I just moved into the area a couple of months ago and used a couple of automatic car washes. They might save you some money, but they're not very good and they don't vacuum your car. I tried Soap because I m willing to pay for a good job, which I got. I am very happy. I usually don't write reviews but as I was sitting there waiting for my car I decided to look at their reviews. Although there were many more positive reviews than negative, there were way too many extremely negative reviews to believe it wasn't some sort coordinated effort to damage this business. I am incredibly upset. There are watermarks everywhere in the interior. The digital dashboard and screens are scratched. There are water puddles in the cup holder, the wireless charging pad, and on the rubber mats. They used dirty rags - you can see the terrible scuffs on the side of the paint. Do not go here. I took my car here to get it detailed and they lost my car key. I had to get my car towed to a Kia dealership in order to get a new key. They are also refusing to cover the cost of the tow truck and the new key fob and are refusing to take responsibility. They do not do a great job. My car is rather new and I feel like I always have to go home and touch up the areas they missed. I paid for the executive package. They stated they would blow out underneath the seats and wipe down all doors and seats. That clearly didn't happen. I asked them to wipe down a few things before I left. I am a fan of Hand Car Washes (although my bank account is singing another tune). In any case, every couple of months I dedicate some time to go and do a deeper clean instead of the automated kinda-got-it-but-water-still-dripping-after-the-dry-cycle stuff. Soap Hand Car Wash, like the others, is not cheap and I opted for the base pricing, which includes the exterior wash, dashboard wipe and carpet vacuum (essentially the express version). Well, at first I was very pleased because the outside was quite clean and you can see all the people that were working to make it so. However, after looking on the inside I realize, yea ' you definitely got the basic service.' It was like they were playing a game of 'Blindfold and Clean' because there was a lot left to be done. Though this isn't the first time I've had a similar experience, it's clear when doing hand car wash runs, level up - because even though you're paying more than the automated ones, you're back at the bottom of the barrel with the very basic package. The one star is for the friendly staff. I keep trying to give this place a chance because they're so close to home but they never do a good job. They halfway wash the car every single time and NEVER thoroughly clean the inside (even when paid for). They've been under new management several times. BIG MISTAKE! I got the express detail for $160.00 which included shampooing the floor mats. When I was leaving I asked where the floor mats were and was told they were in the back storage well. Just take mats out and let them finish drying in the sun. When I got home and took them out water was a constant flow out of them! Splashing all over the back of the car and all over me. With that much water coming from the mats I knew the carpet in that area would be soaked. At first I used my hand held vacuum until I had 2" of water in the collection cup and I needed something stronger. Pulled out the shop wet dry vacuum and spent 30 minutes pulling the water out. It's not completely dry yet but my back needs a break from the bending. Mats that wet should never be put into a car. If I would have paid for the carpet to be washed then I would expect wet carpet. I did NOT ask for wet carpet. Leaving the car open for a few hours and then will check it again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Inside was not cleaned that good either. Just wiped or sprayed with something to make it shinny which gives it an oily feel. read more

I was not impressed. This was my first and last visit. I drove in and stopped at the sign where it said to stop as well as followed the instructions which was to stand by the car. I was then told to get back in the car and drive it in the vacuum area not a problem. I get out the car and the guy/owner asked "how can I help you?" My initial and immediate thought was I'm here to get a car wash, but I paused and was silent because I was not sure how to answer the question. I think a more appropriate question should have been "what kind of wash are you getting today?" I then eventually said thIs is my first time so can you tell me about your services. That went well he showed me the different services so I chose the one that stated, vacuum, exterior wash, tire cleaning and dressing as well as a wipe down inside the car. The attention to detail sucked! The tires/rims were not clean, the wipe down inside the car did not happen, dust all over my dash, seats were not even touched, smudges all over the place. This was a very poor job for the price of $25 not counting a tip. No I don't recommend. Prestige another hand car wash up the freeway do a much better job and only $16. I'm not giving a one star because the car exterior was clean outside of the rims. read more

This place is the worst! They stole my Mercedes weather mat for the trunk. I tried to go back and they said they didn't have it (this was about 3 months ago). Then I went again today and they attempted to steal all of my other weather mats!! When I went back they tried to say they only had mats for a BMW. Not only are they thieves, but they do terrible service and try to up-charge for one paper cup left in the back seat. I came home and there were still crumbs in the middle of the seat after paying for an extensive detail. Please avoid this place at all cost!!! read more

Not sure what happened this time but my roadster came out of the wash bay with spots of dirt that were missed. When I pointed it out to the manager, he took a wash cloth with a spray bottle and just scrubbed it. Ugh!
