I love this place! I moved here from Pittsburgh, PA and this place reminds of my favorite diner but with a bar! It's perfect!

Get ready to wait, unless you luck out like us and get a seat at the bar. Great service, despite the bartender making drinks for the entire room. Awful place!!! So we got there and were told there'll be 30 minutes wait, and we did wait for abt 40 minutes until they texted us. But then the lady from front desk didn't let us in because we still have one more person on the way and they didn't even want to hold our table for 5 minutes and her attitude was really really bad and racist. Then we wait for another 30 minutes to get a table and that's after we talked to the manager. We don't mind waiting at all but their attitude is really awful I would not recommend this place to any of my friend. read more

I've been here many of times because of location. During the week, they r never busy. But most of the time the food is bad. Eggs r cooked wrong, sometimes, poached r overcooked, hard. Sometimes they fry my omelette so dry. Always something. This location is never good. I just decided to stop going. Pricey for poor quality. read more

The wait is horrible. They tell you 30 mins and after 30 mins, they tell you it is still another 30 mins. If they were honest about the wait time initially, we could have made a better decision. Literally everyone who got there when we did, was seated and our party of 4 had to keep waiting because people were on the app waitlist and not there in person yet to be seated. I'll start with the positive. The food is good. I have been to several different locations and the food is good. But, the service at this location is always bad. Our waitress, Gaby, took forever to come by and take our drink order. When our waters were brought to the table our order was taken. But then we waited and waited and waited. Our waitress never came back to refill our waters. I could see her across the restaurant standing around with her back to us talking to another waiter. Finally we got the attention of a different waiter to refill our waters. Then the food finally came out. My order was wrong. But again, Gaby never came over to check on us so it wasn't until we were getting the check that I was able to tell her my order was wrong. Waiters like that make me never want to go back. read more

Sixteen of us from Preston Place Retirement Community went for breakfast yesterday. The restaurant quickly moved tables together to make a place for us. The server Maria was patient and personable, changing the thermostat for us several times, making each order a separate ticket, and adding to our orders as we requested. Her service and attitude were exceptional! The food was remarkable; and even though the restaurant doesn't give a senior discount, Maria managed to give us one, after we asked about it. Food was excellent. Such a great variety it's hard to choose what to order. The whole staff was very friendly.

Let me start with the food. It's really good. They have an interesting menu with lots of healthy options along with some pseudo-healthy options and some decidedly unhealthy options. I went for the vegetarian sweet potato smash, which involved two grilled sweet potato, halves, some vegetable accompaniments, an avocado, a poached egg, spicy syrup, and a sprinkling of hemp seeds. Just to make sure things were balanced, I split a cinnamon roll pancake, an off-menu item, with my dining companion. As I said, the food was great. Service was really slow. It had nothing to do with the servers, who were busting their butts, and were being extremely accommodating to everyone in the restaurant, but the kitchen just wasn't cranking out the dishes in a timely manner. Our server comped, our pancake, which was a nice gesture. All in all, we will go back. Maybe it was just an off day, and they were short on kitchen staff. It was, after all, the Fourth of July. While I was waiting for my food, I tried to sign up for the loyalty app. It's a ridiculously confusing process, but I think I finally got a few reward points for my meal. This place seems to do a huge it take out business. In fact, while we were waiting for our food, we saw quite a few large to-go orders come out of the kitchen. The restaurant is pretty tiny, and it looks like it is usually really crowded on the weekends. On this particular morning, it wasn't full at 9 AM nor when we left 90 minutes later. Friendly staff. Terrible Terrible Terrible Wait System. Signed up to be seated around 12:35... Seated at 1:10. Yelp system said first in line online to be bumped back to 5th and then 7 other groups went before us. Music was excessively loud and they sat us right next to the kitchen. Food was okay, sweet for a normal bacon and eggs. Overall needs a lot of work. Every worker was very flippant and nonchalant. Bravacado toast...the best! We went a few weeks ago (first time at this location) and it was amazing!

Zero stars for this place! First experience when they opened was a disaster and the followed up again yesterday. Got "in line" on line and was 39th in line. After hour and 15 minutes we went in and were told they were short staffed. Waited another 20 minutes to sit and 25 more got food. Waitress blamed scheduling etc. and management seems clueless. Asked to turn up air as it was freezing and we were told they can't do it because it causes condensation on the floors. Ordered an omlette that they forgot and they just threw the insides on a plate and said that was the order. Owners NEED TO DO A COMPLETE OVERHAUL- stay away! read more

I love snooze normally. I have been going to the snooze in Phx for over 4 years. Usually with most snooze's they are packed on the weekend. I knew I had a group of ten coming so I called ahead. I was told to join the yelp wait list the day I was looking to come. All morning I watched the wait list to ensure the size of my table could be sat. When I joined the wait list there was a 30 minute. The second I arrived I went to the stand to make sure they knew I had a large group. Our group waited the 30 minute and then we received a notification saying there was an error due to our group size. I went to the stand and they informed me that I should've called ahead. In which I told them I did but our group would be fine sitting at two tables of 5 as long as we could be sat. They told us it would take another 30 minutes. In the future, I recommend heading over to Maple Bacon. Maple Bacon has as good or even better food. read more

Told wait was 15-20 minutes. AFTER 35 minutes and people getting seated BEFORE us (come to find out people w the app are getting seated before us as they come in on a waitlist). this is one of my favorite brunch places typically!!! love the other locations in Dallas and Austin etc. however I went to this one the first time and right off the bat they brought me my drink with the longest hair I've ever seen in it I sent it back and they brought another which was cool. then they also brought my pancakes with the gluten free toothpick on them (I have celiac and asked for gf) I ate them and they tasted very normal to me and my date as well. well needless to say they weren't gluten free and I'm paying for it now literally ruined my day. I told them I had a serious allergy and they still messed it up which shows they don't put care and consideration into allergies. disappointed for possibly the first time... stick to the Dallas location! read more
