent, thus the 5 star review. read more

I have been to this restaurant 2 or 3 times now. The level of excellence achieved in the dishes is definitely above average. The plating is excellent and the details like thick candied bacon, refreshing juices, and fluffy/buttery pancakes make this place so much better than your average diner. The ambiance is nice, it's got a slight retro vibe and it's usually packed with people. Thankfully they balance the business and don't crowd the restaurant. The one time I ate in person, the service was slow. I had to go in and look for our server and it wasn't that busy. Maybe our server got distracted, or caught up with someone else. Its very busy on the weekends, recommend joining the digital waitlist before you arrive. Its also loud but can still hear the music. Food is hit or miss- the juice drinks and pancakes are great everything I visit. The egg dishes not so great-- Benny's need more sauce or else they can be dry. Omelets underseasoned and overcooked. Hashbrowns a pile of bland potatoes, not crispy. They have sugar, cane sugar, and granulated Stevia as coffee sweeteners. Snooze was great! I loved the Spuds Deluxe! There was plenty of food on all the entrees we got! They are great with their portions! The OMG! French Toast was super unique and I loved they had something with a special flair. Our service was good. The inside was decorated kind of like scooby doo inspired and I liked that. All did not disappoint but would opt out of 3 slices of bacon for $$ - good but pricey. Lower key during week atmosphere with excellent service. I finished a doctor's appointment at the sports center next door and was looking for some breakfast while I waited for my ride. I saw this place and decided to check it out. Very cute interior with a bright and colorful setup. I was seated quickly, although I sat at the bar as the booths looked like too tight a squeeze for somebody in a powered wheelchair, however the bar was fine as I was able to raise my seat up to eat comfortably. I got a "Blood Orange Mimosa" and the "Crab & Asparagus Omelette" and I enjoyed both. I'm always looking to try new food and had never had crab with an omelette and that turned out to be a really tasty combination. The servers were very nice and made sure I understood any inconveniences or possible hiccups, asking about allergens, etc and my food arrived quickly. They also offered me some locally made hot sauce which I appreciated. I wanted to post the full menu describing the omelette but it was too much text for the photo, so i'll post it here; "Crab and Asparagus Omelette - Three cage-free eggs with a blend of lump & claw crab meat, Gruyere cheese, sautéed asparagus, red onions & mushrooms. We had to visit one of our favorite breakfast restaurants while we were visiting Dallas, Snooze. The atmosphere as usual was very vibrant, clean and fun. Our waitress very friendly, patient, helpful, attentive and engaging. You could tell she loved working here. Our food very good as usual and very vegetarian friendly. I had Juan's small taco plate with added jalapeño's and they were great. My wife had the egg white garden omelette and loved it as well as the delicious salad that came with it. My son had a huge burrito with salsa verde and we shared a plate of pancakes. I also had a mocha coffee which I felt was a bit small for the price and my son had a hot chocolate. read more

My fiancé and I came here with some friends right when they were open (a week ago) and the service and food was great! It was our 1st time there and usually when we are given menus, they're all sticky but Snooze's menus were clean and not sticky at all. They seem to make sure their menus are clean which was definitely noticeable by us. I really appreciate that! Our waiter was friendly. We were seated at the first table closet to the door. That table was kind of wobbly and bc of that our waiter accidentally ended spilling water on my fiancé. She was very apologetic but we knew it wasn't intentional so we were okay. It was just water that was spilt anyways. The food was delicious. At 1st I was questioning how breakfast food can be so popular but once I got my Parmesan-panko crab Benedict I kind of get it now. Me and a couple of my military friends came for breakfast around noon and were assigned a really nice server who was unfortunately really busy. Most of the meal after getting our food, we stopped a server walking by for syrup and right off rip her attitude sucked. we dismissed it cause she said she would grab them, ten minutes passed and we stopped her and asked again. cool, whatever, she visibly makes a face and spun around and asked her coworkers to deal with us multiple times. she would just look over shaking her head even when I stopped the manager to let him know about her attitude. I met my former boss here last week for breakfast and arrived before she and her friend got there. I came in thru the back way facing the park area. A server looked up when I said good morning and seemed a little surprised. Maybe they should install a little bell that gives a little ding when someone comes in thru the back! I had to walk all the way to the front for a hostess to walk me all the way back to where I entered - really, it was almost empty! LOL The server approached me quickly & took my order. I wanted a good latte and something small to eat while waiting. Problem is, they don't have anything small! So I ordered one pancake, which turned out to be huge. I wasn't crazy about the latte, but ordered another one. when my friends arrived. The server never offered to refill my water, I had to ask. No one wanted to clear off my empty mug which sat at the edge of the table a while, along with my plate. The food was good, the place is very bright and clean. Service wasn't memorable. read more
