Super friendly service. We've been twice in the matter of a few days and both times we were greeted upon entry and had a pleasant checkout experience. The space is kept clean, which isn't always the case with self serve froyo establishments. So that's impressive. It's also got a nice amount of seating for anyone wanting to enjoy their treat there. As an OG fan since like 2010, I am deeply saddened by the change. What happened to the bright and colorful Swirl It with the bright pink and yellow walls? We came in about an hour before closing. The girl was already cleaning up the place and mopping the floors so when we walked in it smelled like dirty water and bleach. Wasn't really a pleasant smell while getting yogurt. That was my only complaint. Other than that, we did love our yogurt. Lots of flavors to choose from. I loved the selection of toppings they offer. Omg I LOVE that they have a Dole pineapple flavor yogurt. Only place I've seen that flavor and it tasted straight up like a dole whip at Disneyland. Loved it and loved the toppings/taste of the yogurt here. The Covid precautions are good but I've seen better at some of the other yogurt spots. They require masks which is great and provide hand sanitizer but the other spots nearby provide gloves which is great for when you're touching the toppings. The worker scoops the toppings himself for you so it's nice that the scoopers aren't being touched by a whole gaggle of people but add gloves and I'd move my 4 up to a 5 star, because frankly, the pineapple flavor deserves it. read more

This was my first time visiting this establishment. It was quite busy on a Thursday evening at 7 pm. This place is kind of dirty. Someone should have been cleaning the area up around the self serve area (see pics). I got the dole whip, salted caramel and vanilla. It was really good. There are also many toppings available. There is an area for kids to use a large chalk board and some games. I used my $1.00 off check in which made it affordable. You pay by the weight. I probably won't go back. Great topping options.....like so many options!! and it has a giant chalkboard and toys- even a xbox Kinect ( I think, some kind of gaming system) to keep the kiddos entertained as well! Oh! My family and I love this place. It has become tradition to go in after our daughter's soccer games on Friday night, or Saturday afternoons. The store always looks clean, and the staff very friendly. I have never seen the place empty. It definitely draws a crowd. They have board games, puzzles, dominoes, and they even have a wall mounted XBOX360 w/ Connect. HH at a froyo place?! That's pretty awesome. It's 30 cents per ounce on Mon-Weds from 4-7PM. If you provide them with a phone number when you pay, they'll start a virtual punch card for you! Just use the same number every time you visit. ***Flavor: The most important aspect! The texture of some flavors are so creamy & dreamy. -I swirled Non-fat Chocolate & Low-fat Vanilla, and it tasted almost exactly like McDonald's swirl cone which I absolutely addicted to when I was younger. It tasted so good that I'm pretty sure it's not good for you... -Their Cake Batter is the best I've had at any self-serve yogurt shop. I've been to this place many times since it's opening years ago. The quality of the Froyo was so much better than it is now. The last few visits have been very disappointing with certain machines putting out very soft and runny product because someone didn't put the lever back all the way up. This place also used to be more reasonably priced... I just spent $18 on 3 low quality froyos, that weren't large by any means... for that price I expect a better product. I used to love this place! We drive past two other yogurt shops to come here. Tonight we were there and the manager was the only one there when we arrived. I got my yogurt and the vanilla seemed to be a little sour. I pulled the manager aside and let her know and she was great about letting me get a different flavor, but I was shocked when she kept the machine in service and allowed other customers to get product that was bad. As we were eating, two others who looked like friends came in and went behind the counter and were eating yogurts. The male seemed to work here considering he was filling the toppings but the way he was doing it was not up to health code standards. He was having trouble opening the boba container and proceeded to use his teeth to get the lid off. He wasn't wearing gloves. He had long hair that he kept running his hands through while leaning over the toppings, rubbing his nose and when he would drop toppings he proceeded to eat them (licking his fingers) then go back to filling the toppings without washing hands. The best part? He would touch the toppings with his bare hands! Disgusting!! I typically would talk to management before writing a review but she was standing right there talking to the other friend watching him fill them! If this is what happens when the manager is there, I can't imagine what goes on when the authoritative person isn't present. Very good self serve froyo! I mean, how could anyone really go wrong with it when it's up to the consumer what they want. I always have to keep in mind at these places that they charge by weight and that just because the smallest size cup is a bucket doesn't mean you have to fill it up. We stopped in after dinner and must have hit some odd after dinner crowd. I am not reviewing the place based on everyone with their screaming kids just wailing loudly. But, be aware, children love frozen yogurt and will scream and cry until they are eating it... apparently. Mine is 11 and still does the same thing. The staff were good about keeping the toppings area clean. The young lady was there sweeping things away to minimize cross contaminating the dishes and it was nice to know she was paying attention. I always go with a fruity flavor with fruity toppings just because I am a little fruity... They had these balls of flavor that burst in your mouth. Maybe these things are a commonality amongst the froyo industry? Maybe I don't get froyo enough? I am going to butcher what they are called but I swear I want to call them bao balls or something... I was here early on a Saturday evening. Yes, it was packed with families and it was a bit noisy. What I noticed was that there was someone going around wiping down that yogurt area and keeping things cleaned up. Self serve anything has the potential to become a giant mess so I appreciate it when I see someone trying to keep the place clean. This is a small space but done nicely, bright with pink, green and orange. There is a small seating area with a flat screen that had Nickolodean on when we were there. There are games for families to play and my daughter and I played checkers while we enjoyed our frozen treats. The variety was great. I tried the Red Velvet and it was delish! The NY Cheesecake was good too. There were tons of toppings, even little cheescake bites and frosted animal cookies! YUM! I thought the consistency of the yogurt could have been a bit more frozen but the flavor was good. Will I be back? Yes! It's not close to my house but if I am in the area I will stop by for a frozen treat. And they have a punch card system and that is always a good thing! I like being rewarded for being a customer. The bottom line....if you don't like children, don't go on a weeked or get your yogurt to go. If you don't like it, don't go back. I have no problem with families being out on a Saturday evening and I did not see any children misbehaving while I was there. The girl got me into this stuff... and I can say that I do like it better than ice cream. The fruit toppings are a bonus - pretty much always get strawberries on my stuff. The cake batter and red velvet are my two choices and snowcaps, heath crunches, some fruit, and i'm good to go. If you check in on Yelp while you're there you get a buck off your order... tis a good deal. There are about.... 12 or more flavors of froyo, and a whole self-serve bar of stuff to put on your creation. Every single time i've been in there the employees are cleaning... and it seems pretty damn spotless already but that stuff would get sticky and the stuff in the bar can get out of control but it's always organized and clean... last thing I want is some frickin gummy icky candy thing in my snowcaps... just sayin.
