The biggest issue occurred when we ordered four desserts for the table but were charged for seven. I replied to one of the restaurant's follow-up emails explaining our experience and requesting contact from a manager. I received a quick response saying my message had been passed along, but more than a week went by without hearing from anyone. I then called the restaurant directly, provided my information again, and was told a manager would contact me and address the overcharge. Another week has now passed, and I still have not been contacted or refunded. I really dislike leaving negative reviews, and I gave the restaurant multiple opportunities to resolve the issue privately. While we will likely continue visiting other Bartolotta restaurants, we probably will not return to The Commodore.
