Cracked glass served to a guest.

Overall very poor experience. Our server had a tendency to ask us a question and walk away before we had even answered. The artichoke dip appetizer was a bit odd having whole artichoke chunks with a light sauce. The cheese curds have an oiled taste and the sauce accompaniment is off. The water tastes strange also. When we were given a bread basket it had a long brown hair in it. Upon receiving the beef stroganoff, it was overly heavy and frankly a bit nauseating. Tasted like gravy with noodles. The restaurant itself is attractive I'll say, but small. A guest I was dining with also realized she was drinking out of a cracked glass served to her. That's about it.

We thoroughly enjoyed Sobie's last night for dinner. We started with a local Oconomowoc beer and a bourbon old fashioned- both good. For appetizer, it was happy hour so fried cheese curds were 1/2 off. The mustard dill dipping sauce was tasty- even better when we added extra Dijon to it. The curds were plump w cheese, yum- not overly bready nor overly fried. Our dinners were duck poutine, and a fried chicken combo. I appreciated that one could order all dark meat, all white meat, or mixed. I opted for all dark meat. Good thing my sister helped me; it was 2 thighs and 2 legs. Chicken and French Fries were perfectly cooked and delicious. Sister enjoyed her poutine too. Not the healthiest meal but we were on vacation, and that's what we ordered. We were seated in a booth across from the bar. We didn't realize the restaurant was filling up until we were leaving. It wasn't too loud, which was nice. Definitely recommended!

Duck Poutine did not disappoint! Delish!!!!!

Friday nights at the Sobies bar are always fantastic. Bartenders make great drinks and the food is great! We love the duck poutine, broasted chicken and fish fry. Gotta get an old fashioned and a jalapeño beer every time as well. Don't forget soups- those are great as well!

The inside of the restaurant looks really cool, it reminds me of a 1920s speak easy, even down to the music being played. However overall I thought the experience was okay, I'm not sure we will be giving it another try. The food was decent overall, the Ruben I ordered was fine - the fries were a highlight for me, those were delicious. The drinks on the fall menu sounded good in theory but didn't quite make the mark. The flavor profiles that they tried to combine sounded better than they were. The s'mores old fashion we had - chocolate flavors + old fashion vibes didn't quite work, and the maple margarita was just very sweet, nothing else about it was different from the average margarita. Service got better as the time went by, I think there was some miscommunication because our server walked away from us in the middle of taking our order. I'm going to assume they thought we needed more time to review the menu, but in actuality we wanted their opinion on narrowing down the options in front of us.

The cherry lime margarita didn't really taste like a margarita - just a basic fruity drink. But the Reuben balls and Quack poutine were definite winners! Service was great. Atmosphere was pleasant. We'd eagerly eat here again when passing through.

My dad and I had a great time at Sobie's! Food was great but be ready for a little bit of a wait. I really enjoyed the poutine and got it with no chives. My dad was a little thrown off by his sandwich not having a top layer of bread, but ended up liking it better that way! He upgraded to the sweet potato fries which were good but heavily salted. Already looking forward to going back though!

Very cool find, food was delicious and had some higher end offerings but also middle of the road menu items for everyone. Didn't break the bank. Great service, cool vibe. Local beer. Would go back.

The service was a little slow on a Friday night but very friendly. The atmosphere was an older crowd. The food was very good.

Great food! Ambiance is great. Lots of unique menu items. Very good. Service is slow but tolerable if you know that ahead of time.

Subpar service and subpar food. Could be a real gem if they would tighten up the service and food prep.

As mentioned by other…read morereviewers, it can get crowded and reservations are definitely a better idea then chancing a walk-in. All of the servers that we have ever had here have been really, really nice as well as well informed as to the menu. The lasagna here is PHENOMENAL!! My wife and I usually order different dishes so that we can try new things, but here we always both order the lasagna. A typical night for us looks like an order of the bruschetta as an app, two lasagna entrees...and maybe a few vodka sodas and captain and diets to wash things down :) I have also tried the pizza a few times, and it is good...but the heart in my stomach is in love with the lasagna.

We tried a cranberry and apple salad with scallops. The scallops were the best part. The beer list was more interesting than the wine list, but they did have several wines available by the glass. 4/5 Service: Both the bartender and Andrea our server were very attentive 4.5/5 Ambience: huge parking lot surrounding the restaurant. There was apparently a birthday party for a six-year-old with some very wild children running about. Once they left, the place was much more pleasant. 3.5/5

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and inviting. Bryant's is the perfect venue for an intimate wedding or small celebration, and having the outdoor seating area open gave guests another beautiful space to gather and enjoy the evening. The food was absolutely outstanding. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the appetizers - especially the incredible seafood and cream cheese appetizer with sweet chili sauce - and everything from the creamy risotto to the stuffed chicken was delicious and beautifully prepared. It was one of those meals people were still talking about long after dinner was over. What made the evening especially memorable, though, was the hospitality. Everyone was genuinely kind, friendly, and personable, making us feel less like customers and more like family. The owner was so gracious and even shared how much he appreciated my dad, which meant a great deal to our family. At the end of the night, they carefully boxed up all of the leftovers for us to pick up the next morning, and when we returned, we were greeted with smiles and hugs. It's rare to find a place that combines wonderful food with such genuine hospitality. Bryant's on the Round helped make one of the most important days for our family feel even more special, and we're so grateful. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming venue for a wedding or special event.

They also have different specialty cocktails throughout the year. -Cheese curds...I know, it's Wisconsin, but these are right up there with the elite. Cons: -I'll let you know when I find some. We've been to Crafty Cow several times over the last year, probably four or five times, and we've always been impressed by how friendly the waitstaff and bar staff are. The owner is also very nice and clearly involved, which I think is cool. I almost always order the same thing: the chicken strip meal, which comes with three huge strips and a large side of fries. The chicken here is really interesting because it's marinated in pickle brine. You can definitely taste the brine, and it adds something you didn't even realize was missing. My wife used to order the same thing, but now she tries something different each time because she knows she can share my strips. Everything she has tried has been good. Also worth mentioning: they have really good ranch dressing. I was surprised when I looked up Crafty Cow on Yelp and saw that it had less than four stars. Looking at some of the older reviews, I'm guessing it may have had a bit of a rocky start. But based on our experiences, Crafty Cow has been consistently great, and we'll definitely keep coming back.

The interior decor is very 'pub' like with expanses of dark wood and many art prints/framed works on the walls; there is a large bar in the front area with several tables/high-tops. In the back, the aesthetic is more 'industrial' with exposed brickwork and beams. We were greeted by the bartender (?) and seated immediately; our waitress brought us menus, reviewed the specials with us, and then brought our drinks. Crafty Cow specialises in 'craft' sodas and I enjoyed a very nice diet 'cola' drink with lemon; it was delicious. I ordered the chicken sandwich with the 'Nashville Hot' seasoning (because, hello, Nashville Hot) and it arrived piping hot with lots of shoe-string fries, also piping hot. The flavours were absolutely wonderful, full of contrast and balance. The 'heat' from the chicken was excellent; the chicken was plump and juicy, and had been perfectly breaded and fried. The slaw was also excellent: just the right balance of sweet and crunchy to offset the hot chicken. My clients and I enjoyed our visit to Crafty Cow Burgers & Fried Chicken and plan to return! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
