My family visited this restaurant for the first time on Saturday around 10 am. There is a spacious parking lot. When we got there, there was a wait time of 30-45 min to wait inside but no wait when we chose to sit in the shaded outdoor patio. The staff did recommend making a reservation ahead of time if we wanted to sit indoors next time. I would recommend being careful which outdoor table to choose due to the birds and droppings. Despite being outdoors, the heat was tolerable around that time. The chairs can be uncomfortable after some time. Our server was really great and welcoming despite looking very busy! She was helpful with the menu & our food came out very quickly. We got the breakfast burrito with bacon, garden bowl with scrambled eggs & biscuit, and 3 egg breakfast scrambled, hash brown & added the new lemon ricotta pancake without powdered sugar. My brother got The Cure juice which is a staff favorite. We all enjoyed our meal to its fullest & the portions are generous! I ordered the Protein Bowl, which was filling but ultimately pretty average. My wife had the Greek omelet and felt it was average at best--it really needed more seasoning. Unfortunately, the salt shaker on our table had what appeared to be dried ketchup on it, so she wasn't comfortable using it. Our children ordered scrambled eggs and a yogurt parfait with orange juice, and they enjoyed their meals. My biggest issue with the restaurant was the billing. Our server never mentioned any upcharges, so I was surprised when the bill came to $85 before tip (about $100 after tip). The kids' menu clearly stated that each meal is "served with fresh fruit, juice, and a side of either bacon or sausage," yet I was charged nearly $5 extra for my daughter's orange juice. That felt misleading and left me feeling nickel-and-dimed. Overall, the restaurant was clean, the service was friendly, and the food was decent, but the unexpected charges left a sour impression. Omg I'm so glad I finally came inside this place.. this is def my new go to brunch spot! They have the best fresh juices in the area with the coconut mango drink and melon one yumm!! They literally have the nicest staff I've ever met at a brunch spot (snooze should be worried across the street)! Oh and the scones are amazinggg it even tasted great after I took it home and microwaved it yum! I enjoyed the breakfast tacos and we loved the French toast! I ordered the deluxe pancake flight and was expecting small pancakes, but they were jumbo and the presentation was phenomenal on every plate I seen. The fruit was fresh. First things first... make a reservation if you can, otherwise get ready for the wait. At the time of this post, they've only been open about 3 weeks, but it was super packed when I came. Service was amazing. The young lady at the hostess stand was super sweet and welcoming. Katrina, my waiter, was great and they checked on me just enough. I will say I wasn't a fan of sitting near the front door since it was a little cold today. Billion $$ bourbon bacon 9/10: nice thick cut bacon with great flavor and not too fatty! I really enjoyed this. Local honey lemonade 8/10: not too sweet or tart and very refreshing. Steak and eggs 6/10: presentation was nice and my eggs were cooked how I liked them. The loaded hash browns were very tasty. Now the steak on the other hand, while tender, lacked flavor and wasn't even hot/warm. So much so that the butter didn't and couldn't even melt. Enjoyed the onions and mushrooms but maybe less onions next time. Stuffed French toast 8.5/10: more than enough on the portion side. It was a tad sweet to me and didn't need the syrup, but just my opinion. The French toast wasn't too soggy and the bread held its shape. Overall, I'd definitely return! We got hashbrowns and a salad as the sides. The hashbrowns were cooked well but the salad could have used more dressing. We also ordered a side of toast that it came with "seasonal jam" which was delicious and the toast was buttery. The pineapple martini though, was not good. It was bland and tasted like old flavored water. That infusion definitely needs to be reworked to infuse something else like cinnamon or vanilla in there. My husband had biscuits and gravy and a side of corned beef hash. He prefers his hash finely minced and this was shredded. That said, he said it was flavorful and well made, it just was not his preference. He did enjoy the biscuits and gravy. We started with the seasonal scone and we were rewarded with a warm, flaky pastry sprinkled with orange zest. I couldn't pass up the biscuits and gravy which were perfectly flaky and sage-infused. A friend and I went to the soft opening training session at Urban Egg today- wow!! I was so impressed with the food and presentation. While being a training day, it felt like there was an employee every 5 steps. It did not feel chaotic, it felt warm and welcoming. You could tell the team was excited! We love Urban egg in Colorado and Kansas. It is one of our favorite breakfast spots. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in this Urban Egg. My biscuit was hard and dry. I couldn't eat it. They brought me a second one, and it was just as bad. They tasted old and just warmed up in the microwave. My scrambled eggs, bacon and loaded hash downs were good. My husband had three eggs, sausage, hash brown's and sour dough toast. He was disappointed in his hash browns, as they were spicy, not like regular hash browns he has gotten in the past. My ice tea and his spicy Bloody Mary, were very good. To be fair, the manager did take off my breakfast and our server was very kind and considerate. This Urban egg is the smallest that we have been to. Usually their drinks and food are very good! Hopefully it will get better and we may try it again. read more

Ordered my eggs scrambled. The proteins were diced very small and were all sitting on top of the hashbrowns with the eggs. After a few bites I could not eat the protein because it was too salty to eat. Then I noticed that it was full of sausage, which I had asked them to leave off. I like hashbrowns a little crispy and crunchy on top, so the meat sitting on top of them made them soft. Only able to eat a little of the hashbrowns and protein. Eggs were good. Would probably go back, but most likely ask a bunch of questions before ordering. Sat with my friend for several hours talking and catching up. I decided to try this place out on a Saturday morning during peak brunch hours. I have been in the restaurant industry for decades and have dined in some of the best restaurants around the southeast US. This was, hands down, the best experience I have ever had. I walked in to multiple people greeting me, was sat very quickly, and acknowledged by my server almost immediately. I watched as everyone who worked there, from the front to the back of the house, took care of and paid attention to everyone who came in. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door and that feeling did not leave when I walked out. The food was amazing. I ordered the protein bowl minus the sauce with scrambled eggs, it was perfectly prepared and seasoned. The hot coffee was rich and toasty and perfect with just a splash of milk.
