I had my 1968 Mercedes installed with a full Air Suspension system @ SoCal Suspension. Eric was happy to take the time to look over the car, discuss pricing and work out a deal and schedule to complete the work. They were fine with fitting parts I supplied which is nice. They did a good job, and anything that was not right after the initial install, they fixed as part of the service to get the job done right. So they are interested in after care of the customer/job. I feel there was a few things that could have been done a little bit better (some wiring parts could have been routed better but purely from an aesthetic point of view however it is a minor detail, and I know their crew of guys working there is better than ever now. What an unbelievable experience. I was totally nervous on who to trust to convert my 62 GMC's front drum breaks to disc and lower all around. I went to 2-3 places for quotes and to be honest they were a joke. All reviews and my friends said I had to go to SoCal Suspension and lets just say they will be my friends for a long time. Nick in the front office is awesome and makes sure you understand everything that is going on. He doesn't pressure or make you feel stupid for asking questions and that was huge because I am new to owning and restoring my truck. As for Eric the owner, he is a magician. He too takes the time to meet and talk to customers and listen what they want and then suggests, based on his experience and knowledge, what he recommends. If you don't get a great feeling about what is going to happen to your ride after talking to Eric, then check your pulse. SoCal worked with me the entire process to make sure I knew 100% of what was going on. It's amazing too that Eric stayed late one night because he was on a roll with my truck lowering and he wanted me to have it only 2 days after I dropped it off. And when he calls and says "Dave I absolutely nailed it", it made me feel real good. Quotes from other shops were double and some wanted my truck 3 weeks. Whatever you are thinking and reading, just stop and go to So Cal Suspension and let Eric and Nick prove to you exactly what I am typing. Hooked me up with Bilstein 5100 Lift kits on my 2016 4Runner. Also had a set of 1.25" wheel spacers installed, front and rear. SUV stance looks so much better with the lift and wheel spacers. Nick was very helpful and accommodating. Eric the owner even offered to cut the bottom corner part of my from bumper due to my upgraded 33" tires rubbing. Heard from some friends how awesome Nick and Socal Suspension San Diego was and how professional and top notch their works was so I needed to get my H&R Springs installed on my 2017 Honda Accord Sedan Touring V6 so I gave them my business. I recently bought a suspension lift online for my 2008 4runner. Thought about trying to do it myself, but figured it best to have it professionally installed. I called Socal first and spoke to Nick. He gave me a quote and said they would price match if I found it cheaper. I called about 5 other shops and only one was cheaper by $50. I got a better impression from Nick and Socal and they had very strong reviews, so I called them back and they agreed to match the cheaper quote. Got the installation done and Nick and the team were nothing but professional. After getting new larger wheels I set up an appointment with Nick to do some final adjusting of the front shocks and some minor trimming under the fenders to prevent rubbing due to the bigger tires. When I came back to pick it up Nick handed me the keys and I reached for my wallet to settle up and he said "We're all good, just spread the good word about us."
