There are numerous flavors to choose from - anything from the usual cherry, grape, etc., to exotic flavors like Tiger's Blood. Also, prices seem fair, and that's a biggie for me. For the most part, it's just ice & flavoring so I'm not going pay $6 for a cup of that. Jack's prices are much more reasonable, and the quality is there, so I didn't cringe when I paid. This could easily be a 4 star if their service was quicker and friendlier. It was a Saturday afternoon and there was only 1 employee. The line was long. She had to take and complete each order at a time before she took the next order. So the service was slow. I tipped her because she worked hard, but there was no "hi... thank you..." just took our order and that was it.

Although I didn't get pictures of the inside, there's plenty of seating but beware that the tables inside can be quite small for a group of 2 coming in to work or study. Make sure to come early enough to snag one of the tables with more chairs so you have more space. Also they are open really late. I believe it's 11 p.m. or 12 a.m. which is great! Make sure to check their website for hours. Otherwise, I really liked the ambience and the space so I'll definitely be coming back again. I really need to come back and try their matcha and their honeycomb, amongst other things.
