Saturday night.. knowing it's likely busy.. we show up, see the crowded restaurant, go in and start to write our names down. One of the ladies that works there told us "one hour to one and a half"... looked at my friend and we decided to go elsewhere being hungry as hell. What a hidden gem! Been here twice in a week because we LOVE their Cajun seafood in a bag with potatoes and sausage. Their fried rice with seafood is amazing! Highly recommend. I love this place! The food is delicious and the workers are very friendly. We always get the shrimp mixed with full house sauce with the side of rice. The serving size is good for what you pay. For our family of four we get two pounds of shrimp and add potatoes to the bag a side of rice and a gumbo soup, and we all eat pretty good. read more

Snow & Crab to me, rates up there with the places that are in the Bay Area. The service was very prompt and the waitress was very friendly. We were seated by the waitress , not sure if she did that to every party or just because we had a big party. I wasn't paying attention, I was focused on eating all that good food. The Citrus Black Tea is very flavorful and refreshing. We ordered a couple of things off the menu and everything was full of flavors. The gumbo was on point, I was very surprised at how good it was. Went to this place last night on a whim. We've driven past it before and wanted to give it a try. The service was excellent. They are very kind and attentive to their customers. The food was good and comparable to boiling crab. It's definitely better than Dan's Got Crabs in Murrieta. The sauce was was thinner and more liquidy than that of BC, but still delicious nonetheless. The garlic noodles were so good and still tasted great as leftovers! The only con was the fries. The sauce it came with was bomb, but the fries itself were not that great. My husband & I have been regular customers of the Snow & Crab on Temecula Pkwy since it opened years ago. We love the food and received fantastic customer service from Romeo & his Aunt Maria. We're creatures of habit and always ordered the same thing. Eventually they just had to see us walking up to the door and Rai (the chef) would already start preparing our meals without having to say what we wanted! Romeo and Maria always had a smile on their faces and created a cozy atmosphere with their friendly personalities. (Maria's laugh was infectious) Covid stopped us from going for a while, but we started going back earlier this year. A few months ago we were very disappointed to hear that Romeo no longer worked there. We were simply told he had become unhappy there. We met a new waitress named Sky, and although she wasn't fluent in English, she was pleasant and patient and we communicated fine together. We were again disappointed to hear a little later that she had left too! Maria shared with us at our last visit that the working atmosphere wasn't tolerable anymore and she had decided to leave too!!! Employees give a business its heart and soul. Great spot for crab and shrimp! I got spicy shrimp and crawfish for a great price. It was 4/5 on the spicy scale and I loved every bite. We also got rice on the side to soak up all the sauce. So I normally go for my seafood fix in Orange County but now living in Temecula I'm always on the hunt for a Cajun seafood place closer to home. My boyfriend and I found this place and it fell short in so many ways but shined in others. Customer service was 4/5 because Romeo is excellent at what he does. I didn't give him a 5 because as a human, including myself, there's always room for improvement. Cleanliness was... 2/5. The moment we walked in it smelled very fishy, I understand this is a seafood joint but I've been to many different seafood places and ODOR was not an issue EVER. It was a major turn off. When we were seated the walls, seats and paper towel dispensers were smeared with old sauce. I had to make sure not to think of that when eating, it created a gag reflex. Food and drink quality: 3/5 the water tasted weird, however; The food was okay, fries and seafood were fine. Needless to say, we're not going back, I can't settle. Came in here for the first time today because my cousin recommended it. It's like a smaller boiling crab & the prices were a lot more reasonable than the more popular seafood places. My cousin & I ordered the shrimp & snow crab legs with potatoes and sausage. We also got one order of rice and Cajun fries. I loved how hot & fresh the food was. We had to wait a while before being able to comfortably dig in & the food was not a disappointment! The orders are largely portioned in my opinion. My cousin & I can usually finish the same order at other places, but there was such an abundant amount of food, which was amazing! I feel like the spice levels are more on the mild side. My family wanted to drive to Mira Mesa to eat at the Boiling Crab but I Yelped and found this place so we decided to check it out. I am giving their service 5 stars and their food 4.5 stars. We received a free drink when we checked in using Yelp and I was also able to use my Five Stars account to accumulate reward points. Our server suggested their Green Tea Mojito and I enjoyed it. We started with their Popcorn Chicken and we demolished it. We also tried out their Cajun Fries and it was a lot! We ordered Snow Crabs with scampi & garlic butter sauce & Jumbo Shrimp with Cajun sauce. We enjoyed our meal a lot and we absolutely loved their Mangonada! Just not too long ago relocated from San Diego to Murrieta and was craving a good seafood spot to replace my Crab Hut addiction. Finally made it to Snow and Crab after reading the rave reviews and I'm not disappointed at all. When I first walked in, we were greeted promptly and our order was taken right away. The price was cheaper than I expected and was skeptical at first. Once I got my order it was hot and tasty. I only ordered a pound of the snow crab legs to stay safe just in case I didn't like it being my first time. I also got it in full house sauce, medium spice level. That hit the spot right on!
