1 star is the most accurate reflection of the customer experience with this car wash location. If you get a membership, expect the entrance to be blocked about 50% of the times you go to get your car washed. Out of frustration of this happening multiple times, I contacted the business asking what will be done to make up for monthly memberships if the closures are consistent, and received no response. Other interactions in the past, when I had to change levels of membership, I would contact them multiple times with no response. Eventually I had to make a demand for a call back in my voicemail and finally I got a refund (and not a call back). The communication with the business operations is horrible. They largely ignore your requests for refunds and additional information and shutter their entrance way too frequently during their posted operating hours. I cannot describe how much time I've wasted driving out of my way to get my car washed and having it be closed. Today is a great example, there was actually a car being put into the wash, and the entrance was blocked. During open hours. I am posting this to save others from expecting the bare minimum from this car wash, but also in hopes it'll reach management and they will actually, candidly, get their shit together. This car wash does not do any hand drying but the ultimate wash description says "buff and dry". It was $20 plus I paid an extra $3 for salt buster. The wash completely missed my Volvo SUV's top rear extended area where the brake light is positioned. There were other areas that were also missed and were left dirty. I gave this place a try but most likely won't be going back. Note: They have vacuums when you leave the wash building that you can use on your own. Until I exited the building I wasn't aware these were available. I did not use them so I can't comment on this service. read more

Honestly, I find it hard to believe all the good reviews this place has on google. They almost seem fake, like bots or even employees leaving reviews, because this car wash is constantly broken down or having issues. They also keep pushing people to buy memberships for a wash that barely even uses soap and still leaves cars dirty. The whole place feels outdated, poorly maintained, and overpriced for the quality you actually get. This is just a reminder now that salt season is upon us. If you value your car DO NOT put it through this car wash. I happened to get a car wash after one of their many computer outages. The spinning "Touchless" rollers scratched my front hood and completely damaged my front windshield with thousands of tiny scratches etched into the glass. I noticed the damage the minute I pulled out of the tunnel into the sunshine. After 2+ months of countless emails, phone calls and stopping at the Dealership next door that owns this car wash, I finally received a phone call from the dealership manager. He boldly told me that their equipment was "not capable of doing this damage" to my car. He also said, "it's not our problem". Got stuck in the car wash because the garage door wouldn't open, then when they started it back up our car hit the car in front of us and we got hit from behind. Ended up being 3-4 cars that hit each other and the workers didn't say a word, even though they watched us hit each other. Would not recommend!! read more

The hours of operation are always fluctuating. I understand if it's closed due to certain weather situations but several times I've gone to get a wash and they have closed early despite the hours online showing they're supposed to be open. Truthfully, I would be nervous about getting a monthly membership if I can't be sure that the hours are consistent. read more

Nowadays they always seems to be closed for "maintenance," and there's never any consistency as to when they'll be closed. No indication on their website or socials. Don't do it if you have a dark car. I got the deluxe package. There was some greasy substance smeared all over the side of my car. They sent me back through and it happened again. I requested a refund bc I have to go wash my car elsewhere and the manager offered a free ultimate wash instead of addressing the issue. Why would I want to come back after this. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This place is always closed for " Maintenance " but is just closed. They usually close on nice sunny days and the busiest times. Their plate reader is always giving issues, having the employees needing to come out and retype your plates in the system. And their dryers are very bad. The place is constantly "closed for maintence" the air dryers do nothing and your car is soaked when you exit, the free vacuums have limited suction and the nozzles are always missing from the air hoses. Tried this place for the first time today, and paid the top price of $23 ($20 for Ultimate plus and extra $3 "salt buster"). The Ultimate was supposed to include Buff and Dry. We were carried past / under the buffer machines, which never activated, and there was no one around for us to point it out or get a refund. The back windshield still had salt and dirt on it, as did the sides and headlights. Pretty sure someone else got the benefit that I paid for. Will be looking for a different place to go to that is more reasonably priced and better staffed. read more

The dryers don't do a good job at all. Had to wipe down the entire car after spending $15 for a wash. I had included an additional three dollars for the tire shine, but only the passenger side tires got the shine and nothing on the driver side. I will not be back. What a waste of money. read more

This car wash is the best in the area if you're going to use an automatic. I am always worried about swirls in the paint, but this is the only wash that leaves my car spotless with no swirls! My car is white and gets dirty very easily, but this wash got off the dirt trapped in my paint from the last month (Shell's wash and pressure washing did not get it off, but this did!). The Deluxe $12 didn't even come with the tire shine, but my wheels still looked great afterwards! It also has rainbow lights when your soap gets done. 10/10 definitely recommend! read more

Horrible customer service. I went today to get my car washed and was screamed at by the woman working because I couldn't align my tire with the guardrail. They are supposed to be there to help. I stopped by after a buggy trip back from Wisconsin and my car was spotless. There was a line of cars when I got there, but it moved very efficiently. Pay station was easy enough to figure out and they had a person guiding cars into the track. The equipment itself looked brand new and/or well maintained. It didn't seem to miss a spot on my car. My kid seemed to enjoy the all of the LED lights inside as well. There are also a bunch of free-to-use vacuums at the end, but I didn't use them. As others have mentioned, they don't a person drying cars at the end, but I personally don't see it as a downside. The wash itself did a great job of drying off the car and left no water spots, outside of one that dripped out from a door panel (which a standard towel wipe would have missed anyways). End result is the same, if not better, and I don't feel guilted into tipping someone on top of the cost of the wash. Cost is on par or lower than other car washes these days. Basic Wash is $8 and go up to $20 with options with unlimited membership options that cost about what 2 washes would. They were offering a membership at $1 for your first month when I went through. If it were located closer to where I live I would definitely be switching my membership from their competitor, as Soapy's did a far better job, faster, and at $5 less a month. Horrible experience here. The drier does not dry your car properly. When I voiced my concerns to their management, they admitted that their drier was undersized . They offered no apologies or coupon to come back. When I asked why they didn't hire a person to dry off the cars when exiting, they said because they can't find workers. Yes, Best bang for your buck. Monthly plan is well worth the cost. As far as automatic car washes go I believe it's the best equipment/method around. Thoroughly cleans well except for the occasional mummified bugs. Drying/vacuum area is very well equipped with compressed air nozzles and good vacuum cleaner. Miguel is very friendly and reasonable. Good quality automated car wash. It's quick and they have vacuums and air hoses out back in a nice clean area to finish things off if you want.
