I honestly have to say I have never received the type of service I did here. They were extremely busy but they didn't just brush us off and kept communicating with us letting us know what was going on with our food. When our food finally came out the person I was with had an issue with her dish. We stopped our server explained to here and she took it back. She then came back and told us that the manager felt terrible after she spoke with her and said that her dish was a priority dish and will be out shortly. The manager then was the one that brought us her dish and kept apologizing for what had happened and told us that she would take care of our entire meal. I'd have to say that all around it was a 20/10 customer service and the food was amazing! I'd highly recommend!!! read more

The service was on point, we were on waitlist and it went fast, we were shown to our seat and after that the service from New Nick, was on point. The food was served hot not warm. My omelet was on point, it wasn't brown at all...I don't like my eggs overcooked. My omelet was cooked perfectly, the hash brown was great and the Mimosa and coffee was excellent! Disappointed... Staff is welcoming w/an underlying miserable disposition. We opted for the bar... (after watching folks as we waited for a table) which should have been offered as an option when you approach hostess stand. We were greeted by a I am busy but what can I get you to drink attitude. We placed our order which took a good bit too arrive (it was busy). But no apology just plopped it on the bar. My entree Sweet Potato veggie mash was actually good. My husband's buttermilk pancakes so cold butter did not melt side of bacon was fine. Just crappy attitude's at this location, no desire to return. read more

This past Saturday, we had brunch @snoozeameatery 1604 location. I had a reward of a free Snooze Classic with a purchase of $25. I added us to the waitlist and that worked out really well. Dad had orange juice, and Hubby and I both had coffee. Dad and Hubby both had the Snooze Classic with 3 sunny side eggs, bacon, hash brown, and Dad had wheat bread while Hubby had sourdough bread. I had the Pancake Flight: Pineapple Upside Down, Strawberry Shortcake, and Blueberry pancakes. The quality of food is always consistent. read more

We've been coming to this Snooze for a long time. Eli our server was great and knowledgeable. My son's pancakes were top notch and the bacon was perfect. When I ordered my favorite breakfast item however, I noticed it was very different. PLEASE bring back the old Shrimp & grits! It's gone from my favorite breakfast in town to something so salty and lackluster it was hard to finish. Very disappointed with the changes made to that dish. Please change it back. 4 stars for the great service and pancakes. The new version of the shrimp & grits was a zero star item. read more

First time here. When we were deciding on a place, I told the wife I didn't want us to pay $60 for breakfast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor is great and staff is super friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Big menu but not too big. We didn't wait on a table at 10am on a Sunday. It took a while for the food to come out, but was really good. I had the corned beef hash. If you order it, that it is homemade and not out of a can like a lot of restaurants. The wife ordered French Toast and she enjoyed her food as well. I would recommend coming here and we will probably be back soon when we are craving a breakfast. read more

Waited at the host stand for about 10 minutes with a family of four while several servers looked our way and then looked away. After another group lined up behind us, someone finally came over--without a smile--and asked how many. After being seated, we waited another five minutes and no one came, so we decided to leave. The host, who I assume was on break, asked if everything was okay. I said no, but to have a great day. She at least had a smile. We went to the Jim's across the loop instead. This is a favorite place to have breakfast for my fiance and me. I might be in trouble that I went there by myself today. I really suggest downloading the app. It lets you join the waitlist as this is a popular restaurant. Keep in mind that this restaurant is popular, so if the app tells you that there is no wait, there might be one by the time you get there. I arrived, and there was no issue finding parking. I did check the app before I left, and it said there was no wait. When I got to the restaurant, I checked the app again, and there was now a wait. This was not a problem for me as I just sat at the bar. If you want a table, keep in mind that wait times can change quickly. The server behind the bar was very attentive. She greeted me almost immediately after I sat down. I ordered a Boozy Blood Orange Punch. The server offered me my choice of alcohol for the drink, and I chose rum. The drink has strawberry coulis, lavender simple, house sour, honey simple and sparkling water. The drink was delicious. Could barely taste the alcohol but it was definitely there. For food, I ordered the Ham Benedict. One of the eggs was not as runny as I liked, but the second one was perfect. Both the eggs were really tasty and well seasoned. I also ordered a side of Bacon But Different. I highly recommend this bacon. The bacon is rubbed with brown sugar, cayenne, chili flakes, and drizzled with Sriracha maple syrup. The restaurant has a casual feel and was not too loud. I recommend this place for good food, drinks and fast attentive service. read more

I made a reservation for 12:30 and at 12:20 my friend called to tell me her car wouldn't start and she needed me to pick her up lol Luckily the hostess was accommodating and agreed to hold my reservation until I returned. I was grateful. We ended up getting sat around 1:15. The place was packed. Make reservations bc otherwise it was a 45 min wait. It was loud bc people were in there enjoying themselves. And I guess it's rude to ask the people next to you to stop yelling as they laugh. Just be prepared to tune out others! Our server was friendly and offered suggestions. I got the corned beef hash bc I'm country and that's why I like. It was so good and flavorful. I'll get it again. My friend went basic but got a side or grits and she said they were delicious.
