The food was good and reasonable prices. There is a parking lot in the back but it was full and we had to park 1.5 miles away and walked. This was Mother's Day and maybe the crowd was heavier than usual. We did do a reservation but the system only allows you to reserve when you are within a certain miles from the restaurant. Snooze is my friend group's default option for brunch. Their Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes are legendary, and I'm also a fan of their eggs benedicts, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! One negative is the parking, which is very limited. If anyone has any parking tips for this location I'd love to hear them! Another downside is that the wait times can be pretty long on weekends - that's to be expected at any good brunch place, though, so I can't knock them for that. Once you get a seat, however, the service is always fast and attentive. The restaurant has a fun, energetic vibe in general, which makes the morning hours much more lively! Normally I order an Eggs Benedict (which never disappoints), but decided to change it up this time. We ordered Juan's Tacos, which came with 3 tacos and actually held up quite well despite being on corn tortillas. Instead of paying extra for meat, we ordered the side dish of Bacon But Different and OMG they were so delicious! It came with 3 savory and sweet bacon strips and paired up perfectly with the 3 tacos. I may start ordering this combo from now on. We also got a single pancake and I'm so glad they have this option because they are HUGE. The Cinnamon Roll pancake was delicious, as expected. I love visiting Snooze for a good hearty breakfast. I recommend ordering a single cinnamon roll pancake instead of the full order -- the scrambled eggs, hash-browns and soy-vegan chorizo was really delicious and filling. I haven't visited Snooze in a few years and forgot that I could order a single pancake haha. The full order was a lot but i took it home. It's my favorite and a great dessert haha. Another city, another Snooze! The great thing is the consistency in food quality and ambiance. Easy to find and get a table. Only downside was the lack of attentiveness from our server. Saturday breakfast with my daughter... we really enjoy Snooze. They are always spot on with the food and service and this time was no different. We were sat immediately and our waitress came right over. I ordered the pancake flight (cinnamon roll and pineapple upside-down) it was amazing!! I also ordered the hash browns (flat and crispy) with a side of avocado (that combo is so delicious together). My daughter ordered the new grilled cheese sandwich and added chopped shredded beef and the tomato basil soup. She said that the sandwich was amazing but the soup she did not enjoy. She asked them to switch it out for hash browns, and it was not an issue at all. We had a really good time. read more

I like snooze a lot. I've been in a couple different states and it's always reliable. This time I got thr egg white Denver omelette (no cheese) which is my go to. I love that you can order crispy flat hash browns right away as an option bc that's the best way. I upgraded my side to the cinnamon roll pancake but removed the powdered sugar, pecans, and white chocolate chips. Just too much sugar for breakfast. It was solid, but I'd prob leave the white chips next time bc without them it was a littleeee lacking, so that's my fault. It was my first time at snooze and the food was pretty good. I got the spuds deluxe 7.5/10 with the bacon & chorizo enhancements with the sunny side up eggs. It was delicious but after a couple of bites it felt greasy and worked well with the tabasco. I guess I wanted a couple of vegetables (ie. onions) with the hash browns but I ate it with my friends leftover onions from their burrito :) My friend got the breakfast burrito 8/10. It was a little hard to eat and could be messy but the taste was good. The service was amazing. The servers were very attentive and made sure we got everything we needed for the meal. I've been here a few times now. I decided to try something new this time so I ordered the split deluxe, which was surprisingly really good. It's become my new favorite thing to order. I also tried the buttermilk pancakes for the first time super fluffy 10 out of 10 Recommend! My friend ordered the OMG French toast and bacon, the other friend ordered the snooze classic can't go wrong with either one. My only complaint is the Parking sucks. It's one way very confusing and people will be driving the wrong way making it even more confusing. Wait I have one more complaint and it's that they don't allow you to order bottles of champagne instead, you have to order single mimosa for $10-13 which comes in a tall glass, but still that would be the only reason I don't frequent here often. read more

