The food is absolutely delicious, we ordered the Cajun shrimp, crab legs, clams, sausage , potatoes and corn. I couldn't stop raving about how good it was. However I was completely taken by surprise the way they served the food. There were no plates, and you had to ask for forks and spoons, unfortunately the food is brought to us in a hot plastic bag which we dumped on the table. Thank goodness they provide bibs to wear, It turns out to be a terrible mess. I assume most people like eating this way because the restaurant was packed. This place has great food! A clear, simple menu with great options. We got a bag of shrimp with potatoes and sausage (delicious and cooked perfectly), garlic noodles that are garlicky awesomeness, broccoli that was a simple but good taste (perfect contrast to the Cajun seasoning we chose for the boil), popcorn chicken that's was good. The service was excellent. He was friendly and very helpful (especially when we said it was pour first time there). I liked that he brought my son's water in of of the cups with the seal on top. This place is a little weird. It is not your standard crab boil place, it has a "cool" Asian vibe. The food is great, I ordered a pound of shrimp with some sausage and potatoes, etc. The first thing I noticed was the prices. The prices on the website were about $2 less than the price on the menu in the restaurant. With the vast population of technological advanced customers, it is just plain dumb to have varying prices and/or a non-updated website. It is very unprofessional and sneaky. Anyway, as I said, the food was great.. I thought it was a little weird they don't give you a trash bucket or gloves.. they gave them to us when we asked but it seemed like an inconvenience which felt weird also. Another thing.. BEWARE they serve can soda so don't even think about free refills . We checked in using Yelp and received the free tea coupon and asked to use it.. the server said only one per table even though we were paying separately. They ended up "bending the rules" and gave us the two free teas but I feel it was rude to give us trouble about it. Btw the passionfruit tea I ordered was phenomenal. All in all, it wasn't what I expected but it was a decent place. There isn't anything in the area like it. Just be warned, it will be different than what you expect. Still good just different. Food was good but there's some things people should know before dining here. The servers were unhelpful and dining in was definitely a mistake. Our waitress wasn't wearing a mask the entire time, I kept expecting her to put it on but she didn't. The guy who took our order didn't have his all the way on either. I wish we had been helped more with navigating the menu and dining experience. We made it clear it was our first time ordering yet nobody told us there are gloves if you don't want your hands covered in sauce. Which absolutely will happen and WILL irritate eczema. Also it was never mentioned the shrimp isn't deveined. Very gross in my personal opinion, I wouldn't have ordered it had I known. The crab was delicious though. I don't feel we got an actual pound of it, but either way it's worth it. The fries are also REALLY good I really recommend ordering them. Milk tea is not too sweet. I'm a big wino, and the selection was not only small, but poor quality wine. Let me start by saying I have given this restaurant many chances. They have messed up our order 3 times and on the third time we had enough. We drove all the way from menifee to pick up a to go order. Which took about 35 mins. We picked up the food and once we got home noticed our shrimp was very overcooked. It was to the point that the shells on our boiled shrimp were melted to the shrimp. I called the restaurant and made them aware of what happened. First they told me they wouldn't give me a refund because it wasn't their fault. Then they called back 10 mins later and told me they wouldn't refund me unless I drove all the way back across town and gave them the food back. I explain to them that it was ridiculous and that it would take me an hour to get there and back and that I still would have to find new food for my families dinner. I also told them this is the 3rd time they messed up our Order and the least they can do was refund me. They refused and then hung up in my face. I have been going to this place for a while But will never eat here again and advise anyone who wants to go eat here to be carful. With that sloppy but delicious sauce it was sticky and if you have any cuts on your fingers forget it... paper towels do not get this off your fingers either.
