Was in Plano on business, and picked somewhere close to where I needed to be not knowing it was their grand opening. Our waitress was Betty and she was fabulous and so attentive. Also very knowledgeable about the menu and helped me navigate items based on my food sensitivities. Everyone had such a great attitude, so happy and cheerful to start your morning off right. This is hands down my favorite breakfast place around. Everything I have tried has been phenomenal but the OMG French toast is lights out fantastic. Everyone working has always been incredibly kind and intentionally make you feel welcomed and cared for. On our most recent visit our server Ahsanii went absolutely above and beyond for our family. She was incredibly thoughtful as we were managing our young kids and took extra care to make sure we had everything we needed. Could not recommend Snooze enough!! read more

Didn't want onions... Told them twice and twice brought me the same plate with onions. The manager and chef just picked off the onions on the top and brought the same plate back to the table. I really wanted to like this place but they just cannot seem to get their orders right. The last 4 times I went there I had to return the meal because of overcooked poached eggs. One of those times was on Father's Day and it took so long for the corrected order to come out that I had to leave. They always look busy because they are so slow. I have been to other snoozes and have had good food and service. They have the same menu as the other restaurants but they just cannot execute. How can a breakfast place that specializes in eggs Benedict not be able to poach an egg. I will never again return to this restaurant. So sad that it's so bad. read more

As someone that likes a full belly this didn't give me that feeling I thought the portion was a little small for the price that I had to pay. Other then that I have no complaints it was very good and the coffee was also amazing. Definitely a cute little place to go hangout but be aware that it's a little pricey. Turn the music down please...... New store. Same great food. Service left more to be desired. I went online to yelp to join the wait list. Made my way to the store within 15 mins of them saying I was moving up faster on the list and to make my way back. Asked what number i was on the list. I was five. I made a reservation for 1. Clearly stated booth only no outside or bar area. I waited extended mins after arriving to the location. This cldv been my fault becuz my rsvp shldv read booth or table only. I watched as parties of two were seated (multiple). And inquired as to what I was waiting for. I verbalized and clarified what seat i wld accept (i hate the bar. I don't like people breathing on me - felt this way before Covid). They finally got me seated after apologizing. I apologized for not being clear. Thank u. After being seated food took forever to come out. I was patient. Upon receiving my meal I watched as others that came in and ordered after me were offered extra this or that BECUZ of the extended wait. I said nothing. I asked for my check, ate my food, and left. Hopefully they will workout all the kinks soon. I love snooze.....first went while living in Austin. Still patronize when i have to travel there for work. This place is higher energy than most breakfast places in the area. The music was fairly loud with strong booming bass beat, making difficult to chat with people at the same table. If you prefer a more leisurely breakfast atmosphere, Snooze may not work for you. Servers were friendly and accommodating. read more

Recommend going to the Belt Line or Walnut Hill location. Service was slow and food is better at other locations. They forgot my boyfriend's hashbrowns. He liked their pulled pork instead of their sausage. Went to the Lamar location in AustPlano Snoozein this week. Had the best strawberry pancake ever. The Plano location overcooked the pancakes, only provided a small handful of strawberries, and didn't include the sauce which makes the fish. Go to another location or First Watch! read more

We just left Snooze, the food was great. Ww got strawberry shortcake pancakes and a pumpkin pecan pancake, with a side of bacon but different, it was delicious. But let me tell you what made this an extraordinary visit was the service. Ahsanii was Incredible. She's one of those rare servers who have the ability to make your day better with her amazing personality. It was our first time going to Snooze. I have a gluten allergy and was very pleased by their menu options for gluten free. The staff there was very friendly, and the decor was a whole vibe. we loved eating there and look forward to doing so again next time we are in town.