I met my girlfriend here for brunch on a Saturday morning around 10 am. I was able to add us to the waitlist when I driving over. I only had a 5 min wait once I arrived. I got an omelet with the side salad and a side of grits. The omelet was light and fluffy and the grits were amazing! My girlfriend got the pancake special which she loved. I also ordered steamed cream with my coffee and they had no problem with the request (I like my coffee hot hot). The parking is a beast! This place is pretty solid for breakfast/brunch or maybe even lunch depending on your style of foods. Their eggs Benedict are always a hit, the avocado toast was absolutely delicious and their lattes are yummy too. The place can be a little loud but the food is worth it, the servers are attentive and pretty quick. The only reason this isn't a five star is because their lavender lemonade was pretty gross (tasted super artificial despite claims of being fresh) and then I ordered a mimosa after and that was pretty bad too. So basically stick to coffee and food and you'll be just fine! read more

Houston, I missed you! I was taking my cousins out for a quick brunch and, admittedly, this was my rapid change-of-plans option. We had gone somewhere else but a 45 minute wait time was out of the question. Then I remembered the absolute convenience of being able to join the waitlist via Yelp. Got on that waitlist and a short drive and short wait later we were seated. We got different items and the French toast for the table. Speaking for them: the pork belly fried rice was enjoyable as it was gone in minutes. The corned beef hash was also quite lovely. I got the shrimp and grits and admittedly not the best I've had, and left quite a bit to be desired. The OMG French toast is my favorite menu item. I haven't been here in a while but somehow it tasted better than I remember! Picked up a to go order on a rainy day of course the hostess desk is near the door barely any room for people to stand to talk to the hostess. On top of that people are bumping you because the door is close to the hostess table. People hovering by the door entry way since it's raining as they are waiting in line- they need to go wait outside you should bring an umbrella we live in Houston. My food was already ready when I finally got to the hostess but let me tell you if you come here during rush hour good luck parking the lot is tiny and people double parking to pick up food delivery orders and large ass trucks parked in spots that end up blocking the entrance and exit. Whoever designed this snooze what were you thinking. I'll stick to the galleria or memorial area more accessible parking. read more

Update: The company will send out feedback no matter if it's positive or negative. They contacted me and they told me to visit their website and fill out a form. Unfortunately, they do not reply back if you fill out that form. I lowered my rating for the poor customer service. They definitely don't value their customers. I recommend eating here but don't be too generous with the tip. Above 15% is too much for sub par service. First of all, parking can be a headache depending on what time you go. If you go during the peak hours, you might have to wait for someone to leave or find some parking elsewhere. There is an abundance of seating whether it's inside or outside. Service was terrible. Our waitress took awhile to take our orders. Then she said she would do water refills but never came back with the pitcher. Our dirty plates were never taken away. Pineapple upside down tastes very delectable with the pineapple chunks inside of the pancakes. Blueberry Danish was not too sweet. Tastes just like the Danish pastries you get from grocery stores. The sweet potato had nice big pieces of nuts to give you that crunchy taste. I can taste the sweet potato within the pancake. -bacon but different 5/5 - you get that sweetness from the brown sugar rub then you get that mild kick afterwards from the cayenne and chili flakes. Not that spicy though. -chorizo 5/5 -chicken sausage 5/5 - cleaner and healthier alternative to the sausage patty. It tastes good. -ham 5/5 -omg! Love coming to Snooze with the friends and my cousins. I really like their drink selections. Matcha is my fav. Their tofu scramble & pancakes have me hooked everytime. The parking at this location is free for the first 2 hours but parking is extremely limited because the parking lot is very small. I ordered the spud deluxe which lacked seasoning so I ordered another meal to go since they had a buy one get one 50٪ off. The server confirmed she could put in second order. The server brought me my bill when I got ready to pay a manager came to the table & states they couldn't accept offer because it was togo so I requested they take the second one off my bill. I brought my parents here the last time and my Dad was so impressed with his pineapple upside down pancake ... so was I! I had the breakfast tacos with eggs and added barbacoa. They were delicious! The barbacoa was tender and tasty without all the grease that sometimes comes with other places tacos. I love the dressing it came with too. The hash browns were crispy and soft on the inside.
