Was hoping that it'd be a yummy place but was not impressed. Ordered Jumbo shrimp/clams/crawfish/potatoes/corn/sausage and it had very little sauce for the entire thing. Little sauce and not really favorable. The service wasn't the best, at places like this we usually get the waiter to bring the "plastic bibs" and set the table with lemon wedges and salt and pepper before they bring out your order but this place you had to ask for everything and then they'd take 10 mins to bring you each individual thing. We also came as a party of 8 & everyone got their order about 20 mins apart. When I come as a group with people, I expect to be eating at the same time. Didn't like having to wait and let my food get cold just because it's rude to start eating before everyone else gets their food. Only good thing was the milk tea boba. I would say that in general the food was pretty good, the ambience is not bad and it is clean. I do think the reason to go back is definitely the desert. The shaved ice was pretty awesome and I am planning on taking my family back so we can share the giant 32 ounce version. My boyfriend said that the food was really good here when he came with his friends. So my boyfriend, my brother, my mom, and I all went together to have lunch with high hopes. The hopes faded very quickly, however, as we found out that the only thing that's good here is potato fries. The sauce for pot stickers was so disgusting that we had to spit it out right away. The crab was VERY salty and crawfish was not fresh at all. My boyfriend says that the food is not the same anymore and we all got food poisoning and had terrible stomachache and diarrhea. This review is for the service that was provided. We went on 1/29/16. This is our 2nd time coming and I recommended this place to a group of friends to celebrate a friends birthday. Our party was 18 ppl. First, they didn't have any Sapporo in stock and they didn't have any Coronas in stock either. I think one of the waitresses ran to the near cvs and bought some so it took some time to get. Second, when they brought the coronas out, one of them spilled on the table and didnt offer to bring another one. When we asked for lime they brought out 1 small piece at a time and given to me by hand not on a small platter. Third, overall they spilled 2 glasses of water and a corona. Fourth, we ordered food and it came pretty fast. I ordered 2 pounds of crab legs and shrimp in cajun sauce. When the waitress went to place the bag of boiling crab there was a big hole in the bag and most of the juice spilled all over my pants and shoes. It was burning hot and it was a big mess. She didn't offer to clean the mess as we used thr paper towels that were on our table. She apologized and said I'll get you new sauce (I was like wtf, my pants is drenched in cajun sauce and you say that to me). I go to the bathroom to get somewhat cleaned and they don't have any soap to wash your hands. Fifth, were finishing up and waiting for the checks as we all got separate tabs. I don't go out to restaurants wanting free food or discounts but i do expect good customer service, which I feel was not good. So I get my check and the waitress didn't say anything nor did I get another apology. Pretty disappointed that they didn't offer to comp my meal or discount it since I have their cajun sauce all over me. I understand it's a new establishment but in order for me to come back or refer people they need to improve. I could have made a scene, but did not want to ruin my friends birthday dinner. Boy, was I duped! I fell for their description of themselves as a "lounge" with "a nightclub environment"..."an exclusive night spot in Temecula Wine County"..."chic club with music from the world's leading artists and DJs"..."full bar with handcrafted cocktails" and purchased their Groupon, thinking it be great for a romantic date with my girl who loves crab. My brain imploded when, instead of finding the "nightclub" I read about, there was simply a brightly-lit fast food joint in a strip mall with "Noodles Of The World" signage above the door. Wuh??? This isn't what was sold to me!!!!! There is nothing here that could remotely be considered nightclub-like, unless you consider McDonald's to be the ideal place for a rave! This place is worlds away from wine country! There is NO full bar, but merely a small beer and wine list...the finest wine they carry is $3/glass...and tastes like it! I can turn on the radio at my business too, but I'm not gonna mislead people into thinking there's top acts and Djs there! Our personality-less server (the owner?) wasn't interested in explaining the confusing menu, much less having a little passion to bring it to life for new patrons. Even though we were the only customers other than a family at an adjacent table, service was incredibly slow. It took forever for us to receive 2 glasses of wine, then another forever as our order arrived sporadically over15 minutes. Although the food was tasty, it was far from filling, but of course we weren't gonna order more and wait another half hour. We then went to the Bar Next Door and ordered pizza and some real wine. This is a new restaurant in our area, and while the food was great, I'm hoping for a few changes... If the following changes are made, this is easily a five star fun joint! First, add more staff, one chef is not enough on a Saturday night, and two servers for the entire house leaves us requesting things multiple times. Our party of 12 had a difference of at least 45 minutes between when our meals were delivered to our table. Second, If you're going to serve bottled beer, don't be afraid to add some craft beer from local breweries. We would have spent $5-6 for a great bottle of craft beer. Also, the seafood is amazing! However, we would love to be able to combine items and possibly do half pounds rather than whole pounds. Please consider letting your customers create the meal that suits their appetites better. Lastly, offer your great cooking flavors as a choice in sauces. We only had the option of siracha, but would have loved to sample some of your great flavors to dip our seafood in! You are almost there!!! We will definitely be back, but I'm hopeful next time won't be an experience where we feel bad for the wait staff and just quietly wish it will get better. read more

There were a bunch of red flags before we even got our food but still decided to give it a chance because boiling crab was too far! So when we walked in there was no welcome all she did was point to a table and literally through bibs on the table. Even after that it took the waitress 10 whole minutes to ask if we needed water or our order taken. The place was very empty so I don't understand what would have even took 10 minutes to take an order or give us water. When we finally received our food we got the Cajun fries first which tasted like unseasoned fried potatoes. The catfish was gummy and the Cajun sauce that went along with the catfish and the "jumbo" shrimp tasted like ketchup. I couldn't even finish my food and I was starving. Amazing! I love the new location with loads of PARKING and it's the same price whether you go to the down town (same quality) or newer Mira Mesa location. Our go to is the Seafood bucket full house mild, spice is on the lighter side for the gf but still warm. I love how the shrimp has a fresh texture and the king crab is always sweet, been to other places where the meat is mealy like old watermelon. We drive out from Palm Spring to visit dog beach and grab our favorite Cajun food. A must visit while in SD. read more

Tonight was the first time here for a friends birthday. All sorts of drinks wine/beer/sake and they were all good. Had appetizers as well as gumbo soup which were all fantastic. We had a bag filled with shrimp, crab, sausage, corn, and potatoes. Everyone was full and loved it. As far as service goes it was excellent. Our server Sage attended every want and need. This is absolutely the place to go verses out of town similar joints. The price was very reasonable to top it off.
