I'm a big fan of Soda Rush. First, I'm glad we finally have a soda specialty place somewhat close to us far east valley people (PS I would love one closer to San Tan if you're thinking of expanding)!! Second, OMG the cookies... that frosting (don't tell me the calorie count) is so delicious!! Third, they have coke and pepsi products, gatorade... TONS of choices!! They even have fudge, cotton candy, ice cream, dole whip, pretzels, you name it!! My only suggestion would be to hire more employees. We came in on a Saturday around 2pm and the drive through was 8 cars deep and inside the line was at least 4 groups deep. read more

Everything is amazing. The devils dream is my fav drink. All the cookie rock, especially the sugar cookies. And I mean cmon.... they have dole whips!!!!! I used to live and work at Disneyland and the dole whips were my favorite thing from there hands down. Now I have them super close to me again! So stoked! The only other place I found them was a place in Palm Springs ca. Great people too. Always deliver a great product with a smile on their faces. That is getting more rare these days. Any place that has diet mtn dew on tap is a place for me! I love the soft pretzels with cheese - a nice touch for a sugar free option. Jim (the owner) is very nice and his staff is awesome! Disappointed. Drove down here after looking online and on Facebook to certify they had vanilla chocolate twist. Drove up to the window ordered Vanilla, chocolate twist with chocolate sprinkles. After getting my cone and realizing it was vanilla only. We sat there trying to flag down a girl who preceded to tell us they don't have chocolate. I asked if they ever have it and was told they currently have dole whip and I should have read the side out front. To which there was none. We double checked. I asked why she proceeded to take out order when they didn't have something I asked for, she stated that she thought I meant chocolate sprinkles. Yes, Vanilla, Chocolate Twist with Chocolate Sprinkles is chocolate sprinkles but clearly one is looking for CHOCOLATE ice cream. Then to make matters worse the two girls working continued to talk rudely about us in front of the following customers, whom turns out to be our relatives and told us what they said. These girls should learn customer service and tell a customer who orders vanilla chocolate twist that they only have vanilla if that's all they have and not take a order for something then do not have. We will not be returning to this business. Super disappointed. Also note the kiddie size is like pinky finger size. read more

SodaRush was EXCELLENT! I was so impressed with how fast and friendly they were, despite being super busy. I loved the sugar cookie, which had a hint of coconut in the frosting. I want to start off by saying, I really like Soda Rush! Good prices, a great variety, monster cookies are LIFE and its a few miles closer than other soda shops with a drive thru! BUT, the last two times I have gone (I always drive thru because #momlife) I drive away with either the wrong soda or wrong flavors. This is SO disappointing, especially when the label has the order correct, but the wrong soda has been put in my drink. Tonight, I ordered a Dr Pepper with Vanilla for my husband, and when I got home to give him his drink, I was so upset to find out that it was COKE with some sort of fruity syrup (pineapple maybe?). Its pretty frustrating, especially when the girls working the drive thru were giggling and talking, obviously not paying attention to what they are doing. Last week, I ordered a diet drink for myself (I'm diabetic so diet drinks wont affect blood sugars) and as I was driving away, I took a sip and it definitely WAS NOT DIET- even though the label said "Diet Coke". Sure enough, 15 minutes later, my blood sugar went straight up! It's a good thing I recognized that it was not diet, because had I drank the whole drink, I surely would have ended up in the hospital. While these may seem to be silly mistakes, they specialize in mixing soda, it shouldn't be too hard to make sure the label matches what drink you are filling from the fountain. I typically live by the "three strikes and your out rule", so I will give them one more shot before trekking a few more miles to a different soda shop. I hope the management can talk to their staff about taking their job more seriously and paying attention to get orders correct. read more

I really wanted to love this place but was disappointed. Despite there being 3 workers and only 1 person ahead of us it took almost 10 mins to be helped at the register. My daughter got a soda which was really good and I got a cone dipped in chocolate. The ice cream was that dairy free so it tasted like water and melted so fast it was running down the cone and my hands within a few seconds. The chocolate was horrible, tasted nothing like chocolate. It was like that fake chocolate that is like wax. It stuck in my teeth and left a thick film in my mouth, I had to go straight home and brush my teeth for several mins to get it all out. I threw it away after only a few bites. The workers were friendly, just very slow and one of them there was just over the top friendly to the point of being creepy and unprofessional. I listened to her call everyone sister and even told a couple of customers coming through the drive thru that she loved them...it was just incredibly weird and uncomfortable. Personally in customer service, I am old school and think a Sir or Ma'am is a must and a thank you is much more appropriate than telling a stranger who just ordered a soda that you love them. I gave two stars because the sodas were good and I may just use the drive thru for only that in the future. I would recommend to the management though to address the slow service and the over the top worker. read more

My family loves this place! I don't drink soda but love to hit the drive-thru for their amazing house made cookies ( sugar smash are my #1), fresh squeezed lemonade and limeade, and their fudge is so good! My husband loves that they have his favorite butterscotch dipped cones too! But I have to say, my favorite thing about the shop is the amazing owners & staff. They are always kind and positive and constantly doing fundraisers and community events which we think is a great way to bring a real sense of community to our neighborhood. read more

This is probably one of my favorite drink places for sure but after tonight I may need to take a break. I went through the drive thru with my sister for a Thursday pick-me-up and as I was driving away and lifting my cup out of the holder to take my first drink and the bottom of the cup EXPLODED.I get it, sometimes you are the one in a million person who gets a faulty cup. However, I got soda all over my clothes, car seat, cup holders and even on my sister in the passenger seat. I turn around to go ask for a new one, holding my exploded cup with me, and the girl at the counter was trying to ring me up for a second one instead of replacing one I didn't even drink yet. She made my drink and was not even apologetic and didn't say sorry to me or offered to get me napkins or anything for the mess. I love their cookies and soda but after the customer service I received I now have a car full of sticky soda residue instead of a satisfied sweet tooth. read more
